Well, true to his word, “I don’t bluff. I make promises.”, Glenn Beck has released sensitive information on the Saudi National linked to the Boston Bombings.

This “person of interest” looks to be in much better shape than the Tsarnaev lad, doesn’t he? Actually, he looks pretty damn smug.

Background points:

A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing

As the story gained traction, TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national, originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject when confronted by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill.

An ICE official said a separate Saudi national is in custody, but is “in no way” connected to the bombings.

A congressional source, however, says that the file on Alharbi was created, that he was “linked” in some way to the Boston bombings (although it is unclear how), and that documents showing all this have been sent to Congress.

Committee on Homeland Security requests a classified briefing with Napolitano

TheBlaze sources and Fox News’ Todd Starnes report that Alharbi was allegedly flagged on a terrorist watch list

New information provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges

Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findley, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts

Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.

Monday morning Glenn Beck laid out what he knows about the Saudi connection to the Boston marathon bombings. It is a story that the mainstream media has all but completely ignored, though Beck says TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood reached out to numerous other networks in an effort to get the story out. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to acknowledge the story even existed when questioned by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) last Friday.

But now a number of congressional sources have confirmed that the story is as TheBlaze reported last week, and Beck is presenting more pieces of the big picture.

“This week has changed me,” he said at the top of his radio program on Monday. “The events in Boston changed me….The events in Washington around Boston changed me.”

We crossed an “extraordinarily disturbing threshold” last week, Beck said, but we know “exactly who we’re dealing with now.”

After a discussion of how Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is currently under guard in the hospital, wasn’t read his Miranda rights, Beck proceeded to lay out a number of points on the case.

“While the media continues to look at what the causes were of these two guys, there are, at this hour, three people involved,” he said. “The first one is the one we are going to address.”

Beck proceeded to highlight the background of the Saudi national first identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston bombings, Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, noting that the the NTC issued an event file calling for his deportation using section 212, 3B which is proven terrorist activity.

“We are not sure who actually tagged him as a ’212 3B,’ but we know it is very difficult to charge someone with this — it has to be almost certain,” Beck explained. “It is the equivalent in civil society of charging someone with premeditated murder and seeking the death penalty — it is not thrown around lightly.”

He continued, noting that after Secretary of State John Kerry met with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud on Tuesday, the FBI began backtracking on the Saudi national from suspect, to person of interest, to witness, to victim, to nobody.

Then, on Wednesday, President Obama had a “chance” encounter with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud and Saudi Ambassador Adel al-Jubeir.

“Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. the file is altered,” Beck said. “This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge….You don’t one day put a 212 3B charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off. It would require too much to do it.”

“There are only two people that could revoke the deportation order — the director of the NTC could do it after speaking with each department, the FBI, the ATC, etc. — which is impossible to do in such a short period of time, — or, somebody at the very highest levels of the State Department could do it. We don’t have any evidence to tell you which one did it,” Beck said.

Congressman Duncan is in possession of the original event file along with other members of the House Homeland Security Committee, and have sent a formal letter of request (which we have a copy of) to Napolitano for a classified briefing on the Saudi national and the deportation order.

Beck proceeded to highlight more key points: it has been reported that the Saudi national was once flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted.

If, as an ICE official said last week, there is actually a second Saudi in custody, who is it? Beck asked. “Why were there were no names, no pictures presented? The fact is, an event was created for one Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi indicating he was to be deported for terrorism activity related to the Boston bombing. If this file was created with another Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi in mind, don’t you think we should know about it?”

Beck proceeded with more exclusive information:

The Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findley, Ohio. He has been in this country six months. He has an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.

If this is a case of mistaken identity, then who is the person named in the file, with the same name, with the 3B charge? And If DHS was working with the person as a source to out the bombers, then why was there a 3B Charge?

Exclusive: Why wasn’t the Congressional Committee on Homeland Security notified? Why are they being cut out of all information? This is protocol.

We are working on the family connections, and there is more to come.

Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed. This will be the reason Napolitano won’t answer the Homeland Security Committee’s request for a briefing. Like Benghazi they have heavy into a disinformation campaign floating a variety of scenarios to confuse the media, but that apparently doesn’t take much, to prevent the story from being pursued – mistaken identity, wrong Saudi in custody. They are also working very hard to discredit those on the scent.

“I need you to call your congressmen right now. There are congressmen who are aware of this, have seen the documentation — they need your support, they need your help,” Beck continued. “If we do not stand up, he is on a plane tomorrow or he is already gone.

“We demand answers from the Justice Department and this administration.”

Last week all the major U.S. indexes cratered on volume. The NASDAQ plunged 2.7%, and the Dow, S&P 500, and NYSE composite each dropped 2.1%.

With many of the top women out of the field, Maria Sharapova becomes the favorite at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. (J Pay Carter/AP)

The Watch List spotlights the must-know storylines for the upcoming week in tennis. This week, Rafael Nadal goes for his eighth title in Barcelona, while Maria Sharapova returns to the red clay to begin her quest for a second French Open title.

Porsche Tennis Grand Prix

[Complete Singles Draw]

Seven of the top 10 women are in Stuttgart for the first WTA Premier event of the season held on red clay. While Serena Williams, Victoria Azarenka, and Agnieszka Radwanska are not in the field, defending champion Maria Sharapova returns to the tournament that kicked off her triumphant clay season last year and culminated in her title at Roland Garros. She’ll receive a first-round bye, along with Li Na, Angelique Kerber, and Sara Errani, who round out the top-four seeds.

Sharapova and Li will play their first clay matches of the year here, so it will be our first look as to their form. That especially holds true for Li, who I like as a top-five favorite for the French. She wasn’t able to get much traction after making the Australian Open final due to injuries, but I expect that to change as we transition to clay. A semifinal here would put her on the right track.

With just a 32-player field, the draw is packed with blockbuster matches from the first round on, including Ana Ivanovic against good friend Andrea Petkovic, Sam Stosur vs. Jelena Jankovic and a tricky opener for Caroline Wozniacki against clay stalwart Carla Suarez Navarro. Look for a few players to suffer (or benefit) from a Fed Cup hangover, with tough duties over the weekend either leaving them drained or buoyed with confidence.

Kerber suffered a tough loss to Ivanovic during the Fed Cup, while Ivanovic played exceptionally well in winning both her matches for Serbia. On the flip side, the waterlogged tie between Australia and Switzerland meant the entire day was pushed to Monday, so Stosur will probably have to play two matches in one day (weather permitting) before flying to Stuttgart for her first-round match against Jankovic. In short, the week’s results are going to be very tough to predict. That said …

Prediction: Sharapova d. Errani.

Notable potential early-round matches: Ana Ivanovic vs. Andrea Petkovic (first round), Samantha Stosur vs. Jelena Jankovic (first round), Caroline Wozniacki vs. Carla Suarez Navarro (first round), Julia Goerges vs. Kirsten Flipkens (first round), Ana Ivanovic vs. Nadia Petrova (second round), Angelique Kerber vs. Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (second round), Samantha Stosor or Jelena Jankovic vs. Sabine Lisicki (second round), Maria Sharapova vs. Nadia Petrova (third round), Angelique Kerber vs. Caroline Wozniacki (third round), Li Na vs. Petra Kvitova (third round).

Barcelona Open

[Complete Singles Draw]

I’m not sure I’ll ever get used to seeing Rafael Nadal’s name not on the top line of a clay-court tournament, but he’ll try to put the disappointment of losing to Novak Djokovic in Monte Carlo behind him in Barcelona, where he’s won the the title seven of the last eight years. The reason he’s not the No. 1 seed is the return of David Ferrer, who skipped Monte Carlo after a grueling Miami final, where he was a point away from beating Andy Murray. Despite his loss in Monte Carlo, Nadal’s obviously the heavy favorite to win his eighth title here. His toughest road to the final would be Carlos Berlocq, Benoit Paire, Jerzy Janowicz, Tomas Berdych and Ferrer. Unless Janowicz or Berdych has one of those days where he serves 20 aces and crushes winners on the lines, there’s little stopping Nadal.

Prediction: Nadal d. Ferrer.

Notable potential early-round matches: Ernests Gulbis vs. Radek Stepanek (first round), Tomas Berdych vs. Nikolay Davydenko (second round), Grigor Dimitrov vs. Tommy Robredo (second round), Fernando Verdasco vs. Ernests Gulbis (second round), Alejandro Falla vs. Marcel Granollers, Bernard Tomic vs. Juan Monaco (second round), Milos Raonic vs. Ernests Gulbis (third round), Grigor Dimitrov vs. Tomas Berdych (third round), Benoit Paire vs. Rafael Nadal.

Savannah Challenger

[Complete Singles Draw]

It’s not often that you see a former top-10 player in a $50,000 Challenger field, but that’s precisely the situation in Savannah, Ga., as Mardy Fish has taken a wild card. Fish returned to the tour in March at Indian Wells after shutting down his 2012 season at the U.S. Open due to complications stemming from a heart arrhythmia. Fish played well upon his return, forcing two tiebreakers against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, and has passed on the early European clay season to play Challenger events in Savannah and Tallahassee, Fla., next week. It’s a smart move for Fish, who is still trying to cope with his nerves and trust his body in the heat of competition. That comfort level can only increase if he gets matches under his belt.

BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy

[Complete Singles Draw]

Can Janko Tipsarevic finally get back on track? After winning Chennai in January, the No. 2 Serb endured a five-match losing streak through Indian Wells and was a mess in his second-round loss to Dimitrov in Monte Carlo. He’s the top seed in Bucharest, followed by Gilles Simon, Andreas Seppi and Mikhail Youzhny. Perhaps dropping down to play the smaller events will help him build momentum.

Grand Prix de SAR La Princesse Lalla Meryem

[Complete Singles Draw]

Slovakia’s Dominika Cibulkova has to be exhausted after a draining tie against Russia over the weekend, when she played two singles matches and a doubles match in two days. She tops the field in Morocco, along with Sorana Cirstea, Alize Cornet and Kaia Kanepi. Francesca Schiavone, Flavia Pennetta and Daniela Hantuchova are among the veterans in the field who have seen their rankings drop precipitously this year.

I was pleasantly stunned when I saw Coleen Rowley posting a link to the very same article I posted here yesterday:

The Chechens’ American friends: The Washington neocons’ commitment to the war on terror evaporates in Chechnya, whose cause they have made their own

“Alice in Wonderland is an understatement if you understand the full reality of what’s going on.”

Rowley is, of course, a national hero and national treasure, who tried desperately to stop the 9/11 attacks before they happened, but she was repeatedly blocked from doing so by superiors at FBI headquarters. When she says “down the rabbit hole,” she is not exaggerating, nor being facetious. This is realty in America: the US government plays both sides of the terrorism game. Do you understand this? Do you want to understand this?

Terrorism is a useful tool — in their view — when directed at one’s enemies, and the US government has been using it for as long as you have been alive, in various ploys and disguises around the world.

So when people jump to conclusions about possible “false flag” scenarios, they may be premature, but not without precedent.

PS

You really, really need to read Coleen Rowley’s piece on the Chechen / Al Qaeda connection if you give a damn about any of this.
The chart shows an 8-month uptrend and is just ranging in the short-term. Throughout its sideways range, it has established numerous supports (shown by the dotted blue horizontal lines) and a major support at P1.80. The stock has a major resistance at P2.00. Based from my technical indicators, the stock looks good to buy at these levels. Prices ranging from P1.86-P1.91 is a decent buy. In case the stock goes down and reaches P1.80, then I would still recommend a buy. The stock’s chart has a similar chart pattern with ALI. There is a good possibility that the stock could go up and reach P2.00 and even break P2.00 to make a new 52-week high.

A recent Army briefing titled, “Extremism and Extremist Groups” cited evangelical Christianity as number one in their groups to watch ahead of groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, al-Qaida, Ku Klux Klan, and the Nation of Islam. From one direction this is very disconcerting and a cause for alarm but from God’s point of view this is entirely appropriate for out of all the groups I saw listed in this 14-page report, evangelical Christianity is one of the few groups God has raised up to be on a watch list.

“Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. ‘You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven’.” (Matthew 5: 10 – 16)

Last week all the major U.S. indexes bolted higher. The NASDAQ rocketed 2.8%, the S&P 500 soared 2.3%, and the Dow and NYSE composite each vaulted 2.1%. On Wednesday, the market’s positive action on higher volume pushed the IBD outlook back up to “confirmed uptrend”. Although the rally has resumed, the distribution count remains dangerously high, so remain cautious. That said, as a so far unimpressive earnings season ramps up in earnest, the tape is currently indicating that it wants to move higher, don’t fight it.

This week, one watch list stock is in a proper buy range. GRFS, trading at $29.88, found support at its ten week line as in buy range up to $32.58.

You ever done criminally intense searches for research? I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve

You ever done criminally intense searches for research? I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve made it on to any domestic, or international for that matter, watch lists. Haven’t heard any weird clicks on the phone soo…

In all seriousness, though, I’m fucked if anyone decides to arbitrarily check my browser history. Here’s a few just to give you an idea:

Airport Security

Homemade Bombs, Pipe Bombs, 21st Century Boobie Traps

How to Cover Up a Crime, How to Evade Police, How to Escape

Crime Scene Ballistics, Gun Residue, Silencers

Diamond Heists, Human/Drug/Antiquities Trafficking, Black Market Organs

If that right there doesn’t set off some bells and whistles on WordPress alone, I don’t know what will.

FOR THE RECORD, IT’S RESEARCH! I’m but a mere civilian struggling to keep her head above water in a genre I’m obsessed with but admittedly know little about. Forensic Files, Law & Order, and CSI can only get you so far, people. I need to be legit… so sayeth my bwainz. (Sunday night Walking Dead shout out!)

Am I entirely overthinking this? Exactly how dumbed down or non-explicit or non-specific can I get away with? These are things that vex me while writing things that aren’t a part of my normal everyday life. People say to stick to what you know and love, but I love crime stuff. I can be pretty slippery and sneaky and shady when needed (it went over much better in my youth), but I don’t have any nefarious intentions. In fact, this is the first time I’ve ever used the word ‘nefarious’ in a legitimate sentence. Aye… Oh… it felt good. Bada bing, bada boom. Fuhgetaboutit. <lights a smoke>

Sorry ’bout that last part. The reading of Donnie Brasco is still in progress. “You wanna be a dumbski?”

So I guess my concern is this: how far into the unknown can I or should I go if it’s a topic/genre/plot I’m truly in love with? It’s not that the research itself is dissuading me or hindering me, really… it’s just that it’s a lot to learn as far as nomenclature and situations and making sure everything is copasetic for the discerning reader or, fingers crossed, audience member. How much is too much on a single script for a neophyte such as myself?

Alas, I shall keep up the research, since it’s interesting, until I fall into a dark chasm of writer’s despair at which time I’ll probably cry a little before pulling up the ol’ panties and attacking another idea.

Onward and upward!

After analyzing BPI and AEV a week ago, the stocks are still in good shape for a profitable trade.

BPI – The stock has gone up from a low of P100.90 and closed at P103.80 last Friday. The stock is possibly consolidating for a while due to bears still posting a considerable volume of shares on the sell side. A nudge by the bulls can push the stock’s price up to P106. In case the stock falls below P100.00, then it might be best to re-evaluate the direction of the stock. Take note though, a break below P100.00 could also be a shakeout. Line on sand is at P97.00.

AEV – Just like PNX the stock is just ranging and positioning itself to go up. Some owners of the company have been selling the stock at these prices, but there are bulls who are willing to absorb their shares. The stock’s indicators and price movement look good though. There is a good possibility that the stock could go up in the short-term. An important immediate resistance to break is P56.10.

Both stocks still look bullish in the short-term unless price action this week says otherwise.

EW is in a long-term uptrend and it seems it has been forming 3-4 week uptrend. Can it finally break

EW is in a long-term uptrend and it seems it has been forming 3-4 week uptrend. Can it finally break P35.30 to go back to its previous high at P36.00? There is a short-term resistance at P36.00, but given a good amount of bullish momentum, that can be easily broken to make an all-time high. In case the stock shows weakness in the coming days, buying the stock as close to P34.00 can be a good idea. In case the stock goes down to P32.00, then that can be a strong buy for a range trade in the short-term or a hold for the longer-term if you’re patient enough to wait for a break above P36.00. P33.30 is a possible support that the stock could establish a support if the stock breaks below P34.00.
