<p>You&#8217;ll want to put a file called a sitemap in the root of your website. It can be several formats. To generate one free, go to this website and follow the instructions:</p>

<p>It will generate several formats for you. Download them and ftp them to your website&#8217;s root directory. That will give search engines a way of looking at your website that makes sense to them. It is like an index that saves them a lot of time.</p>

They don’t care how long you’ve been in real estate or how many homes you’ve sold because they only care about one thing… that you can meet their needs.</p>
<p>To find out if your website is client-oriented simply print out your home page and highlight those statements that are a benefit to clients. In other words it must answer the question, “What do the features you’ve listed do for me?” For example, being in real estate for ten years learning how to solve clients’ housing needs is a benefit. Gaining valuable experience handling many different types of transactions is likewise a benefit.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, after doing this exercise most agents find very few yellow highlights. Looking at your website from the client’s perspective will make it much more effective.</p>

Many also store online documents such as financial statements  to photos online and really seem to be organized more than ever with  a wide variety of online applications to streamline our lives.  Yet while people may be cyber savvy and on the cutting edge of Internet technology they may not be what we call cyber secure.</p>
<p>Individuals who do not take precautions are endangering not just their own security but possibly others such as family or friends. A cyber criminal can leave his or her entire network at risk by using an easily guessed password like what is used fro their email.  The innocent person becomes and enabler of cyber crime by not being cautious.</p>
<p>Here are some tips to become cyber savvy and more secure:</p>
<p>1. Create lengthy and complex passwords and change them often.</p>
<p>2. Make it a general practice to back up all important documents, images or anything of value on a regular basis.</p>
<p>3.  Do not use public networks to conduct your private business.</p>
<p>4.  Always fine tune your privacy or safety settings on social networks.</p>
<p>5. Always protect your personal information by knowing who is going to see it and always understand the value of the information you are going to share with another party.</p>

<p><strong>Features:</strong> If your product is faster, bigger, smaller or comes in more colors, sizes and configurations than others on the market, you have a powerful selling strength. In fact, if you can&#8217;t offer some combination of features that sets you apart, you&#8217;ll have difficulty.</p>
<p><strong>Price:</strong> Everybody wants to pay less for a product. If you can position yourself as the low-cost provider (and make money at those rock-bottom prices), you have a powerful selling advantage. Conversely, high-priced products may appeal to many markets for their sheer snob value. Several years ago, an Amsterdam designer came out with a perfume that came in a sealed bottle that could not be opened. This &#8220;virtual perfume&#8221; was priced the same as Chanel No. 5 and found ready buyers.</p>
<p><strong>Availability:</strong> If you can get your product into a major retailer such as Target or Wal-Mart, you&#8217;ll create a powerful selling point by piggybacking on their redoubtable distribution powers.</p>
<p><strong>Service:</strong> Excellent service is perhaps the most important trait you can add to a plain-vanilla product to make it compelling. Many people look not for the best value or even the best product, but simply the one they can buy with the least hassle.</p>
<p><strong>Financing:</strong> Whether you &#8220;tote the note&#8221; and guarantee credit to anyone, offer innovative leasing, do buybacks or have other financing alternatives, you&#8217;ll find that giving people different, more convenient ways to pay can be a convincing strength for your product.</p>
<p><strong>Delivery:</strong> Nobody wants to wait for anything anymore. If you can offer overnight shipping, on-site service or 24-hour availability, it can turn an otherwise unremarkable product or service into a very attractive one.</p>
<p><strong>Reputation:</strong> Why do people pay $10,000 for a Rolex watch that keeps the same time as a $20 Timex? The Rolex reputation is the reason. At its most extreme, reputation can literally keep you in business.</p>
<p><strong>Training:</strong> Training is a component of service that is becoming increasingly important in an era of high-technology products and services. For many sophisticated software products and electronic devices, a seller who can&#8217;t provide training to buyers has little chance of landing any orders.</p>
<p><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Today, your expertise and how you impart it to customers is an important part of your total offering. Retailers of auto parts, home improvement supplies and all sorts of other goods have found that simply having knowledgeable salespeople who know how to replace the water pump in an &#8216;85 Chevy can lure customers and encourage them to buy.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> We&#8217;ve been there. We&#8217;ve done thousands of installations like yours, and there&#8217;s no doubt we can make this one work as well. Nothing could be more soothing to a skeptical sales prospect than to learn that the seller has vast experience at what he&#8217;s doing. If you have ample experience, make it part of your selling proposition.</p>
<p><strong>Customers:</strong> There&#8217;s a reason Michael Jordan got millions from Nike for endorsing Air basketball shoes and it&#8217;s not because buyers thought they could really dunk like Mike. They bought because they wanted to be like Mike, even if it was just from the ankles down. If you have prestigious customers, mention it in your marketing materials and in your business plan.</p>
<p><strong>Other factors:</strong> There may be many wild card factors that are either unique to a particular product or are not often used in a particular industry. These can make your product stand out. For instance, consider offering a guarantee. When consumers know they can return a faulty product for a refund or repair, they&#8217;re often more likely to buy it over otherwise superior products from competitors offering less powerful warranties.</p>
<p>Even while you can creatively imitate others, remember that it&#8217;s also important to be different. Distinguish your business or product from all the rest. Make your enterprise special in the eyes of your customer or client and set yourself favorably apart from every other generic competitor.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Have you been approached (usually by e-mail) by someone asking to do a link exchange?</p>
<p>Link exchanges are where you put a link to someone’s website on your website and they promise to put yours on theirs in an attempt to add more links and get more hits. You’ll find that as your site becomes more visible, you’ll get more random requests from people wanting to ride on your coattails after they&#8217;ve found you on the search engines.</p>
<p>If you are not in any type of relationship with the company, I don&#8217;t recommend agreeing to a link exchange. If it&#8217;s a known company or organization that you would personally recommend, you may consider it.</p>
<p>For sites you choose to link to, you should monitor them periodically to make sure they are still active, check that the domain name hasn’t been &#8220;hijacked&#8221; by someone and is being rerouted somewhere undesirable (I actually have seen this), and to make sure the linked site continues to meet your company standards, too.</p>
<p>Think of it as a referral. Be selective. By posting a link on your site, you are recommending that your potential clients take a look. It&#8217;s your reputation on the line.</p>

One way to use this to your advantage is by putting more text on your website in the form of &#8220;Frequently Asked Questions&#8221; (FAQs), targeted at answering real user questions about your product or service.</p>
<p>The detailed question/answer text will give the search engines more content that can be used to increase relevancy of those longer search phrases to your website. It will also allow your potential clients to get to know you better, to learn about what and/or how you do business and help lighten the load on your support staff by allowing the users to help themselves.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Have you ever come across a website that even after you look around at the entire page and you are still not quite sure what to do? Or you clicked on something and you&#8217;re not sure how to get back to where you started?</p>
<p>Some people purposely try to make their websites &#8220;different&#8221; in order to set themselves apart from their competition. Some will attempt to name their navigation links something out of the ordinary like &#8220;WooHoo!&#8221; instead of &#8220;Testimonials,&#8221; or others may use images (unfortunately, sometimes totally unrelated to the actual subject matter for that link) that you would need to click on to get to another page. Often, there may be no indication that you need to either hover over or click on an image to make it actually do something. While it may be considered clever, it can sometimes backfire and possibly leave potential clients confused and/or unable to find what they came looking for and they will simply abandon the site altogether.</p>
<p>In planning your website structure, remember to keep it clear and simple. Try to stay with some relatively &#8220;standard&#8221; wording for your navigation links and make sure that your links are clearly labeled to keep your clients from getting lost or mystified as to what they should do or where to go to find what they want. Make certain that your navigation is on all of your pages. Also, ensure that all of your pages have at least some level of continuity in look and feel so your clients know that they are still on your site.</p>
<p>Avoid mystery navigation, and visitors will be more likely to stay a while and see what you have to offer.</p>

<description><![CDATA[You&#8217;re at a mixer.  You’ve been introduced to someone and you try in earnest to get to know hi]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><strong>You&#8217;re at a mixer</strong>.  You’ve been introduced to someone and you try in earnest to get to know him.  You ask his name, he tells you. You ask him what he does, he answers.  He seems nice, but he’s not forthcoming and when he does answer your questions, you aren’t impressed.  You think, “Well, not much here,” and you excuse yourself and move on.  You’re pretty sure there’s more of a story there, but you’re hard pressed to figure out what that is and you don’t really care to help <em>him</em> figure it out.  </p>
<p>There are websites like this as well.  You arrive on the homepage and you read the content, but you aren’t impressed.  You even click on a few links, which lead to new pages of less information and no reason to stick around and learn more.  You think, “Well, not much here” and you move on.  Again, this may be a great company with something to offer you, but you don’t know what that is and you are in research mode, trying to learn, maybe make a decision or purchase a product.  </p>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#808080;">If you are responsible for your website, here’s how to bore someone with your homepage:</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#808080;">Wordiness, use of passive voice, needless directions, use of industry jargon</span></h3>
<p>There are more, but these rise to the top.  Here are some web examples I found:</p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Examples of Wordiness and Passive Voice:</span></p>
<p><em>“Our goal is to enable our customers to focus on their core mission by providing technology solutions that increase growth and outreach while managing time and critical resources in a more efficient and productive way.”</em> </p>
<p>If you have to read a sentence three times to get the meaning, it&#8217;s too long.  By now, your web visitor has surfed on to another site.  The organization&#8217;s goal should be crystal clear, particularly on the homepage.   One could argue that <span style="text-decoration:underline;">rather than write the whole goal or mission statement, they should state it in a catchy, short tagline</span>.  Also, don&#8217;t use passive voice or too many words.  A better sentence for this site might be: Focus on what you do best; leave the technology to us. (Then put the full mission on a secondary page).</p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">On to another example:</span></p>
<p><em>“…is an IT consultancy and systems integrator specializing in e-discovery, email management, and records management solutions.”</em> </p>
<p>Hmm&#8230;is consultancy even a word?  Okay, I looked it up and it is, but who says “consultancy”?  And what is systems integrator?  To be fair, if you are in the technical industry, these phrases may make sense to you, but a business manager or director looking for someone to help them manage their email may miss what you do and how to connect with you. <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Use familiar, readable words</span>.  A better statement could be: &#8220;&#8230;an IT consulting firm specializing in&#8230; &#8221;</p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Example of needless information/directions:</span></p>
<p><em>“Here you will find information about the four hospitals that serve our…community…To learn more about each of the &#8230; hospitals, follow the links below”</em>  and then below this text they have four pictures of the four hospitals, which you can click for more information. </p>
<p>When you put your page together, assume we are savvy consumers and don’t need you to give us instructions on what to do with the four photos at the bottom of the page. This company wastes a lot of real estate with wordiness and instructions that are unnecessary.  In fact, the information you may truly be seeking (ie. H1N1 updates) are so far at the bottom of the page, you’d miss them if you were scanning. To be fair, there is an art to directing the visitor to click on the links and I&#8217;ve made my fair share of mistakes, but <span style="text-decoration:underline;">don&#8217;t waste the reader&#8217;s time or your precious real estate giving instructions on how to use the site</span>.</p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Example of using Industry Jargon:</span></p>
<p><em>&#8220;&#8230;sustainable design is much more than LEED or a USGBC membership and a logo on a website.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>I have no idea what LEEDS or USGBC is, but I shouldn’t need to know just to read the homepage.   These industry words don’t create trust and impress me, they make me stumble, recognize how little I know and surf off their site on to fine someone else in the same industry.   <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Don&#8217;t use industry jargon on your homepage</span>.</p>
<p>The list above is not all inclusive. There are more ways to bore your reader, but these dominate.  Content editing your website is critical to communicating with your potential and current clients.  You are never done; there is always more to do.</p>
<p><strong>Next Steps:</strong><br />
Take a look at the homepage for <a href="http://www.zcsengineering.com/">www.zcsengineering.com</a>.  I am not crazy about their secondary pages, but the homepage tells me just what I need to know to continue asking questions (meaning, click for more information).</p>
<p>Now, study your website.</p>
<p>Ask yourself these questions:</p>
<ul>
<li>What sentence or paragraph on my homepage needs to be shorter?</li>
<li>Do I needlessly say “click here for more information”?</li>
<li>Do I use any industry jargon?</li>
<li>Do I use words that need explaining or words that are not used in daily conversation?</li>
</ul>
<p>As always, if you can’t answer these questions (sometimes we’re too close to the subject), then ask a friend not related to your business and see what he/she thinks.</p>

Often, the material on their website is terribly out-of-date or simply remains the bare bones information that was thrown together in a quick attempt to create a basic website presence in their &#8220;spare time.&#8221; Take advantage now!</p>
<p>First, go through your website content and verify that it still truly reflects the essence of your business. Then, look at some other features of your site. Some ideas to start with are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Does it address your potential clients&#8217; needs or is it all about you?</li>
<li>Does your website &#8220;flow&#8221; or is your site navigation making it difficult for your clients to find what they&#8217;re looking for?</li>
<li>Is there enough content for the search engines?  Use your keywords naturally in your text, typically, repeating your keywords and phrases two to four times.</li>
<li>Does your message contain a &#8220;unique selling proposition?&#8221;  In other words, does your site say something other than the same old story?  Add information that separates you from your competition!</li>
</ul>
<p>Organize your thoughts and ideas&#8230;it may be time for a site overhaul or at least a review to fill in the holes.</p>
<p>Use your down time to do the things that you&#8217;ve put off, because you &#8220;didn&#8217;t have time&#8221; when you were busy!</p>

<p>Websites with many photos tend to be the ones that are prone to slow download speeds. When you open the page and you can watch the photo &#8220;wipe&#8221; in as the page downloads, the main problem is the size of the photo file that is being called.</p>
<p>If you take a photo and transfer it directly from your camera and upload it to your website without any editing, and are resizing it by simply grabbing the corner of the photo to fit it in the page, the file will be way too large. Files straight out of your camera, at a medium resolution setting when you took it, could be 5MB each (or more).</p>
<p>Use a photo editing software like Photoshop Elements to change the resolution to 72dpi (all you need for web display), adjust the image size to the dimensions you want to show on your page, and, if you can, save it as optimized for web graphics. Typically, the file size for a full-sized photo should be no more than about 30KB and should be less than 1K for thumbnails.</p>
<p>Use this technique for sharing photos to friends and family through e-mail! No need to fill up their inboxes. If they decide to print one out you can then send them the larger, higher resolution file. The file could print a photo around 13.5&#8243;x18&#8243; which is significantly larger than the standard 4&#8243;x6&#8243; print you would get at the drug store.</p>

<p>According to W3Schools in July 2008, about 52% of viewers are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, about 43% are using Firefox/Mozilla, and the others are using other browsers such as Safari and Opera. There have been many a debate on which browser is best. The statistics say it all&#8230;regardless of which is found to be &#8220;better,&#8221; you need to keep in mind that viewers will and do use different browsers.</p>
<p>If your website is not coded for minimum cross-browser compatibility, everyone may not always see your website quite the way you had intended.</p>
<p>Ask your web designer if your site has been checked for display with multiple browsers, AND while you&#8217;re at it, ask how your website fares on multiple operating system platforms, such as Windows and Macintosh.</p>
<p>Your website won&#8217;t necessarily be completely identical on everyone&#8217;s computer, but at a minimum the general layout and functionality should be viewable by as many of your potential clients as possible.</p>

<p>As a safeguard, you can ask your designer to provide you the access codes for your website servers and just keep it on file in a safe place. You should know where your domain name is registered, where your files are being hosted, and have the login and password access to both locations. Even if you don&#8217;t know what to do with the information, if you ever need to change designers, your new designer will surely appreciate that you have it.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve had many an occasion to &#8220;rescue&#8221; a site that has been sitting idle for a couple of years. I&#8217;ve got new clients who, when finally getting around to making updates to their site, find that their web designer has gone AWOL.</p>
<p>Maintain your website to keep it current. And, make sure someone on your staff is responsible for the website&#8217;s information and checks and updates it routinely.</p>
<p>It can take quite a bit of effort to retrieve the information to get back control of a site, so try not to lose it in the first place!</p>

The real questions is &#8220;What can I do to help someone looking for me, find me?&#8221; With the literally billions of websites out there, realistically, you can&#8217;t always be number one.</p>
<p>Early search engines ranked pages based on page content and formatting and based on the content of metadata tags. Webmasters attempting to increase visibility packed their pages with hidden words to try to trick the search engines. This practice, while still used by some, unfortunately, can get your website banned from search results.</p>
<p>Thus the advent of the paid inclusion system, companies charging set fees or &#8220;pay-per-click&#8221; advertising to buy your way to better position on search results. Such programs usually guarantee inclusion in the database, but do not guarantee specific ranking within the search results.</p>
<p>Search Engine Optimization (SEO), the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to your website, is not necessarily an appropriate strategy for every website. At a minimum, a website should be optimized to create content for users, not for search engines, and then making that content easily accessible to the spiders, rather than attempting to &#8220;trick&#8221; the search engine algorithm from its intended purpose.</p>
<p>The best practice is to basically build high quality web pages to engage and persuade, while addressing any technical issues that may prevent search engines from crawling and indexing those sites. With that, set up of site analytics programs enable site owners to measure their successes and make any modifications to improve the the site&#8217;s effectiveness as another tool to market their wares.</p>

How professional would it appear? Of course, there&#8217;s nothing wrong with using Google Mail for a personal account. Hey, it&#8217;s free! But&#8230;for your business? It can give the wrong impression.</p>
<p>Build credibility as well as memorability with your clients. Your domain name should reflect your business name, products you offer, or topics that your eventual website will cover. If your first choice isn&#8217;t available, try rearranging the word order or using abbreviations. For variety, add hyphens or words such as online, store, the, or shop to your business name.</p>
<p>Stop advertising for your ISP and start the branding process for your own business and reserve a place for your business on the Internet!</p>

<p>So how does one get seen among the Internet masses? It&#8217;s real simple but fairly involved. The process is called search engine optimization, or better known as seo. SEO is just that, it is a means of optimizing your site, so the search engines, like yahoo and google, can find your site. </p>
<p>SEO occurs in a variety of ways.  One is by the search engines releasing what coders know as &#8220;spiders&#8221;. These are little snippets of code that search websites for new content.  The more information that changes on your website, the more frequent the visits from these little spiders. The more visits to your site, whether by these spiders or by people searching on the web, the more popular your site becomes. The more popular your site becomes, the higher in the search engine rankings your site moves.  </p>
<p>So now this leads to the next question, how do people find my site on the web?  Well there are several things you can do to &#8220;get found&#8221;.</p>
<p>1. Link building. Thus involves adding a link to your site on many other sites that can drive traffic to your site. For example, if you are a graphic designer you would want to add your link to pages having to do with graphic design. People searching for designers may come across your link and visit.  Another possibility us adding your link to a site that your town has up. This way if someones looking for a graphic designer locally they will find you.</p>
<p> Another way to gain SEO popularity is by adding you tube videos having to do with your profession to both your site and you tube. When adding videos you can use meta tags when uploading your video with possible search terms a viewer who would need your services would use. Meta tags are keywords that are relevant to your website.  Those same meta tags should have been used when you built your website as well, for the same purpose.</p>
<p>A third option for SEO is to create a blog. Much in the same way that you tube was used for.   By adding a blog, you can link it to your website and people searching for relevantvterms used in your blog will find your blog and also see the links to your website.</p>
<p>Remember the object is to be popular. Getting as many people to your site as possible will move your ranking up in search engines.  Always remember to link link link.</p>

<p>People who surf the web are like people who go to a library, or grocery. Their destination is defined by their purpose (or need). If you are looking for a can of tomato sauce you don&#8217;t go to the Bread and Pastries aisle. If you want to read a book about the invasion of the Japanese you don&#8217;t go to the Children&#8217;s book section.</p>
<p>People go to facebook to connect and know what&#8217;s happening to their friends (okay some of them go to play farmville and mafia wars).  So if you have a site, you probably know already who are the people you are targetting. Remember the purpose of your site. The more you stick to it, the bigger the chance that you&#8217;ll make the visit a good experience. The best online tool that you can get is not from Google but from a personal recommendation.</p>
<p>After a few months then its time for</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Necessary&#8221; Site Upgrades</strong></p>
<p>Take note of the keyword &#8220;Necessary&#8221;. We all know YouTube get a lot views because of the videos. That doesn&#8217;t mean you should have one too. Having a forum is nice but do you think there&#8217;s enough topic relevant to your site&#8217;s purpose that is worth it to be talk about? If yes go for it if the answer is none, then scrap the idea.</p>
<p>Another thing is&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Educate more, simplify with moderation</strong></p>
<p>Don&#8217;t treat them like idiots. Simplicity is okay but as a medium its okay for us (site owners) to educate our visitors. They do give us traffic that we need so this is just a small way or returning the favor.</p>
<p>If there is one thing that we should focus when it comes to simplicity that is&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>The Navigation Process</strong></p>
<p>I know we are piss everytime we spend our first 10 minutes trying to look for the register button. Guess what? They feel the same thing too.</p>
<p><strong>Don&#8217;t hard sell!</strong></p>
<p>Don&#8217;t shove your site to your target visitors. Instead, work on how you can give them a reason to go to your site (Remember the purpose).</p>

DO NOT BE TRAFFIC GREEDY!</strong></p>
<p>Not just that you&#8217;ll increase low quality visits, you&#8217;ll also risk of doing stupid online marketing moves. Remember if you can focus more on the functionality and purpose of the site. People will eventually go to and use your site the way you want them to.      </p>
<p>Some of you might say, &#8220;What you&#8217;ve written is so basic and elementary!&#8221;, I know, but with all the trends that is happening over the web (SEM, SEO, SMN, and other abbreviations) some of us have the tendencies to overlook these small basics but important details. </p>

<p>Ask yourself, is there a reason for your website? What is that reason and what value does that have to you?<br />
More than likely if you really do not care about the website then neither will anyone else, except for a few exceptions *cough* myspace.  Next step plan out your site, which I mean make sure its easy to use, if people have to jump through hoops and climb a building to do a simple task they will not use your website.</p>
<p>Once you have a layout design that you believe is user friendly, &#8220;make sure you have a friend look over your idea to give you some input.&#8221; You need to decide on a color scheme. Try to keep everything on your website unified that way people will not get confused and think they are going to another website. Go easy on the graphics sometimes less is more and believe it or not in 2009 people still surf the net at 56k.</p>
<p>Once you have a solid plan go for it. Tell your friends and tell your family about your site. If you are creating your site to make money do not expect it to blow up over night, in some cases it may take months to years for it to become popular, key is to stick with it and to keep the technology up to date, example if you created your site for IE6 and the lastest version out is IE8 i think its time for an upgrade. Then again if you are changing your site every other week that too might throw people off. Take one idea and stick with it making slight visual changes to your site to keep people happy and familar.</p>

<p>So here are my top tips for creating a MOSS website:</p>
<p><strong>1. Avoid restricting SharePoint functionality</strong></p>
<p>Try to always work with SharePoint, not against it. Of course, there are times when custom elements need to be brought into the site, but use standard functionality where possible. If we can re-brand or customise SharePoint elements rather than bringing in new ones it means we’re reusing the same skill sets, both for developers and content authors. </p>
<p><strong>2. Be consistent</strong></p>
<p>Content authors are not ‘SharePoint people’ and they probably have no intention on being one. Their job is to create content, so we should create a system that caters for them, and allows them to reuse the same authoring skills throughout. </p>
<p><strong>3. Remove the Name.dll message!</strong></p>
<p>If you’ve been using SharePoint already, you may well have not noticed the warning message IE users will get when viewing an un-trusted website trying to run an ActiveX control. MOSSMan has a great and simple workaround.</p>
<p><strong>4. Re-use page layouts</strong></p>
<p>Can we make page layouts flexible enough to cater for varieties of content? This really depends on how much time the development / design team have, and how technical the content authors want to be. Simple layouts could be created and the authors told to insert web parts to customise pages etc. Or – a page layout for every imaginable type of content could be created, and content authors are channelled into selecting one and sticking to it. I would suggest a balance is required, and will be different in each implementation.</p>
<p><strong>5. Remember SharePoint is a CMS</strong></p>
