To finish for today here’s a quick video clip which daddy made by accident when he
was trying to take a picture of me on his mobile phone..

Do you experience this problem with your Vera Bradley bags? They need cleaned long before they wear

Do you experience this problem with your Vera Bradley bags? They need cleaned long before they wear out, picking up dirt and stains from everyday use. If there was one downside to quality, I guess that would be it. However, fortunately, there may be an easy fix. Did you know that some styles are machine washable?

Take a look inside your handbag. If you can locate the tag, there may be simple washing instructions. For example, mine states the following: “100% cotton. Machine wash cool gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Line dry.”

These are fairly standard instructions for handbags made from cotton fabric. However, some products from the Vera Bradley collection are not machine washable, including purses made from silk and microfiber. Spot cleaning is the recommended method for cleaning bags made from these types of materials.

If you determine that your bag is made from cotton and decide to machine wash it, there are a few things that you should consider before you throw it in your machine:

1. What detergent are you using?

First, take a look at the detergent. If you are using the one that you normally use to wash your household laundry, you should not have a problem. If you are tempted to use a special detergent, perhaps the one that you use to wash your delicates, take a closer look at the label. Some detergents, such as Woolite for Delicates, are formulated to work with certain types of fabric, and are not suitable for washing cottons.

2. Does your purse have a baseboard?

Many Vera Bradley bags have a baseboard at the bottom. Even though the baseboard may be covered in the same material as your purse, the inner material which helps it keep its shape is not. Make sure you remove the baseboard prior to putting the bag in the washing machine. If necessary, you can spot clean the baseboard to keep it looking new.

3. Not all products made with cotton fabric are machine washable.

Many of the Vera Bradley accessories, such as wallets made from cotton fabric, may have directions to spot clean only. This is because there are other materials also used to manufacturer them. Wallets, for example, may have inserts sewn into their lining to help them hold their shape, and the lining itself may be made from a fabric other than the cotton used on the exterior. In this situation, spot cleaning is the recommended method for getting rid of stains and other spots.

4. Adhere to the drying instructions.

To avoid fading and shrinking, line drying is the recommended method for drying Vera Bradley bags. If your purse feels stiff after line drying, you may want to fluff it by placing it in the dryer on a cool or air dry setting for a just few minutes.

Following these few simple points, you should be able to keep your favorite handbags looking like new with the help of your washing machine.

“When you consider the buttery softness of flannel… the smooth gloss of broadcloth… the rich depth of velour… it is difficult to imagine that all these textures and hundreds more could come from one fiber –Wool.”

I’m in Textiles class right now. We have been studying wool and silk. My teacher just started a movie about the process wool needs to go through. Bare with me… as I talk to myself and try to review wool for my test.

Just in case you don’t know… Wool refers to fibers from various animals including sheep, Angora and cashmere goats, camel, alpaca, and llama.

Steps In Processing:

Grading and/or sorting

Washing

Blending of types of wool

Dyeing

Carding

Combing

Drawing

Spinning

Weaving or knitting

10. Finishing

My teacher passed around a sample of wool at each stage of the process.

Grading: evaluating the whole fleece for fineness and length.

Washing: The wool is washed thoroughly with a soap or detergent and water solution where it looses 30-70% of its weight when natural grease and dirt are removed. Wool is passed through a squeeze roller and dried.

Blending: Wool is usually spun from different types of yarn, so it can achieve a certain color and uniformity. Blending is made by mixing different wools.

Dyeing: Dyeing can be done at any point of the process. If the wool is dyed after it is spun into yarn, it is called yarn dying. The wool is piece dyed if it is dyed after it is made into a garment. The proteins in wool help hold the dye extremely well.

Carding: Carding is the process of opening the wool fibers, separating them and laying them parallel to each other. The yarn is passed through rollers that have teeth on it, straightening the fibers as they pass through. The carded wool is then divided into “slivers.”

Combing: The next step would be for the carded slivers to be combed. Combing makes the fibers even more parallel, removing any short fibers in the process.

Drawing: The wool is now drawn through machines, which reduce the slivers into slightly, twisted “roving.” The next stage would to be put onto spools, ready for spinning.

Spinning: After the spools are in place on the spinning frame, the ends of the roving are pulled through rollers, which lengthen the fibers even more. They are put on to bobbins that apply a specified twist to the yarns.

Weaving or Knitting: Weaving is the actual production of the fabric, by interlacing two sets of yarns at right angles. Threads running lengthwise are called the warp. The threads running crosswise are called weft. The knitting is done on machines, which resemble the process of hand knitting. Knitting is formed by interlocking series of loops of one or more yarns.

Finishing: Everything that happens to the wool after it leaves the loom is considered a finishing process. There are vast choices of finishes for wool. They can alter the appearance all the way to how the wool performs.

Wow! That’s quit a process to get wool cloth. Thanks for helping me study… Hopefully I’ll remember it for my test. Next time you go shopping and pick up a wool garment, take a minute to study the label. See what kind of wool it is, try to picture the process your garment had to go through in order to get into your hands.

(Also Comment By Rolye on Anthony Jacquins “Reality Is Plastic” book – The Manchurian Approach DVD’s” etc and how they are DANGEROUS as he personally DOES NOT KNOW THE LAW as evidenced by his ill informed postings on Uncommon forum and other internet sites..

Hi Guys & Girls,

Due to postings I’ve just discovered on the internet illustrating how many INCORRECTLY TRAINED – DANGEROUS & UNINSURED wannabe Street Hypnotists there are I urge you to send this email to every hypnosis and magical mentalism friend you have…

CHECK THIS VIDEO OUT FIRST…

And Here’s what KEN WEBSTER (Chairman Of The Federation of Ethical Stage Hypnotists) has to say about it all:

http://roylehypnotist.wordpress.com/2009/08/25/what-does-ken-webster-the-chairman-of-the-federation-of-ethical-stage-hypnotists-fesh-think-about-illegal-and-dangerous-street-hypnotists/

I’d strongly advise you all to READ EVERY WORD of the above postings and also EVERY COMMENT made about the postings and then decide for yourself….. but REMEMBER THIS…

01) Under 1952 Hypnotism Act you can face a £1,000 Fine…

02) Breaking the Hypnosis Conditions of Licensing Act 2003 could lead to a £10,000 fine and/or six months imprisonment for some involved and ultimately mega bad press and litigation agains the hypnotist….

03) KEN WEBSTER has issued a statement (see posting above) confirming that my concerns are correct and that these ill trained UNI|NSURED and UNLICENSED wannabe hypnotists are both potentially dangerous whilst also being ILLEGAL….

04) NUmerous UK Councils have issued statements (see above links) confirming this to be correct and that THE UK STREET MAGIC HYPNOTIST’S are ILLEGAL – UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED…

I’d say that also makes them wholly UNETHICAL and IRRESPONSIBLE… But hey what do you expect when your sold a product (say Plastic Book or DVD) which does not cover UK LAWs….

And thats why my Special Xmas offer COVER’S ALL UK HYPNOSIS LAWS (and all loopholes) together with isurance details and such like… So to BE A LEGAL – HONEST AND SAFE ETHICAL HYPNOTIST Secure your Future now by visiting….

Scuba diving takes you to an entirely different world. To enter this world one needs to take the nec

Scuba diving takes you to an entirely different world. To enter this world one needs to take the necessary training, without which the diver life could be in jeopardy. Like in all other adventure sport scuba diving is not free from danger. Necessary precautions need to be taken to ensure a smooth and happy diving journey. The dangers of scuba diving can be classified into two categories. The first danger lies within the ocean and second in the individual itself.

Scuba divers should keep themselves updated about the marine life around that region and the risk involved there. This will help them to avoid animals that turn aggressive on being approached. The weather forecast and the current beneath and the water conditions of on the date of the dive also need to be kept in mind. There is a possibility that the diver may get too engrossed in viewing the beauty at the bottom of the sea and swimming against the current may make it difficult for him to reach his destination.

Getting trained through certified classes of scuba diving will help the diver to encounter the dangers. Divers should make sure that all their equipments are in good condition and working properly. The scuba diver needs to show a certain level of responsibility too.

The diver needs to remember his lessons well while venturing in the sea. Taking things for granted and forgetting his lesson could go against him and is a foremost danger of scuba diving. Diving with an accomplice having more experience could reduce the danger of scuba diving.

A good presence of mind and the ability to handle a dangerous situation without panicking can get you over the dangers of scuba diving.

Avoid diving while suffering from cold, allergies and infections, as intake of some of the medications could make you lethargic and somnolent.

A common problem that scuba divers experience is ear pain is mainly caused due to pressure changes. The medical terminology for this is squeeze. Barotrauma can also be caused due to scuba diving. When parts of the body that contains air for example the lungs, the stomach, the chest, the intestines and cavity get affected deep underwater due to excessive pressure causes barotrauma. The other problems related to scuba diving are bruises, scrapes and cuts which normally occur due to shipwrecks and coral and reefs.

Diving too fast also causes serious consequences and over expansion and contraction of lungs could result in serious disabilities. So remember not to be reckless and hasty while scuba diving.

A few days ago, I was at a local [Tempe] bar where I saw a man unbuckle his belt, unbutton his pants

A few days ago, I was at a local [Tempe] bar where I saw a man unbuckle his belt, unbutton his pants, reach inside of his tighty-whiteys, grab his “package” and put it on display for all of the occupants to see. After this extremely uncomfortable indecent display he then proceeded to hug and [attempt to] high five the people who were with him. As you can imagine, sobriety was not involved in this little adventure but, that isn’t even the point… Think about the following run of events:

Guy fondles his “stuff” [which the previous whereabouts are unknown].

High-fives his friend in a celebratory fashion.

The friend then touches his drink, his money, and maybe even your hand.

You often handle money, shake hands with new acquaintances and have no idea what is left for you.

Here is another scenario… How many times have you used a public restroom either male or female and either been the person who exits without washing their hands or witness such a vulgar display of inconsiderate action? We have all witnessed this. Again, think about what those hands proceed to do throughout the rest of the night… At one point I joked about making stickers to stick on bathroom urinals and stalls that says, “I don’t want to shake your d!#k, wash your hands!”. I still might produce these; I think it’s funny!

You want to throw up right?

Now, I’m not a crazy germ-a-phobe… I actually think I lean towards the other side of that pendulum but, hand washing is possibly the most religious activity that I hold to. I will rarely eat at a restaurant without first taking a trip to the little-boys room to wash my hands, even if their clean…

What caused this random blog post?

Well… I was using the restroom at Cartel and there were three decent size droplets of pee on the floor which I mopped up with the bottom of my shoe before taking care of business. Then I thought about how often I touch my shoes when I take them off, pick gum off of the bottom, etc. which led to a train of dirty handed thoughts…

Wash your hands after your go number one or number two, before you eat or before you serve me food… If in your daily activities you are able to think, “I would not want someone to shake my hand after doing/touching that…” after whatever that is, wash your hands, please.

I have probably just created an OCD hand washer or germ-a-phobe which was not my intention… just be more consciously aware of what you’re touching and what’s touching you.

Have a radical day!!!

And in case you’ve forgotten the steps of proper hand washing, I have included a diagram

You may sometimes notice small holes appearing in your newly washed laundry. If you’re pretty

You may sometimes notice small holes appearing in your newly washed laundry. If you’re pretty sure that it’s not just that the material is worn and aged anyway then you might like to know the following:

The enzymes in biological washing powders can attack the natural fibres of especially wool and silk, breaking them down. (There are usually warnings on washing product packaging but they are not always obvious). For washing these delicate fabrics therefore, use something gentle that you might use for babies’ clothes, like ‘Dreft’. I personally have found that 100% cotton can be similarly eaten up by the enzymes in biological powders and the solution for me was to change powder (in my case ‘Persil’ biological powder did the damage while other biological powders seemed OK).

Check the instructions of your washing machine for recommended spin speeds. Too high a spin speed can loosen and damage fibres. Below is a general chart to show that certain fabrics need certain maximum spin speeds:

             Cottons: 1400 rpm

             Minimum iron: 1200 rpm

             Delicates: 600 rpm

             Woollens: 1200 rpm

             Silks: 400 rpm

             Shirts: 600 rpm

             Denim: 900 rpm

For me, these two are the most obvious culprits but if you’ve tried altering both of the above it is also worth knowing that deodorant has been implicated and may damage clothing – so changing brand again may help.

Then there are also the most obvious reasons – which I’ve left until last here because I assume you’ve already considered them:

Don’t wash delicate fabrics with clothes that have zips, hooks, or wires. For washing mixed loads where you are concerned about damage in this way, you may find using special laundry bags useful. These come in a variety of sizes, some large enough to accommodate things like skirts. Either place the offending article (with the metal fastening) or the delicate articles in a fine mesh laundry bag and this should help to minimise damage. Under wire bras should, in any case, really be hand washed.

Where is the damage occurring? If it’s close to the underarms and you wear under wire bras, is it possible that the wire is snagging on the fabric causing wear?

If it is across the front or back of the material, around waist height, it’s possible that it’s just wear and tear from leaning against kitchen counter tops. Apparently granite worktops are particularly abrasive to clothing.

I undertook another another mission last night as I had to get a cab from work to A&E via Bezzer

I undertook another another mission last night as I had to get a cab from work to A&E via Bezzer Liv’s house to collect my moral support and then have my crummy foot checked out again. An evil nurse made me feel so silly for even being there (“we’ve already told you clearly there’s nothing wrong, so why are you here again?”) that I secretly cried a little bit after she’d gone. Luckily Liv saved the day by finding the nicest lady in Homerton Hospital and asking her what we should do. Nice lady instantly got a doctor to have a quick, kind word with me, and he checked the x-ray and made me an appointment at the fracture clinic for this morning. Turns out the bone is in fact cracked and I’m now in a space-age fracture booty device for the next six weeks. That’s going to put a whole lotta spanner in the Guardian Girl works – unless they happen to base the next six weeks of fashion shoots around pseudo-ski style and/or neu-medical hip.

Such is my renewed dedication to the Guardian cause that, even though I didn’t get home from The A&E Experience (“watch your crutches on that puke on the floor. Actually, is it a turd?”) until past 11pm, I still made a batch of muffin mix, let it rise while I had my bath and then cooked them while I dried off. They were less satisfying to make than yesterday’s crumpets and I totally fonzed up the mixture by using self-raising flour instead of plain and putting too much water in so the dough resembled PVA glue. I also coated them in actual semolina rather than the suggested semolina flour, because it was what I had in the cupboard. I thought they’d be disastrous but in fact they came out looking more or less like muffins, albeit slightly fecal as ever, and they tasted pretty good but a bit bland. Actually, to be totally honest about it half of them tasted like washing up liquid. There’s a good reason for this. After crumpetgate I washed my frying pan by pouring water and washing up liquid into it and leaving it on a hot hob until it boiled away. Dunno why it did it but by the next day I’d forgotten I had. The frying pan looked lovely and clean so I started cooking the muffins without rinsing it. I suppose I might produce some extra oestrogen as a result but that’s unlikey to do me much harm. Three breasts are better than two.

I think the muffins are meant to be split and served with butter or the like (marge?) but I’m trying to be slightly calorie aware as I’m getting zero exercise with my injured paw, and we know what happens when you eat Guardian food every day. It tends to supersize a girl. I got away with it slightly more when I was walking or running 4-12 miles a day but arguably that’s what gave me the cracked foot, and one must pay attention to the body’s cries for help apparently.

I could sue the Guardian for making me chubby and further adding to my distress by suggesting I wear small fashions. Or I could thank them because the surgeon told me I have good strong bones, which I attribute to all those pies.

So the crutches made it into yesterday’s fashion and the booty is soon to become a regular sight. Dunno if I can wear it with a platform heel on the other foot. I suspect the answer to that is fairly obvious. So much for xmas party glam.

No muffin shots but here’s another underwhelming fashion shot of yours truly outside Horrorton Hospital.

For school, we are required to have a certain amount of service that we are supposed to complete eac

For school, we are required to have a certain amount of service that we are supposed to complete each semester. I am a slacker, and a procrastinator, so the end of semester is drawing near, and I need to get 5 more hours. Now, if I just go anywhere to volunteer, this would not be a problem. But, of course, this is not the case. We are only allowed to volunteer at certain places for the time to count towards the service requirement. Since I wasn’t too concerned with getting these hours at the beginning of the semester, I am having to scramble around to try and find some. There really aren’t that many opportunities available at this time of year, but I have signed up for all of them. Except one, that is. I could break down, and give in to this one, but I really just can’t make myself.

What is this service event that I can’t force myself to do, you may ask. You are probably thinking that it really can’t be that bad, but I assure you, that it is that bad. I am not being a little whiney girl about this, trust me! This is a line from the email that was sent out asking for help. This is real, not a joke! I promise, I couldn’t make this shit up!

”The Foot Clinic is run on Mondays from 3pm-5pm. The project description is: scrub and inspect the feet of homeless people helping to prevent foot infections, which can lead to more serious health problems. Volunteers help identify foot conditions that need further medical care.”

Disgusting! I hate feet, I am not discriminating, I hate all feet! Their only saving grace is that you can wear really cute shoes to cover them up and hide them! Just reading this made me want to vom all over the place! I mean, who would do this?! So if nothing else comes up for me to volunteer for, I guess I will just have to be 5 hours short.

To read media accounts relating to H1N1 and seasonal flu one would certainly come to the conclusion

To read media accounts relating to H1N1 and seasonal flu one would certainly come to the conclusion that we are under microbial attack. It is implied in these accounts that if you are prudent you may somehow avoid exposure to the bulk of these disease-causing germs. The truth is that germs are everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Not only are they everywhere, but they are present in such large concentrations that to think that you can avoid them is about as foolish as thinking that if you run fast you can avoid being hit by rain drops in a torrential downpour- it is simply not possible.

The good news is that germs are nothing new to us- they were some of the earliest inhabitants of earth and we grew up with them, in an evolutionary sense. They live on our skin and in our digestive tract. It is estimated that in your gut alone there are over 100 trillion organisms. We are literally swimming in a sea of bacteria, fungi, and single-celled organisms, and yet we usually manage to get along with each other just fine, and even have a mutually beneficial relationship most of the time. As with all ecosystems, our relationship with germs is a delicate balancing act- sometimes conditions favor certain of them and sometimes it favors us, the host. What is important to understand is that we are part of the same ecosystem and depend on each other. To think that we can eradicate them is utter folly, and is not in our long-term best interests anyway.

There are times when they get the upper hand and it is wonderful that we have such things as antibiotics to keep them from killing us outright. However, to broaden this emergency measure and think that the solution to germs is to kill them all off, simply will not work. Our feeble attempts to tilt the balance in our favor by wide-spread and excessive antibiotic and antiseptic use has mostly served to accelerate the evolution of these organisms and has made them much more powerful foes. What we have to do is accept that we are linked through our evolutionary history and accept that, like living with your in-laws, sometimes you just have to make the best of it. Your real job, especially during this time of year, is to make sure that your body is strong and balanced and thus a poor breeding-ground for germs.

Here are some things that you can do during cold and flu season to keep your immune system strong:

1. Avoid sugar and processed foods-these things weaken your immune system.

2. Get plenty of rest. A well-rested body is a strong body.

3. Find ways to reduce stress. Chronic stress weakens cellular immunity.

4. Eat a balanced diet. This is one of your most powerful weapons against disease and infection.

5. Exercise regularly. Vigorous exercise has been shown to have a stimulating effect on the immune system.

6. Take vitamin D-3, especially if you are not getting any sun exposure during the winter. D-3 has a very potent impact on immune function. Talk to your doctor on dosage.

7. Take probiotic supplements. 80% of your immune system surrounds your gut and caring for your gut ecology will help you fight disease-causing microbes.

8. Get adjusted regularly- chiropractic adjustments reduce stress and stimulate immune function.

9. Wash your hands, but use good, old-fashioned soap and warm water. It can’t hurt to limit exposure because maybe you aren’t perfect at all of the other measures above.

It is, of course, a tragedy when anyone succumbs to the flu or other infectious disease, but I think all of us should remain calm and simply do what we can to fortify ourselves from the inside. That strategy has always been, and still is, our best assurance of staying healthy. I am confident that when the dust settles on the H1N1 issue we will look back and find that it was scarcely more severe or virulent than the regular, seasonal flu. Not that either flu strain should be taken lightly, but it is important to keep things in perspective, especially when the media is in the middle of a feeding frenzy and the pharmaceutical companies stand to make billions- something to ponder.

Be Healthy,

Ok… Lets start with the home. Image you walk through your front door, the first thing that hit

Ok… Lets start with the home. Image you walk through your front door, the first thing that hits you is smell…no not your old smelly socks! the smell of fresh cut flowers, clean laundry or the smell of scented candles you lit for last nights romantic dinner (ok, forget the romantic bit), one doesn’t have to dream this. If you have had a crap day, it can really cheer you up by walking into a lovely fragranced home. In this section I will tell you how to achieve this on a budget! You don’t need a stash of money to make your home smell nice, here are some tips to meadow freshness.

Fresh Fridge
Clear out all the bad smells in your home, starting with the kitchen.
Get rid of all foods that are turning nasty or are well past their sell by
date. Not only will this look after your health it will look after your
fridge too.

Big Bins
If you have a big bin, this is a big no no! The bigger the bin the longer
bad food has to rot before you throw it out. A smaller bin means you
empty it more regularly and stop smells from lingering on.

Dirty Dishes
Always do the washing up on that same day!

What Hoover do you have?
If you have a hoover that doesn’t need the refill bags get 2 Cotton buds, put 2 drops of your favorite essential oil on each bud and pop it into the dust and dirt collector. However if you do have a hoover that uses bag refills lightly sprinkle some nice smelling talc powder on to the carpet and hoover away.

Smells that go a long way
I strongly suggest you invest in 4 or 5 essential oils. They will come in wonders for your home. I usually go for:
Lavender (relaxing and healing)
Peppermint (antiseptic & aids digestion)
Rosemary (energy & aids digestion)
Eucalyptus (healing & antibacterial)
You can add a few drops to an oil burner, or if you don’t have a oil
burner just boil up some water and add 2 to 3 drops of you favorite oil.
PLEASE BE WANED NATUAL ESSENTIAL OILS CAN BE VERY
HARMFUL IF NOT USED CORRECTLY! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Candles
Scented candles are great for making your home smell nice. Also the
warm glow from the candle can be very relaxing too.

Hang or Tumble
I prefer to hang my washing rather than tumble dry it. One it saves on
energy and two your home is filled with the smell of fresh laundry.

The right side of the bed
If you want to freshen up your bed sheets, get a spray bottle, fill with water and add 5 drops of lavender oil. This will also make your bedroom smell nice and help you sleep at night, as Lavender is known for its natural relaxing and healing properties.

No Fills
To freshen up your underwear draw simply add 2 cotton buds with 2 drops of your favorite essential oil.

Flowers
Buy Fresh cut flowers once a week they can do wonders for a home, not to mention your mood.

I hope this helps you on your way to a fresh smelling home! If you have any tips or tricks let us know.

(Like I mentioned before please be careful when using essential oils they can be harmful. DO NOT USE NEAT ON SKIN – DO NOT TAKE ORALY. Some essential oils can be harmful if inhaled some need to be diluted before use! PREGNANT WOMEN MUST SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE BEFORE USE OF ANY ESSENTIAL OIL.)

I was nearly hanged this morning due to a blatant incident of laziness. Let me explain…… Now that it has turned a little bit chilly and damp the lazy git is finding it very hard to dry clothes on the washing line and they take forever in the tumble drier, and for some reason come out smaller than they went in. Even the kids try clothes on in the shop and say, ‘don’t worry it will fit when mom has shrunk it a bit’.

Anyway there is an undercover porch type affair to the side of our house and two outhouses. The porch covers the bit between the house and the outhouses. I rigged up a double indoor washing line in these for the lazy git in front of the two outhouses. The idea is that when the lines are not in use they can be lifted up out of the way. To facilitate this I made a washing line prop that would reach a hook I screwed in to the roof joist to hook the lines up. I even went further than this by giving the lazy git a full demonstration of what should happen and authorising the prop to be left out in the porch during normal working hours rather than tidied away. Quite simple you may have thought. The only thing I obviously didn’t factor in was that to lift the lines up and down would take a micron of a second and require a little bit of botherdness….not something the lazy git has in abundance.

So this morning I walked out of the back door and was hanged………perhaps she is trying to kill me….perhaps she has her own blog entitled

A few years ago, or clothing for example, washing clothes was done near the streams and the stream of people who can carry substances that can cause stains and odors. We relied on for washing clothes. People who wash clothes in the laundry used to rub, turn your clothes and even the clothes hit the rocks, so the country can not easily escape. Also wood bats used to beat clothes. After washing the clothes were rotated to eliminate more water. They were then suspended from bars or distributors in ventilated and dry in the sun, or sometimes just cleaning the grass. This process of washing clothes may cause damage to clothing. Wash clothing has not been easy for our parents. Thank you for the puck, which is the biggest challenge for everyone. Life today has become many recordings. Manufacturers have a huge selection of washing machines. Some of the first washing machines Bosch, Viking, Amana, LG, Maytag, GE, Frigidaire and more. The state of the art provides a competent and attractive style of presentation is ready to meet their needs washing. By using Bosch washing machine, I share some characteristics of the washing machine. Bosch washing machines are so superior that use less water and the amount of force on other machines. With things softer, more cleaning results and function of these rings are quiet easy to use. Children at home in general, clothing or food contaminated during playback. The cycle of the washing machine heats water to rinse and remove the toughest stains and clothing easily. Clothes are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with no damage to the tissue, making clothes soft and bright as ever. The rotation of Bosch washing machines add to the wonders of washing. The Bosch clothes washer is running at extremely high speeds, thereby eliminating most of the water as possible before my clothes in the dryer. This reduces the energy during the drying process. Bosch machines are the quietest of all other cleaners, this is what I feel. The latest Bosch dryers machines have them. This saves time and energy is used to remove moisture from a load of clothes shortly after they are cleaned in a washing machine. There are several versions of washing machines now available, they are semi-automatic fully automatic washing machines. Fully automatic washing machines appeared in two separate devices in one machine. Including the ability to fill and empty the water itself. I have good experience with an automatic washing machine. Reduce the amount of my time washing clothes. So if you're in the mood to buy a new washing machine, log on to Toronto appliances and have a look at all electrical products to your website. Choose the machine that you think fits your budget and your needs and place an order with them. Directly into the washing machine at home.

People from the north of England were up to three times more likely to have hands contaminated with pooh than southerners a study has found.

The most likely explanation is that fewer northerners are washing their hands with soap after answering the call of nature, researchers said.

In total, almost 30 per cent of people tested were carrying ‘faecal’ bacteria.

People in Newcastle were up to three times more likely to have the bugs on their hands than those in London.

The proportion of people found to have contaminated hands was

13 per cent in London;

23 per cent in Cardiff;

24 per cent in Birmingham;

34 per cent in Liverpool; and

44 per cent in Newcastle.

For just men:

29 per cent in Cardiff;

26 per cent in Birmingham;

31 per cent in Liverpool; and

30 per cent in Newcastle.

Women in London were around three times more likely than men to have faecal bacteria on their hands.

Ms.Val Curtis PhD, from ‘The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine‘ who led the study, said:

‘We were flabbergasted by the finding that so many people had faecal bugs on their hands.

‘The figures were far higher than we had anticipated, and suggest that there is a real problem with people washing their hands in the UK.

‘If any of these people had been suffering from diarrhoea disease, the potential for it to be passed around would be greatly increased by their failure to wash their hands after going to the toilet.’

Dr Curtis’s team took random swabs from the hands of 409 commuters waiting at bus stops near London Euston, Birmingham New Street, Cardiff Central, Liverpool Lime Street and Newcastle Central stations on weekday mornings.

When they were analysed, 113 of the samples were found to contain bacteria from faeces.
