Jetzt hat ihn ein Gericht von allen Anklagepunkten freigesprochen.
Kells brach natürlich noch im Gerichtssaal in Tränen aus, während das Urteil verlesen wurde. Jetzt frage ich mich natürlich, ob er den ganzen Dollars hinterherheult, die ihn seine Armee von Anwälten gekostet haben muss. Vielleicht waren es aber auch Freudentränen darüber, wie er die Jury verladen hat, und wirklich aus DER NUMMER rausgekommen ist.

Nicht das ihm das jemand NICHT zugetraut hätte (Ähm… Aaliyah?). Ich meine, wir wissen alle, wie’s in so’nem Tourbus abgeht. Machenwirunsdamalnixvor.

Um das mal klarzustellen: Da hat er also tatsächlich vor Gericht ausgesagt, dass ER das nicht auf den Videbändern war. Die Jury aber hat zu Protokoll gegeben, das sie SICHER sind, das ER es ist, aber (und jetzt wirds richtig krank) sie sich NICHT SICHER sind, ob SIE (das Mädchen) das wirklich auf den Bändern ist.
Ist kein Witz, das haben sie wirklich und ernsthaft als Begründung angegeben.

So, und jetzt singen wir alle …

Now the jury has found R. Kelly not guilty
on all counts. The Ahrrah broke down crying while
the Judge read the verdict. Now i wonder if he cried
for all the pesos that his army of lawyers must have costed him,
or because he really managed to con a jury into this.

Not that anybody ever put it past the RnB Singer to do
so. (Uhm … Aaliyah … anybody?). I mean, we all know
what happens on the tourbusses. Come the fuck on.

Let’s be clear here: After denying that it was him on the tapes
in court, the jury stated, that they were SURE it was him,
but (now comes the funny part) yet they were NOT SURE
whether it really was HER. Yep, that was how they explained
their decision.
