In today’s world, technology has made it possible for products to exist not only in the physical but also on a computer; however these products are still valuable goods that can be sold for real money. Because these goods exist and can be gotten only online, it’s said to be digital or electronic.goods

In electronic commerce, digital or electronic goods is a general term that is used to describe any goods that are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. Digital goods are shipped electronically to the consumer through e-mail or are downloaded from the Internet. Usually when you purchase digital goods online, just after payment has been received the merchant provides you with your digital item as an e-mail attachment or they may provide you with a secure link where you can download the item.

Examples of these include eBooks (which are just like any normal book containing knowledgeable information but instead of a hard copy ebook are just a file which you can download), training courses (on anything, from learning Spanish to learning about internet marketing), software, digital images, Web site templates and much more.

The advantage of selling digital products is that you don’t have to pay any manufacturing or distribution costs. Once you’ve made the product, everything you sell is virtually profit! This is why many people create their own digital products themselves, for example writing an eBook of ‘how to’ on a subject, and then sel

ling it to people who are looking to learn or know how to do something you wrote about..
