What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear “2008 Olympics“? Most likely it’s Michael Phelps, whose swimming exploits will be talked about for years to come. I hadn’t planned to watch the competitions, but when I saw Phelps win his first race, I was hooked and, like most Americans, I kept coming back to the TV for more. The beach.
