Fitting the bonded insulation to the roof of the VW T5 Camper

This weeks job is to refit this 09 plate electricians van into a VW T5 Camper.

Today we stripped back the rear ready for the insulation and cut out four windows ready for the privacy tint glass.

Tomorrows job is to get all the insulation fitted, cut the ply panels,  then either fit the glass or start the Veltrim Carpet Lining.

We fitted six Privacy Windows which has totally changed the look of this VW T5 LWB we also supplied a 3/4 Rock & Roll Bed which is bolted straight down to the  anchor points in the van making it easy to remove within a couple of minutes if the space is needed.

Our M1 N1 Crash Tested Rock & Roll Beds are available in a range of manufacturers trims. Our Beds can be made in 3/4 width & Full width or to a size bespoke to your needs. We also supply a certificate of Conformity when fitted by us.

We can also supply a range of M1 & N1 Crash Tested Rear Seats in a selection of manufacturers trim, available as a high back as shown or with headrests we can even supply with armrests. As with all our Crash Tested Seats if we fit we will supply a certificate of conformity.

Easy Glide Bed/Seat System is now available to order.

Our beds have been designed especially for the VW T4 & T5 and fix down to the vans original fixing points this means you can remove the bed in a couple of minutes.

Beds are finished in black as standard but can be sprayed to a colour of your choice.

All our upholstery is custom made, tailored to your own specification and machined to a very high standard.

Please note all beds are individually made to order, there is currently a 2-3 week turn around.
