W zasadzie Vir śpiewa o poszukiwaniu tej jedynej kobiety( a może i nie …?),  ale czy nie można tej piosenki odnieść i to czegoś więcej  jeszcze ?

A pływaj sobie człowiecze w oceanie łap ryby, biegaj za białym królikiem, szusuj po niebie w poszukiwaniu śladów, wywołuj duchy, stawiaj tarota, idź do kościoła, albo kochaj się i utwierdzaj w tym że na pewno żyjesz … itd.  Bez różnicy.

Dziś Księżyc w Rybach, czy o realności zdarzeń można powiedzieć cokolwiek , wiem na pewno  ?
Co znaczy wiem  “na pewno” ; myślę więc jestem, widzę , czytałem , słyszałem itd.  Albo wiem na pewno , że mam do w du… ot przeżywam.

Ilu z nas zastanawia się co wpisać w rubryce z pytaniem; ” O sobie”,   ” Kim jestem”

Właśnie, kim jestem ? Co o sobie naskrobać w skrócie , jakim się podsumować słowami, zdaniem, obrazem ?

Imię i nazwisko, płeć, stanowisko, opisać swój wygląd, wstawić zdjęcie, ale które, to z przeszłości  (ładniejsze) czy to prosto z kuchni ? Który (a) to Ja ?
Czasem dobrze jest iść na spacer, albo  w pole zbierać ziemniaki i do ogródka,  z psem na rower,  żyć po prostu bez biegania za białym króliczkiem. Po co  głowić się nad pytaniami,  na które nikt nigdy nie znalazł jednoznacznej odpowiedzi ?

A może jednak warto,  zapoznać się z  “sobą” ,  z “życiem”, ze “światem” i “realnością” poza internetową…..tzw. realem.

Jeszcze jeden film, jeszcze jedna książka za ponad 50 zł,  280-kilka stronic, bez odpowiedzi. Czy warto ? Jak najbardziej tak, rozbudzenie wyobraźni,  która ma szansę obudzić w nas – NAS,  jest warta każdej ceny.

Niestety ja jej nie kupię. W końcu,  ile można czytać to samo w innym kontekście , w sumie mogłabym napisać taką samą książkę. Eureka, czytam  czytam o tym o czym już dawno wiem… a skąd ? Cholerka nie wiem …

I was in a bit of a debate earlier this week, the topic of which I will not going to mention as I feel it is not important to the point I am now making. However I will say the topic of discussion does have a hard right opinion and a hard left opinion, and no one is usually only neutral on the subject; except me. I felt my role in this debate was only to serve as an objective provider of scientific and anthropological fact, and this can only be done from a position of neutrality. Unfortunately my role was not received as I had intended and I quickly found my self under attack by those of an uninformed position who would rather regurgitate the same tired arguments(that exist on both the left and right side of this issue) than to take a fresh look at on going societal issue. This saddened me greatly because somewhere in my mind I think everyone thinks for themselves; alas I stood corrected. I needless to say removed my self from the ‘debate’ only to have these lovely individuals tell me I got owned. This saddened me twice over; not for the obvious reason but because it reaffirmed for me that the competitive spirit we’ve taught our children stood yet again in the way of any higher ground in reasoning. In other words these people would rather ‘win’ than actually open their minds and learn something new. When it comes to closed mindedness, I would rather ‘lose’ every day for the rest of my life, than to try and ‘win’ at every turn and miss out on an opportunity to learn something about myself and the world around me. That was a horribly long introduction to the actual subject of this post, so let’s get to it.

In this ‘debate’ it was pointed out to me that when it comes to God there is no grey area; only black, and white. That upset me more than anything simply because that is my line, and to have it put in my face truly made me question why I say it at all. I would use in the context that in life your either moving forward or backward; there exists no happy medium. Having it put in front of me by a closed minded individual made me realize that I am also being closed minded in my use of the saying and it is time now to revise my stance(Life is a Perfect Mirror). Now, let us set the table, its time to eat.

To say that God is one way or the other and not both is an example of how we have created for ourselves an anthropomorphic idea of Him. To attribute to our Higher Power the smugness of a jealous hermit that wants humanity his way or no way is quite insulting if I may say so. At the time of His creation in Our image humans were not at fault for giving him these attributes, for at the time we had been very limited by naïve logic in the observation of the world around us. We are still extremely limited in our understanding, but we are much more advanced today than those of 2-5000 years ago. Unfortunately we have not brought our understanding of this Oneness up to date since, and we have paid dearly for it. So long as we continue to attribute to our creator the worst parts of us: ego, logic, jealousy, that is exactly what we are bound to. (this is going to be long) At the time of His creation the holyman had the final say about the universe. Then about 500 or so years ago there was a rift created between scientists and holymen, and we haven’t put the two in the same category since. Science now tells us of the universe, and all it is made of, and that it is entirely illogical. In the last hundred years we have found that left is right, All matter is vacuum, sound can shape and alter matter, and thought, yes thought(thinking) has the power to change the shape of water molecules. In other words, we are not going anywhere as the road that leads you there leads back to here, you and everything around you is an illusion made up of dead space, the illusion around you is shaped by sound, light, and thought. Right here I could begin to draw hundreds of conclusions, but I won’t, that is left up to you. What I will say is that all this information begs and pleads of us to Change Our Ideas! The very limited theological doctrine we have been following for centuries does not serve us and has actually begun to harm us and any hopes of us ever living at peace with each other.

I draw this conclusion in the hope of proving that the messed up bits pieces of our world that we take a left or right stance upon have been created by us. Perhaps we enjoy creating problems for ourselves to debate upon. Perhaps we need things to hate in order to understand what it is to love. Most of all perhaps we were just bored with the simplicity of a perfect existence and saw value in complicating it. These are the only logical explanations I can give for our attraction to putting walls between ourselves in the light of the illogical evidence that we are all truly One. There you have it, my illogical reasoning as to why we think God fits into a human created contextual constructs such as: black&white, is&isn’t, heaven&hell. Logically, sure I suppose you could compartmentalize Him into one or the other, but as the evidence states if He is indeed ever one, He must be both, as that is the only illogical explanation.

On Wednesday night I watched the CBC Dragon’s Den – a Canadian show in which entrepreneurs pitch hard nosed, trump like investors. It became apparent in this airing that these Dragons seem to know very little about “The Secret”.  Just when you thought that everyone has heard of “The Secret” you realize that there are a lot of wealthy people who “just don’t get it” .  That makes me stop and wonder how they created their wealth in the fist place and how long they will keep it.  Frankly, I am sick to death of sweet, supposedly healthy energy drinks…..don’t they know by now that unless it is fresh there is no energy in a bottled drink. Except I guess the sugar. Hey, what can I say, I am LOHAS, hard core, one of those 50 year old mavens who are taking Facebook by storm and an artist to boot! I prefer “ionized water” and macha tea.

Nevertheless, I found most of the ideas presented to be lame and forgetable -with the exception of one that was, well frankly, unforgetable, I have been thinking about it ever since. It was from “a company called Creo Mundi, a Canadian based company that sells intentional clothing. That’s kind of a clever idea. What they have looks like just a regular t-shirt or a sweatshirt on the outside, but imprinted on the inside are positive words from all different languages. So when you put it on, you know what’s on the inside and so you have this private intention that’s on you.” http://bit.ly/5cy66.

The judges/investors/dragons, however,  were not impressed. They cajoled the idea and in effect said, “What the BLEEP? “ They were totally thrown off by the whole idea and said that it was ridiculous for the two women, who ran the “positive lifestyle” company,  to pursue it although it was clear that they were passionate about the idea. In the end they all said  “forgetaboutit, stick with the energy shake”- The shake is their oher product. The one that I would never buy!  At that point, I said quietly to myself  ” What Would Google Do?”

I’ve been thinking about it and If there was ever a piece of clothing that is a “open source” platform waiting to happen this would be it! I think that they should run with it -  but it needs to be tweaked to make it more social, more techie, more user friendly. I suggest that they hire me to make  a viral video around the concept and target Florida’s “Creative Class” with the intention of creating a world wide rave. The distribution should be thru the internet, selling entirely online custom one offs, on demand – just in time shirts, can be designed by the customer. The customer after seeing the viral video would be insprired to go to the site, create an account and enter the words and phrases that resonate with them. They would choose the shirt style and color and then design the INNER SHIRT  for themselves!  A set of affirmations, favorite quotes or  or just single words that inspire can be placed where ever they want on the inside front and back of the inner shirt. When they are happy they hit submit and check out and it comes in the mail super fast like my “I saw it on CNN” shirts for Obama did.

Your custom designed words remain invisible to the outside world, which can be so cruel when it comes to spirituality, but empowers you the wearer in ways unseen. Way cool  to be a hidden mystic, wearing black techie outer gear to the Google office while on inside you know you have penned a new age spirtual mantra to your higher self all over the inside of  your bamboo luxury shirt!  Once we have the techies on side I suggest a move to custom yoga grear, then mediation gear and so on…..where does it end in the new age of spiritualism? who else can we convert?  The Dragons themselves one day? if we sell enough, no doubt. Ladies, it was clear to me, after all was said and done, one thing ” What the bleep do we know?”

In 1991 I had the Honor of escorting John-Roger, dss on a peace trip to a Spiritual Forum in the then USSR. Yogi Bashan was an attendee along with Al Gore before getting picked to be VP. It was an amazing trip. Gorbachev was our host at the Armand Hammer Hotel in Moscow. Now presently I’ve become firends with so many Sikhs in Los Angeles. They love Yogi and they miss him very much. I’m so greatfull to have met him.

There once was an average man who experienced an unexpected miracle. A miracle brought about out of the darkness of disease and death. One evening he sat in a chair watching his last hours of television, contemplating his mortality and planning his funeral. He was dying from AIDS. The doctors told him to arrange his affairs for his life would soon be at an end.

All of a sudden a ray of hope flickered across the screen. A special with Dr. Wayne Dyer was celebrating the benefits of the “AH” meditation. Dr. Dyer had been given this sound by Gurugi, a Tamil Siddha whose mission was to end suffering in the world. The dying man was very head strong and sensible in life and rarely opened his mind to things as nonsensical as a sound healing one’s body. However, something in his heart, mind and soul opened up. His life became a beacon of hope to many and he promised to share his gift with the world. He promised to be a light of hope and help end suffering.

Even though at times it doesn’t seem possible, that man was me, a person not unlike most who are lost in the illusion of life. Suffering and not able to see beyond popular belief and the pain that our beliefs cause. This book is about a practical way to transform those illusions and beliefs that no longer serve those suffering. Through this transformation a life of health, awareness, joy, peace, love and prosperity can developed, maintained and by doing so, each person can be a conduit for the divine and create a world beyond our wildest dreams!

Do the stars and other celestial bodies in space really affect us or is Astrology just a game? I remember standing on the street one night waiting for someone to pick me up after another dramatic break-up with all my things sitting on the pavement by my legs feeling torn up and broken down. I looked up into the night sky and said, “Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I make tonight…I wish to feel happy.”

All of a sudden I was filled with a tremendous sense of joy and a smile spread across my face. Well, you could’ve knocked me over with a feather! I couldn’t believe that it was just that simple. So, I started wishing for happiness and each time I did, the stars seemed to grant my wish.

Was it just “wishful” thinking or a celestial phenomenon?

People can argue this way and that about cosmic topics like this, but whenever I doubt the power of the cosmos, I think of how the moon effects the tides and women’s bodies…how the sun effects our seasons and I let that smile spread across my face once more.

Hypnosis . . . images of dodgy stage hypnotists and horror movies come to mind, probably, igniting emotions. Writers, stage performers and movie makers have long used hypnosis as the vehicle that can bring the ‘magical’ or frightening to a victim, and while this fiction can be great fun, it also causes misunderstandings and irrational fears of abilities that, in reality, are expressions of the fact that the brain is a superbly complex instrument which can still outdo any computer.

In many ways, the brain is the window to both inner and outer worlds . . . and hypnosis is a tool which concentrates the focus. We can direct attention with remarkable results. Of course, when we do so and achieve something that falls outside our ‘concept’ of what we can personally do, it seems like magic or a miracle. Bizarre, when you consider how we happily use the rest of our organs.  If we look ahead, then look left, we hardly think about it – it’s normal, but the concept of changing the focus of the brain still alarms or amazes. It is a shame, because these magnificent brains are here for a reason; to help us! This is the REALITY of hypnosis. So I would encourage you to put the myths to bed and wake up to your potentials, and your innate ability to reach them.

We live in very exciting times: Whilst elements of hypnosis date back to ancient times, our technological inability to fully understand the brain has meant that it has been hard to say with absolutely certainty how it works. Not only that, the fact that a highly alert hypnotised person can appear to be deeply asleep has caused many myths to arise. But why have these myths continued?

Before the first truly anaesthetic agents were discovered, a British Surgeon working in an Indian prison performed hundreds of pain-free amputations. He was so excited that he proposed to teach hypnosis to other medics so that many more patients could be free of pain . . . but he was told that God had created pain for a reason, and patients were meant to feel it. Oddly enough, pain alleviation via chemical pathways was more easily understandable and could not be taken to challenge any religious position . . . so it was immediately embraced. In other words, medicine embraced the risks of side-effects and prolonged recoveries due to exposure to chemical toxins way more enthusiastically, because it didn’t challenge the religious positions of the day, and furthermore, it was slightly easier to identify the mechanisms of action. Hypnosis (the brain) was more mysterious, less easy to be authoritative about, so interest was suppressed. Maybe it was fakery, they would say, or dangerous . . .

All the time though, the reality was that it all came back to the complexities of who, what and why we are. The amazing feats and after-effects of hypnosis are simply expressions of our innate and delicious complexities. Put more simply, hypnosis is about us working with consciousness, with the brain, in a way that truly acknowledges and utilises the wonders of who and what we are.

You could say it is time to ‘wake up’ . . . but as any hypnotherapist or brain scan will tell you; we were never really asleep

And how will mainstream medicine handle increasing evidence detailing the unique value of hypnosis? Well, that will truly be a matter not of mind over matter, but fact over fear.

I have a new show on Energy Talk Radio called “Kim Hess Divorce Guru.” It’s fun, I laugh alot, and I’m happy. I also co-host a show with the founder of the website Love Detour, where I give uplifting advice about divorce.

Who could imagine that getting divorced from the man I loved with all my heart would open up so many doors for me: doors that ultimately let me enter into a happier, more fulfilled existence?

I’m writing this to all of you out there who may be thinking that divorce is the worst thing that could happen to you. And it probably is. But be sure to keep the faith that sometimes when the worst things happen to you, it is a catalyst for the best things to occur in your life. I love a good day off.

Doesn’t everybody?

For me, a “good day off” is when I can relax every part of my being. My breathing feels deeper, the sky seems more blue….you get the idea.

We made a point of getting out of the house early to take a day trip to the ocean.   Before we left, I asked my boyfriend:

“What intention would you like to set for our trip today?”

He thought for a few seconds and with a mischievous look on his face, he replied:

“Buffalo”

I laughed and thought…buffalo?  OK. Buffalo.  What the heck!

I’m game.

It doesn’t matter that we are on the mid Atlantic coast …..who knows?

Buffalo don’t have to only roam out west, right?   I just haven’t seen them yet.

We drove two plus hours to our beach destination enjoying the scenery and each other.  I kept my eyes open for buffalo. He kept his eyes on the GPS.   The ride was beautiful…but no buffalos.  Instead, we found a rather crowded beach for a Tuesday.  Both of us are used to and prefer a less crowded, commercial venue, so we found a good lunch spot and strategized about the rest of the day off.

After lunch, we headed north for the state park. Good move. We had a wonderful afternoon, walking on the uncrowded beach, examining shells and rocks and the many horseshoe crabs and  talking to the fisher folk.  Spot was the popular catch of the day.  We asked passers by if they could tell us what kind of seagull we were seeing.  My boyfriend is from the Pacific Northwest and he had never seen the black headed gull.

We learned that most people just group all gulls together.

Just when we were about to call it quits on the survey,

we asked one more person and bingo!

Our day on the beach was winding down.  We walked back to the car gearing ourselves up for the drive home.  We decided to take a slightly different route back feeling confident that if we were on the wrong path, the trusty GPS would guide us in the right direction.

Once we got through the commercial beach roads filled with outlet stores, our ride home was just as scenic as the initial drive.  We saw lots of thriving  green fields, produce stands, beautiful clouds, and old farm houses in pristine condition.  We drove by a large field that had the giant watering system on wheels.  They span the length of the field and are made of metal.  When you approach one from behind (which I had never done), and you use your imagination, it looks like a dinosaur skeleton at the Smithsonian.  Kind of.   When I saw that, (ever the optimist)

I thought…Well, if we don’t see a buffalo,

at least we have seen a ” dinosaur”.

And it was just after that thought that we rounded the corner only to see…

a bison farm.

In the background beyond the fence stood

not one, but several buffalo large and small.

Who knew?

Yesterday was Guru Purnima – The Full Moon of the Guru in Hindu tradition. To celebrate this day where we honor our spiritual teachers of every tradition there was a great focus on helping others.

Dr. Baskaran Pillai states:  “From this Guru Purnima onwards, we will celebrate this Guru Purnima not only for remembering the guru and the wisdom he stands for. I’m declaring to the world that we are going to prove our love through helping the poor people who can’t afford to have housing and education. We are going to build HoPE Towns all around the world. In San Francisco at the Chinatown Library, a small group of students donated enough money to build two homes in the Philipines or India. “Each house costs $2000 USD. Gawad Kalinga brings the resources of land, architects and engineers and builders, dedicated volunteers, and the poor of the community give their ‘sweat equity”.

Well it has been a long time in development, but finally the fourth incarnation of CaryCharles.com is up and running. The feel is fresher with a virginal white background, larger images in the galleries, more attractive merchandise links and a whole new mind, body & spirit section.

The new section is particularly interesting as here I will share information about my writing and experiences in healthcare, both alternative and orthodox, never forgetting the overall theme of all my creative endeavours . . . consciousness.

All I can say is hopefully there aren’t that many mugs out there helping Mr Curtain Pose manifest his millions in $47 increments.

I found myself at the library last week and decided to browse through the DVDs for something to watch, and came across “What the Bleep Do We Know?”, an odd philosophical/metascientific flick I’d been meaning to take a look at sometime. I found it a pretty fun romp through what for me is familiar concepts, but for many people it’s a pretty mindblowing (or ridiculous, or both) look into a whole other way of seeing the world.

Anyway, something someone said in it is on my mind today — or at least, the paraphrased way I remember it. Someone said that today, the field of Psychology doesn’t give enough weight to people and their choices when determining what goes on in our heads. That so much of what is termed “mental illness” is really the accumulated result of choices we make. And in order to be better, we simply need to make better choices.

That made sense to me.

John Raatz and his Visioneering Group have been championing an Enlightened Media longer than just about anyone. Ten years after he promoted some groundbreaking films (described below) he found the What the BLEEP filmmakers and convinced them to bring him on board to promote the film. The filmmakers were 4 months into their self distribution and realized they needed a real professional to bust into the next level. Which with John Raatz and David Langer and the rest of their crew, they did. That was then – what about now????

BH: People have talked a lot about this emerging genre and they give it a lot of different names. What are some of the names you’ve heard people give this emerging genre and what’s your favorite?

Raatz: Well, the only name that I use is the word “transformational” as a qualifier.

Anybody who has seen the popular movie “The Secret”, or has followed the teachings of any number of modern luminaries, has certainly heard of the ubiquitous Law of Attraction. If you are not one of those people, I would like to briefly explain it here. Then I can build upon this information to share the subsequent point of this article, Interference Patterns.

There is a law that operates in our universe. We all abide by it and are consequently and consistently affected by it, whether we know it or not. This law is called the Law of Attraction, and what it means is that things that are made up of certain energy attract other things that are made up of the same energy. For example, in it’s most rudimentary form, if you are having a great day you tend to attract more great things to happen to you, and if you are having a miserable day, well…I think you get the idea.

As I was saying, there has been a great deal of discussion about this topic lately, even though it is far from a new human understanding. People are realizing, on a very broad scale, the tremendous value that this energetic insight can provide to anybody who is wise enough to harness it’s power.

What has not been discussed on anywhere near as broad a scale is a phenomenon called an interference pattern which can fly in direct opposition to any benefit that the law of attraction brings to us. That is, until we identify it and overcome it’s disempowering influence.

So what exactly is an interference pattern?

Well, those who know of the powerful Law of Attraction know that they can deliberately generate a certain vibration of energy in order to attract the corresponding energy that they would like in their lives.

Let’s say, for a simple example, that you would like to feel good. I mean really good…all of the time. If you are open to the possibility that this is even an option for a human being, which many are not. The first thing that you will encounter once you get beyond your own inner resistance to this way of life is the fact that many people have some degree of allegiance and belief in life being inherently ridden with misery. They believe in holding on to anger, resentment, depression,

low self- esteem, and an endless array of other less then desirable conditions that are not actually necessary to perpetuate. One very good example of an interference pattern is just that…you decide to feel good, you do the work to make you body healthy, your emotions balanced, your mental outlook very clear, etc…and then BAM! Somebody very close in your life who is still not resolved to feel as good as you have committed yourself to feeling puts out a directly conflicting vibration to the one that you are generating. An interfering vibration.

Now, in this example, which is only one very obvious situation where this can come into play, it is essential to be self-honest enough to be sure that the negative energy is coming from outside yourself. That being understood, and a given in this proposition, how do you solve the problem?

If it was not someone close you could simply avoid this person from here on out. And I recommend avoiding negative people as much as possible as a general rule. However, in this scenario, it is someone close. Perhaps a spouse or a child.

Of course, even if it is a spouse, or an adult child, it does not mean that you could not avoid this person or eliminate their influence from your life. In both cases the negative interference pattern would have to be significant enough and hopeless enough to warrant it. Especially in the case of your child. It’s only in the worst dynamics of completely destructive behavior that I could imagine avoiding a child or giving them “tough love” by putting a serious amount of space between myself and them. On a side note here, as parents we have an enormous responsibility in helping our child to form their mental and emotional outlook. Because of this, I could never imagine giving up on them completely. Sometimes, though, an co-dependent/enabling situation can form, and that is not helpful. A spouse is a different story, but even then the negativity and destructiveness would have to be severe enough and without hope of improvement to consider the drastic measures of removing them from your life altogether. Although those levels are certainly reached in abusive, disrespectful and loveless situations all of the time.

For the sake of our example this is someone who is going to be in your life for a long time, but occasionally presents a direct interference pattern to your new idea of total well-being. What do we do with that? For starters it’s important to keep in mind that whatever is going on in our life we attracted into it to begin with, at some point in time. That means that this person who is currently not creating the energy patterns that are in alignment with your new desire is someone who certainly was in alignment with your old energy patterns before

you decided, unilaterally, to change. So, one good thing to try is to see if they are even at all receptive to changes in mind-set that you are growing towards. If not, there really may be a problem. An inherent incompatibility. And that unfortunate truth may have to be dealt with. But, let’s say, they’re open to change, but just not changing as quickly as you, or as quickly as you would like?

This is where it comes to the sheer strength and “grounding” of the energy being generated on either side of the equation. There is an ancient question in the world of martial arts that asks “what if two great masters of completely different styles match off in a fight to the death…who would win?”. The answer is, quite plainly, the one who is most firmly rooted in what they know. Darkness has no root, for it is merely a lack of light. If you are truly on a path of awakening and benevolence your every action must be firmly implanted in that which is positive. By continually strengthening and purifying your connection to the true source of this light, you will gradually dispel darkness, whether inside or outside of yourself.

The bottom line is always going to be, however, that you must take full responsibility for everything in your life, and not blame anybody for anything. Although being aware of the influences that you have drawn to yourself is important so that you can change them, we must be ever vigilant to avoid using them as an excuse for not moving forward. It is always our own decision whether to acquiesce  to an influence that is not in line with our vision of life, or to dig our heels in and be the master who prevails.

I found this movie trailer on youtube.  It’s very much in the What The Bleep genre.  To my knowledge you can only order the movie on DVD, at this time.  I intend to get it and I’ll report back anything wonderful in it.  In the meantime, it asks a question: What if it were true, would you take the leap?  I don’t fully know the context of the question but I like to entertain the notion that it’s about something that is your heart’s desire which you have not yet seen manifest but you now know for certain it is true for you.  How would you act, who would you be, what leaps might you take that you’ve previously held back on?

Does Objective Reality Exist, or is the Universe a Phantasm?

In 1982 a remarkable event took place. At the University of Paris a research team led by physicist Alain Aspect performed what may turn out to be one of the most important experiments of the 20th century. You did not hear about it on the evening news. In fact, unless you are in the habit of reading scientific journals you probably have never even heard Aspect’s name, though there are some who believe his discovery may change the face of science.

Aspect and his team discovered that under certain circumstances subatomic particles such as electrons are able to instantaneously communicate with each other regardless of the distance separating them. It doesn’t matter whether they are 10 feet or 10 billion miles apart.

Somehow each particle always seems to know what the other is doing. The problem with this feat is that it violates Einstein’s long-held tenet that no communication can travel faster than the speed of light. Since traveling faster than the speed of light is tantamount to breaking the time barrier, this daunting prospect has caused some physicists to try to come up with elaborate ways to explain away Aspect’s findings. But it has inspired others to offer even more radical explanations.

University of London physicist David Bohm, for example, believes Aspect’s findings imply that objective reality does not exist, that despite its apparent solidity the universe is at heart a phantasm, a gigantic and splendidly detailed hologram.

To understand why Bohm makes this startling assertion, one must first understand a little about holograms. A hologram is a three- dimensional photograph made with the aid of a laser. To make a hologram, the object to be photographed is first bathed in the light of a laser beam. Then a second laser beam is bounced off the reflected light of the first and the resulting interference pattern (the area where the two laser beams commingle) is captured on film. When the film is developed, it looks like a meaningless swirl of light and dark lines. But as soon as the developed film is illuminated by another laser beam, a three-dimensional image of the original object appears. The three-dimensionality of such images is not the only remarkable characteristic of holograms. If a hologram of a rose is cut in half and then illuminated by a laser, each half will still be found to contain the entire image of the rose. Indeed, even if the halves are divided again, each snippet of film will always be found to contain a smaller but intact version of the original image. Unlike normal photographs, every part of a hologram contains all the information possessed by the whole. The “whole in every part” nature of a hologram provides us with an entirely new way of understanding organization and order. For most of its history, Western science has labored under the bias that the best way to understand a physical phenomenon, whether a frog or an atom, is to dissect it and study its respective parts.

A hologram teaches us that some things in the universe may not lend themselves to this approach. If we try to take apart something constructed holographically, we will not get the pieces of which it is made, we will only get smaller wholes. This insight suggested to Bohm another way of understanding Aspect’s discovery. Bohm believes the reason subatomic particles are able to remain in contact with one another regardless of the distance separating them is not because they are sending some sort of mysterious signal back and forth, but because their separateness is an illusion. He argues that at some deeper level of reality such particles are not individual entities, but are actually extensions of the same fundamental something.

To enable people to better visualize what he means, Bohm offers the following illustration:
Imagine an aquarium containing a fish. Imagine also that you are unable to see the aquarium directly and your knowledge about it and what it contains comes from two television cameras, one directed at the aquarium’s front and the other directed at its side. As you stare at the two television monitors, you might assume that the fish on each of the screens are separate entities. After all, because the cameras are set at different angles, each of the images will be slightly different. But as you continue to watch the two fish, you will eventually become aware that there is a certain relationship between them. When one turns, the other also makes a slightly different but corresponding turn; when one faces the front, the other always faces toward the side. If you remain unaware of the full scope of the situation, you might even conclude that the fish must be instantaneously communicating with one another, but this is clearly not the case.

This, says Bohm, is precisely what is going on between the subatomic particles in Aspect’s experiment. According to Bohm, the apparent faster-than-light connection between subatomic particles is really telling us that there is a deeper level of reality we are not privy to, a more complex dimension beyond our own that is analogous to the aquarium. And, he adds, we view objects such as subatomic particles as separate from one another because we are seeing only a portion of their reality.

Such particles are not separate “parts”, but facets of a deeper and more underlying unity that is ultimately as holographic and indivisible as the previously mentioned rose. And since everything in physical reality is comprised of these “eidolons”, the universe is itself a projection, a hologram.

In addition to its phantomlike nature, such a universe would possess other rather startling features. If the apparent separateness of subatomic particles is illusory, it means that at a deeper level of reality all things in the universe are infinitely interconnected. The electrons in a carbon atom in the human brain are connected to the subatomic particles that comprise every salmon that swims, every heart that beats, and every star that shimmers in the sky. Everything interpenetrates everything, and although human nature may seek to categorize and pigeonhole and subdivide, the various phenomena of the universe, all apportionments are of necessity artificial and all of nature is ultimately a seamless web.

In a holographic universe, even time and space could no longer be viewed as fundamentals. Because concepts such as location break down in a universe in which nothing is truly separate from anything else, time and three-dimensional space, like the images of the fish on the TV monitors, would also have to be viewed as projections of this deeper order. At its deeper level reality is a sort of superhologram in which the past, present, and future all exist simultaneously. This suggests that given the proper tools it might even be possible to someday reach into the superholographic level of reality and pluck out scenes from the long-forgotten past. What else the superhologram contains is an open-ended question. Allowing, for the sake of argument, that the superhologram is the matrix that has given birth to everything in our universe, at the very least it contains every subatomic particle that has been or will be — every configuration of matter and energy that is possible, from snowflakes to quasars, from blue whales to gamma rays. It must be seen as a sort of cosmic storehouse of “All That Is.”

Although Bohm concedes that we have no way of knowing what else might lie hidden in the superhologram, he does venture to say that we have no reason to assume it does not contain more. Or as he puts it, perhaps the superholographic level of reality is a “mere stage” beyond which lies “an infinity of further development”. Bohm is not the only researcher who has found evidence that the universe is a hologram. Working independently in the field of brain research, Standford neurophysiologist Karl Pribram has also become persuaded of the holographic nature of reality.

Pribram was drawn to the holographic model by the puzzle of how and where memories are stored in the brain. For decades numerous studies have shown that rather than being confined to a specific location, memories are dispersed throughout the brain.

In a series of landmark experiments in the 1920s, brain scientist Karl Lashley found that no matter what portion of a rat’s brain he removed he was unable to eradicate its memory of how to perform complex tasks it had learned prior to surgery. The only problem was that no one was able to come up with a mechanism that might explain this curious “whole in every part” nature of memory storage. Then in the 1960s Pribram encountered the concept of holography and realized he had found the explanation brain scientists had been looking for. Pribram believes memories are encoded not in neurons, or small groupings of neurons, but in patterns of nerve impulses that crisscross the entire brain in the same way that patterns of laser light interference crisscross the entire area of a piece of film containing a holographic image. In other words, Pribram believes the brain is itself a hologram. Pribram’s theory also explains how the human brain can store so many memories in so little space. It has been estimated that the human brain has the capacity to memorize something on the order of 10 billion bits of information during the average human lifetime (or roughly the same amount of information contained in five sets of the Encyclopaedia Britannica).

Similarly, it has been discovered that in addition to their other capabilities, holograms possess an astounding capacity for information storage–simply by changing the angle at which the two lasers strike a piece of photographic film, it is possible to record many different images on the same surface. It has been demonstrated that one cubic centimeter of film can hold as many as 10 billion bits of information. Our uncanny ability to quickly retrieve whatever information we need from the enormous store of our memories becomes more understandable if the brain functions according to holographic principles. If a friend asks you to tell him what comes to mind when he says the word “zebra”, you do not have to clumsily sort back through some gigantic and cerebral alphabetic file to arrive at an answer. Instead, associations like “striped”, “horselike”, and “animal native to Africa” all pop into your head instantly. Indeed, one of the most amazing things about the human thinking process is that every piece of information seems instantly cross- correlated with every other piece of information–another feature intrinsic to the hologram. Because every portion of a hologram is infinitely interconnected with every other portion, it is perhaps nature’s supreme example of a cross-correlated system.

The storage of memory is not the only neurophysiological puzzle that becomes more tractable in light of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain. Another is how the brain is able to translate the avalanche of frequencies it receives via the senses (light frequencies, sound frequencies, and so on) into the concrete world of our perceptions. Encoding and decoding frequencies is precisely what a hologram does best. Just as a hologram functions as a sort of lens, a translating device able to convert an apparently meaningless blur of frequencies into a coherent image, Pribram believes the brain also comprises a lens and uses holographic principles to mathematically convert the frequencies it receives through the senses into the inner world of our perceptions. An impressive body of evidence suggests that the brain uses holographic principles to perform its operations. Pribram’s theory, in fact, has gained increasing support among neurophysiologists.

Argentinian-Italian researcher Hugo Zucarelli recently extended the holographic model into the world of acoustic phenomena. Puzzled by the fact that humans can locate the source of sounds without moving their heads, even if they only possess hearing in one ear, Zucarelli discovered that holographic principles can explain this ability. Zucarelli has also developed the technology of holophonic sound, a recording technique able to reproduce acoustic situations with an almost uncanny realism.

Pribram’s belief that our brains mathematically construct “hard” reality by relying on input from a frequency domain has also received a good deal of experimental support. It has been found that each of our senses is sensitive to a much broader range of frequencies than was previously suspected. Researchers have discovered, for instance, that our visual systems are sensitive to sound frequencies, that our sense of smell is in part dependent on what are now called “osmic frequencies”, and that even the cells in our bodies are sensitive to a broad range of frequencies. Such findings suggest that it is only in the holographic domain of consciousness that such frequencies are sorted out and divided up into conventional perceptions. But the most mind-boggling aspect of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain is what happens when it is put together with Bohm’s theory. For if the concreteness of the world is but a secondary reality and what is “there” is actually a holographic blur of frequencies, and if the brain is also a hologram and only selects some of the frequencies out of this blur and mathematically transforms them into sensory perceptions, what becomes of objective reality?

Put quite simply, it ceases to exist. As the religions of the East have long upheld, the material world is Maya, an illusion, and although we may think we are physical beings moving through a physical world, this too is an illusion.

We are really “receivers” floating through a kaleidoscopic sea of frequency, and what we extract from this sea and transmogrify into physical reality is but one channel from many extracted out of the superhologram. This striking new picture of reality, the synthesis of Bohm and Pribram’s views, has come to be called the holographic paradigm, and although many scientists have greeted it with skepticism, it has galvanized others. A small but growing group of researchers believe it may be the most accurate model of reality science has arrived at thus far. More than that, some believe it may solve some mysteries that have never before been explainable by science and even establish the paranormal as a part of nature.

Numerous researchers, including Bohm and Pribram, have noted that many para-psychological phenomena become much more understandable in terms of the holographic paradigm. In a universe in which individual brains are actually indivisible portions of the greater hologram and everything is infinitely interconnected, telepathy may merely be the accessing of the holographic level. It is obviously much easier to understand how information can travel from the mind of individual ‘A’ to that of individual ‘B’ at a far distance point and helps to understand a number of unsolved puzzles in psychology. In particular, Grof feels the holographic paradigm offers a model for understanding many of the baffling phenomena experienced by individuals during altered states of consciousness.

In the 1950s, while conducting research into the beliefs of LSD as a psychotherapeutic tool, Grof had one female patient who suddenly became convinced she had assumed the identity of a female of a species of prehistoric reptile. During the course of her hallucination, she not only gave a richly detailed description of what it felt like to be encapsuled in such a form, but noted that the portion of the male of the species’s anatomy was a patch of colored scales on the side of its head. What was startling to Grof was that although the woman had no prior knowledge about such things, a conversation with a zoologist later confirmed that in certain species of reptiles colored areas on the head do indeed play an important role as triggers of sexual arousal. The woman’s experience was not unique. During the course of his research, Grof encountered examples of patients regressing and identifying with virtually every species on the evolutionary tree (research findings which helped influence the man-into-ape scene in the movie Altered States). Moreover, he found that such experiences frequently contained obscure zoological details which turned out to be accurate. Regressions into the animal kingdom were not the only puzzling psychological phenomena Grof encountered. He also had patients who appeared to tap into some sort of collective or racial unconscious. Individuals with little or no education suddenly gave detailed descriptions of Zoroastrian funerary practices and scenes from Hindu mythology. In other categories of experience, individuals gave persuasive accounts of out-of-body journeys, of precognitive glimpses of the future, of regressions into apparent past-life incarnations.

In later research, Grof found the same range of phenomena manifested in therapy sessions which did not involve the use of drugs. Because the common element in such experiences appeared to be the transcending of an individual’s consciousness beyond the usual boundaries of ego and/or limitations of space and time, Grof called such manifestations “transpersonal experiences”, and in the late ’60s he helped found a branch of psychology called “transpersonal psychology” devoted entirely to their study. Although Grof’s newly founded Association of Transpersonal Psychology garnered a rapidly growing group of like-minded professionals and has become a respected branch of psychology, for years neither Grof or any of his colleagues were able to offer a mechanism for explaining the bizarre psychological phenomena they were witnessing. But that has changed with the advent of the holographic paradigm. As Grof recently noted, if the mind is actually part of a continuum, a labyrinth that is connected not only to every other mind that exists or has existed, but to every atom, organism, and region in the vastness of space and time itself, the fact that it is able to occasionally make forays into the labyrinth and have transpersonal experiences no longer seems so strange.

The holographic paradigm also has implications for so-called hard sciences like biology. Keith Floyd, a psychologist at Virginia Intermont College, has pointed out that if the concreteness of reality is but a holographic illusion, it would no longer be true to say the brain produces consciousness. Rather, it is consciousness that creates the appearance of the brain — as well as the body and everything else around us we interpret as physical. Such a turnabout in the way we view biological structures has caused researchers to point out that medicine and our understanding of the healing process could also be transformed by the holographic paradigm. If the apparent physical structure of the body is but a holographic projection of consciousness, it becomes clear that each of us is much more responsible for our health than current medical wisdom allows. What we now view as miraculous remissions of disease may actually be due to changes in consciousness which in turn effect changes in the hologram of the body.

Similarly, controversial new healing techniques such as visualization may work so well because in the holographic domain of thought images are ultimately as real as “reality”. Even visions and experiences involving “non-ordinary” reality become explainable under the holographic paradigm. In his book “Gifts of Unknown Things,” biologist Lyall Watson discribes his encounter with an Indonesian shaman woman who, by performing a ritual dance, was able to make an entire grove of trees instantly vanish into thin air. Watson relates that as he and another astonished onlooker continued to watch the woman, she caused the trees to reappear, then “click” off again and on again several times in succession. Although current scientific understanding is incapable of explaining such events, experiences like this become more tenable if “hard” reality is only a holographic projection. Perhaps we agree on what is “there” or “not there” because what we call consensus reality is formulated and ratified at the level of the human unconscious at which all minds are infinitely interconnected.

If this is true, it is the most profound implication of the holographic paradigm of all, for it means that experiences such as Watson’s are not commonplace only because we have not programmed our minds with the beliefs that would make them so. In a holographic universe there are no limits to the extent to which we can alter the fabric of reality. What we perceive as reality is only a canvas waiting for us to draw upon it any picture we want. Anything is possible, from bending spoons with the power of the mind to the phantasmagoric events experienced by Castaneda during his encounters with the Yaqui brujo don Juan, for magic is our birthright, no more or less miraculous than our ability to compute the reality we want when we are in our dreams. Indeed, even our most fundamental notions about reality become suspect, for in a holographic universe, as Pribram has pointed out, even random events would have to be seen as based on holographic principles and therefore determined. Synchronicities or meaningful coincidences suddenly makes sense, and everything in reality would have to be seen as a metaphor, for even the most haphazard events would express some underlying symmetry. Whether Bohm and Pribram’s holographic paradigm becomes accepted in science or dies an ignoble death remains to be seen, but it is safe to say that it has already had an influence on the thinking of many scientists. And even if it is found that the holographic model does not provide the best explanation for the instantaneous communications that seem to be passing back and forth between subatomic particles, at the very least, as noted by Basil Hiley, a physicist at Birbeck College in London, Aspect’s findings “indicate that we must be prepared to consider radically new views of reality”.

Last week a good friend visited and gave a movie with the title “What the bleep do we really know.” At first I thought, as my friend suggested this was the latest of the latest. Upon seeing it the first time, late at night, I thought hey this is a nice prelude or explanation of “The Secret”.The day after, my partner asked me about the movie and I decided to look at it again. This time I paid some more attention.

Big Steps Home Quickly“: Cutting Corners
There is a saying in the Netherlands: “Grote stappen, snel thuis” which would translate as “Big Steps Home Quickly” or as they say in the English language: “cutting corners.”  “What the Bleep” is a blend of a documentary and a fictional story and well as some animations to present a perspective on the universe and human life within that universe. Connections are made to quantum physics and neurosciences. The central theme of the movie: “We create our own reality.”

Some of the ideas discussed in relation to this theme are that:

• the universe is to be seen as contructed from thought rather than from substance/matter;
• “empty space” is not empty
• matter is not solid as nuclei go in and out of existence an it is unknown where they end up;
• peptides, chemically maufactured in the brain can cause certain bodily reactions to an emotion;
• beliefs about who you are and what is real, form oneself and one’s realities.

All not too shocking as such and ideas and themes that are discussed throughout a wide array of literature and discussion forums.

I cannot help but thinking that this is yet another production appealing to the large number of people seeking some sort of spiritual connection in an ever growing body of teachings to choose from. This film complements this array I could imagine, jumping from quantum physics to cognition to spirituality in a few easy to follow steps. Most off all the movie seemed to be a one and a half hour promotional movie for Ramtha and her School of Enlightenment.

As far as the scientists in the movie speaking out, it cannot be denied that at first their claims as represented in the movie were challenging to say the least” due to the nature of quantum physics at a sub-atomic level, what we call reality is actually a construct of our minds. The latter part of this concept is well known and discussed and underlies to some extent the concepts similar to those presented in “The Secret.” It was the first part of this equation that was new to me and it all went so quick. Was it really all that simple? Or… doubter/cynic as I may be at times was there more to all this that was not told in the movie.

A few minutes on Google and my worries were confirmed. The producers and directors of the movie are themselves members of the Ramtha School of Enlightenment: a cult or sect whose followers look for guidance and wisdom in the words of Ramtha, who is said to have conquered the continent adjoining Atlantis. Ramtha has a ‘channeler’: JZ Knight, the husky voiced, bleeche and seemingly lip botoxed old
woman in Michael Jackson like uniform, who is called J Z Knight. She operates her Ramtha School of Enlightenment from Yelm, a village in Washington state, coincidently the same village where the movie opened.

Quantum physics, has this inherent beauty and attraction in that its uncertainties or vagueness can be brought in to explain virtually anything out of the ordinary: consciousness, meditation, the paranormal, time travel, ESP, and well, the list goes on. It is regarded as a most powerful theory that studies how matter behaves at the atomic and subatomic levels. Get that deep into the structure of things and it starts to behave very strangely. It almost seems like there is a counter, non-common-sense universe operating right under our noses. Subatomic particles are able to be in two places at the same time! They can exist in two times and places simultaneously but still remain highly connected and could even be at different ends of the universe (the concept of ‘non-locality’). They can an do go in and out of existence at random. They can travel effortlessly from the future to the present. This would suggest that matter is influenced by future and past and could make you think about whether we could influence the past even. Since matter is so inconsistent and unpredictable, quantum finds it hard to view the world as real. When an observation isn’t made; a thing technically doesn’t exist: “it’s just a wave, or a possibility.”

What does this mean for us? It implies that we as human make things exist. It suggests that at some level, you can see what you want and observation can influence matter. This is initially illustrated by referring to the work of Masaru Emoto whose challenged research allegedly showed that water molecules can be influenced by thought. Similarly questioned is the meditation experiement referred to in the movie.

In the movie this all leads to a rationalization of God, which I think will most likely not be entertained by a lot of scientists.

A prominent role in the movie is reserved for Dr Alan Wolf. One could almost not have a better guy to present the concepts: a big grey Einsteinesque head of grey hair and an impressive CV, one of the more respected advocates of quantum theory and a presenter at Discovery Channel and I must say a great producer of easy to grasp scientific one liners:

• ‘The ultimate secret is not to be in the know, but in the mystery.”
• “We’re mostly made not of atoms, but of mind.”
• “Whatever you think you are isn’t you.”
• “It’s all true. There are just different levels of truth.”
  (Hearing this one, strangely enough I could but think that this could have been one coming from Helen Clark and here string of puppets in the years before the last election.)

And then there was most notably the critique of one of the prominent presenters: David Albert Ph. D, who ended up being very disgruntled about being made to look as if he was endorsing the movie’s underlying thesis. Here’s what he said about the movie:

“I was edited in such a way as to completely suppress my actual views about the matters the movie discusses. I am, indeed, profoundly unsympathetic to attempts at linking quantum mechanics with consciousness. Moreover, I explained all that, at great length, on camera, to the producers of the film … Had I known that I would have been so radically misrepresented in the movie, I would certainly not have agreed to be filmed.”

The Science Media Centre asked a group of scientists for their comments on the film. I will rest but saying that these scientists were, well, to say it friendly, far from positive with classifications such as: “gross misstatements of recent scientific findings”, “grossing documentary”, “it would be easy for someone to pick up the wrong ideas”, “dangerous”, “some is newpage clap trap.”

Finally
I can but say I enjoyed the movie, and it gave me some food for further research. At the same time I need to say that in my view a healthy dose of skepticism may be required before you jump on to all to drastic conclusions and actions. I have had the emails of those that were disappointed with “The Secret” and wondered whether it could classify as a consumer fraud. I am curious whether some may consider similar claims about this movie which could also serve as the story behind “The Secret”. An initial search after writing most of this post on Google, gave me over 3800 hits, which is way less than  would have expected. So, there may be more value in this movie than I got out of it. For now I would like to close of saying: before you start using your consciousness to control matter and your reality, may I recommend some additional sources to read:

This follows along nicely with my new mantra that anything can change
in an instant.  And I think I’ve actually stumbled upon a practice that has
led me to experience other probable realities immediately, just as Seth says:
it happens all the time.

I first wrote about it in The Art of Revision and then a follow up post on
Playing It Forward.  This is where I am utilizing Neville’s technique of
revising my day just before I go to sleep and then pre-paving it just before
I get out of bed.  My emphasis has not been on the events of the day them-
selves but on how I want to feel.

Now I’ve added a new practice and that is to stop in the instant that I feel
I’m in a ‘this sucks’ moment.  Stop, withdraw my attention from it and go
within.  I go within to my imagination and find the feeling place of how I
would prefer to feel.  I wait till I feel as if I have embodied that feeling.  At the
moment of embodiment a deep breath of satisfaction just seems to naturally
well up from donning the feeling.  A shift has occurred, another probable
world has been entered, where everything has changed in my inner world
in an instant.   And the truth that remains is I can no longer be held captive
by the events of the outer world.  The outer world can do what it does, I am
independent of any facts.  I do not face any reality unless it’s a reality I wish
to reproduce in my experience.

Well, not only have I stumbled upon a beautiful practice with the help of
Neville’s teachings – I’ve found true personal freedom and I’ve developed
a process that is so self-friendly, so loving, so true to one’s self.   I have
always loved Louise Hay’s mantra: only good lies before me.  However,
there were times I didn’t believe it.  I believe it now.

One of the things I like about an inclusive, all-encompassing image of God is that the concept eliminates an “either-or” outlook on who God is and how God works. This isn’t new thinking either: See John 1:3 –  “Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.” In short, nothing exists without God.

Case in point: the so-called rift between science and spirituality. Usually when someone wants to disprove the existence of God, they point to scientific principles and evidence. But why can’t God be the scientific genius behind those principles and evidence? This possibility means expanding our idea of God, which, let’s face it, can be very uncomfortable. This is true for the devout believer as well as the scientific purist.

But the choice between science and religion has always been a false one. Both represent avenues to explain why things happen in our lives and in our worlds. One does not invalidate the other. Quite the opposite. A deep sense of faith, combined with a critical and curious scientific mind, broadens our understanding of God. Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King said it this way:

Science investigates; religion interprets. Science gives man knowledge which is power; religion gives man wisdom which is control. Science deals mainly with facts; religion deals mainly with values. The two are not rivals. They are complementary.

All that’s a long setup for a new book called “How God Changes Your Brain.” The authors are Andrew Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman. Newberg is a neuroscientist; Waldman is a therapist. They both are associated with Center for Spirituality and the Mind at the University of Pennsylvania, where they study . . . well, how God changes your brain, among other things. I also recognize the author from a stimulating movie I like called “What the Bleep Do We Know?“

Oh. Maybe that explains my dream last night about Moulin Rogue. Very weird. And then it progressed on to something doing with staples and THEN Doctor Who! That was fun. But weirdest out of all Johnny Dep having something to do with a board game someone stole that was neopets related. And let me tell you I wasn’t having non of that. And when this woman gave it back to me I was so happy I couldn’t do anything but be amazed.
I’m thinking about reading a book on how the brain works. I don’t really understand it. I understand very simple things that were explained to me in “What the Bleep” and “Down the Rabbit Hole.” I was listening to this audio book by Julia Sweeny called “Letting Go of God” and she started talking about science and all these things she learned when she started picking up books. And I thought, “I wanna learn that!” Did you know that the eye started out as a piece of skin that was more sensitive to light? Even though I’m more interested in space science. And then after I while I kinda get bored of it all and give up.

So me and Jeni went guild hunting today. We did not find a guild. We found RUBBISH! No one has good guilds anymore. Do you know why? Because no one cares anymore. The whole site it’s self is rubbish. I just had to let you all know that. Even though some of you already do.

I might be posting something about my Holiday soon. Maybe today. iono.
