Partido de béisbol entre la Universidad de Notre Dame contra los Rutgers. Wade Korpi, del primer equipo, hace el lanzamiento y el bateador se lo conecta en la mera cara. El radar marcó 100 mph, es decir, 160 km/h. Afortunadamente, Wade aún vive para contarlo.

Wade Korpi, of the Notre Dame, was clocked in the head with a ball off the bat of opposing hitter Dan Betteridge of Rutgers University. Luckily, Korpi was able to walk off the field under his own power. This is a video of the ‘beaning’, recorded right behind the catcher.
