<p>The Wii fit is video game that is developed for the Wii console by Nintendo which was released in Japan of 1st of December 2007 and during mid 2008, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />

,  basically an exercise game that consists of activities that utilize Wii balance board peripheral. The balance board measures the weight of the user and the center of the balance. It also includes a software which then, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />

,  has roughly about 40 different activities which include push ups, yoga poses, balance, strength and, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />
,  aerobic exercises. Additionally the Wii fit game also lets the player to compare their fitness using their Nintendo&#8217;s own channel over the Wii menu. This game tracks the Wii fitness age of the user through a body test based on the results on the user&#8217;s balance, weight and current age. Unlike, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />
,  the other Wii series this Wii fit incorporates Wiis into its gameplay and presentations.</p>

<p>The Wii fit package uses a unique platform peripheral known as the Wii balance board, which is a software that calculated the body mass index based on the user&#8217;s height, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />
, . However initially there were not plan to include the WiiConnect24 functionality in the Wii fit package. Although this was noted but there could be possibilities of taking advantage of WiiConnect24 later on like using this service to keep in touch with a doctor to help in rehabilitation or with some fitness specialists to help in the training exercises. The training is divided into four different categories in Wii Fit which are balance games, strength training, yoga and aerobics. All these activities offer a core workout, highlighting controlled movements and not overexertion. There are also some new activities which can be unlocked after gaining fit credits, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />
, . This is stored in the FitBank which is a small piggy bank which keeps a track of the time spend on Wii Fit. At a specific stage some new muscle workouts and yoga poses are unlocked according to the total time that is spend on workouts. However if the user is best at a specific activity having 100 percent score then it can also unlock some rigorous levels of the activity.</p>
<p>Regarding the popularity of Wii Fit, Nintendo has already sold above 2 million Wii consoles since it has been launched. The game is basically a software and hardware package, which lets the user solve puzzles and play games while watching TV. The interesting thing, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />
,  is that you don&#8217;t have to play guessing over the console and pressing buttons but you rather play by actively doing what you feel should be done if playing the game for real. This is what has made the Wii Fit package, <strong>wii game</strong> console<br />

<p style="text-align:left;">Los estudios desarrolladores <strong>DK Games </strong>anunciaron públicamente que han decidido lanzar una versión gratuita del <a href="http://www.juegos.tv/" target="_blank">juego </a><strong>“Equilibrio”</strong>, un título originalmente lanzado en el canal de distribución digital <a href="http://www.juegos.tv/videojuegos/wii-consolas_video_juego-es-2.html" target="_blank"><strong>WiiWare</strong>. </a>Con esta noticia se especula que este juego logre una mayor cantidad de usuarios y así consigan una interesante promoción.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Algo muy importante para tener en cuenta es que esta versión para la plataforma <a href="http://www.juegos.tv/videojuegos/pc-consolas_video_juego-es-1.html" target="_blank"><strong>PC </strong></a>no tiene algunas <strong>características exclusivas </strong>de las que si goza en la versión de WiiWare. La mecánica de juego no es algo muy inusual, tendremos que girar una bola moviendo el escenario y aprovechar inteligentemente las diferentes rampas y plataformas.</p>

Depois da minha deslocação a Lisboa, mais precisamente à sede da Nintendo Portugal (<a href="http://ptvagabundo.wordpress.com/2009/08/15/entrevista-nintendo-portugal/">vejam a entrevista</a>), trouxe para cima a Dama de branco. Com &#8220;ela&#8221; veio um comando, dois Motions Plus e o Wii Sports Resort. Assim, vi-me na obrigação de comprar mais um comando e não resisti, comprei o Wii Balance Board juntamente com o Wii Fit.</p>
<p>Tenho aqui em casa um verdadeiro arsenal de entretenimento. As dores no meu corpo são demais e as horas de diversão ultrapassam todos os limites de um jogador Wii.</p>

<p>Świat już do reszty zwariował. Nintendo opchnęło na świecie już grubo ponad 50 milionów (!!!) Wii, DS rozszedł się w sporo ponad 100 milionach (!!!) sztuk, rynek &#8220;casualowy&#8221; rozrósł się do niewyobrażalnych jeszcze kilka lat temu rozmiarów, natomiast Konami (które zresztą popełniło całkiem niedawno na DS&#8217;a Let&#8217;s Yoga oraz Let&#8217;s Pilates), podchwyciło ideę i popłynęło po całości zapowiadając na Wii grę&#8230;o chodzeniu! Jak donosi <a href="http://kotaku.com/5311387/konami-says-lets-walk-it-out/gallery/">kotaku</a> w Walk It Out chodzić będziemy w rytmie 100 różnych utworów muzycznych wykorzystując przy tym dobrodziejstwa jakie za sobą niesie Wii Balance Board czy nawet mata od Dance Dance Revolution. </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Ich habe es letzte Woche doch getan: ich habe mir eine Wii zusammen mit einem Balance Board (beides neu!) ersteigert. Das Ganze war 62 Euro billiger als im Handel.</p>
<p>Gestern kamen die beiden Sachen dann an. Durch eine Latein Exkursion kam ich erst später heim und hatte nicht mehr so viel Zeit, um beides auszuprobieren.</p>
<p>Das einzige was mir gar nicht gefallen hat ist, dass die Konsole zwar deutsch ist, aber es nur eine Bedienungsanleitung auf  englisch gibt. Angeschlossen habe ich sie trotzdem bekommen (zu irgendetwas muss das Fach Englisch ja gut sein) <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Das Boxen bei Wii Sports macht total viel Spaß. Zwar kam ich am Anfang ein wenig ins schwitzen, aber ich hätte noch weitergemacht, hätte meine Mama nicht an den großen Fernseher gewollt <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Heute habe ich dann das Balance Board ausprobiert. Auch das gefällt mir ziemlich gut. Besonders das Yoga und die Balanceübungen. Auch das Joggen fand ich nicht schlecht, da ich mich mit meiner Figur nie trauen würde, dass draußen zu machen&#8230;</p>
<p>Eine Stunde habe ich heute insgesamt auf dem Balance Board verbracht und ich muss sagen, dass es doch ziemlich Spaß gemacht hat, obwohl ich nun nicht unbedingt ein Bewegungsfan bin <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Whether it is business lunches or quick stops at fast food restaurants                with the kids, knowing how to make the best decisions to forgo sabotaging                the diet is important. This is also crucial for athletes who are                regularly traveling and need to be fueled with “high octane”                foods. Use these handy rules to help make the best decisions at                various restaurants.</p>
<p>General Tips:</p>
<p>1. Order off the menu and focus in on these 4 words when ordering:</p>
<p>Steamed<br />
Broiled<br />
Baked<br />
Grilled</p>
<p>Never go to the restaurant hungry</p>
<p>Eat a piece of fruit<br />
Try a yogurt<br />
Eat a granola bar<br />
Have some cottage cheese and fruit</p>
<p>Ask for what you want; as a paying customer, restaurants will cater                to your needs (within reason).</p>
<p>Do not cook foods in butter<br />
Limit the amount of oil used in cooking<br />
Replace refined carbohydrate, high fat foods (fries, potato salad,                etc) with an extra order of steamed vegetables</p>
<p>Call ahead to find out what foods are offered so you can plan ahead</p>
<p>Figure out calories and fat grams of foods you may eat<br />
Know what foods fit the bill for health options</p>
<p>Avoid pre-dinner cocktails and bar snacks<br />
Fast Food Restaurant Tips</p>
<p>Fast food restaurants permeate nearly every corner of the road;                from Italian to Chinese, burgers to subs, there is no limit on what                you can find. Here are some general tips when trying to make the                best decisions if faced with a “fast food dilemma.”</p>
<p>Chinese Food</p>
<p>Order steamed options (or ask for your favorite item steamed).<br />
Most Chinese restaurants now offer brown rice too, rather than the                more traditional white rice.<br />
Avoid the fried noodles they often put on the table before the meal.</p>
<p>“Hamburger” Restaurant (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s,                In and Out, etc)</p>
<p>Most now offer grilled chicken salads. Choose this vs. a triple                artery clogging bacon cheeseburger.<br />
If craving a hamburger, order a plain burger or cheeseburger; leave                the hefty burgers for the next person in line.<br />
Try a grilled chicken sandwich sans mayonnaise or “special”                sauce.<br />
Leave the fries behind.</p>
<p>Italian Food</p>
<p>Split your meal with someone; portions here are at least double                what they need to be.<br />
Try grilled or broiled fish.<br />
Avoid creamy sauces on pasta dishes; instead opt for marinara, which                is much lower in fat and calories.<br />
Limit consumption of bread on the table that’s commonly doused                with olive oil or covered in butter and opt for a healthy tossed                salad, with olive and balsamic vinegar on the side.</p>
<p>Steak Restaurants (Outback Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, etc)</p>
<p>Avoid the “prime” cuts of beef (e.g., prime rib) and                opt for the loin or the round (sirloin, top round, eye round, etc).<br />
Ideally order grilled or broiled seafood</p>
<p>Sub Shops (Subway, Quiznos, Blimpie, etc)<br />
Order the grilled chicken or turkey breast options.<br />
If possible, choose the whole grain breads.<br />
Leave off the bacon, cheese sauce, and mayonnaise; instead try mustard,                vinegar.</p>

<p>1.  Eat 4-6 small meals day a day instead of the usual 2-3 large meals. Eating frequently will help regulate and boost your metabolism to burn more calories.</p>
<p>2.  Consume whole foods that are high in fiber and low in sugar such as lean protein (lean beef, chicken, fish, and whey protein), fruits &#38; vegetables (oranges, apples, strawberries, blueberries, broccoli, peppers, asparagus, carrots, nuts (almonds, cashews, &#38; walnuts), and whole grains.</p>
<p>3.  Eat low-glycemic carbohydrates such as vegetables, whole-wheat products and oatmeal instead of refined processed carbohydrates which usually come in a box or a bag.</p>
<p>4.  Recommend consuming 25-35 grams of fiber per day. Since the average diet contains only 14 grams we could all use more fiber. Fiber will help satisfy hunger pangs as well as control insulin and blood sugar levels which tend to promote fat storage when they are elevated.</p>
<p>5.  Eat some type of lean protein at each meal. Protein helps to satisfy hunger and provide the necessary building blocks to maintain lean body mass while losing body fat.</p>
<p>6.  Consume adequate amounts of healthy fat foods such as olive oil, walnuts, almonds, Omega-3 fortified eggs or other Omega-3 products. Healthy fats are great antioxidants as well as help with brain function and many other essentials processes that take place in the body on a daily basis. Essential Fatty acids also help prevent certain diseases.</p>
<p>7.  Recommend eating 5-10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day to meet your micronutrient needs. Vegetables also contain a good amount of fiber and help to control appetites and curb hunger.</p>
<p>8.  Consume Green Tea or Water instead of calorie filled drinks such as soft drinks. Green Tea has many health benefits and should be drinking 1ml of non-caffeinated fluid for every calorie that you consume. This works out between (8-12) 8oz glasses of Green Tea or Water a day.</p>
<p>9. Balance your fat intake for the day. 1/3 should come from saturated fats, 1/3 from monounsaturated fats, and 1/3 from polyunsaturated fats.</p>
<p>10.  If you want to start building habits then you need to follow a plan. Habits are formed by repetitively following a prescribed plan. Therefore map out your meals every day and follow them. If you follow your plan everyday for 2-3 weeks you will form habits that become part of your daily routine and you won’t even notice it. How do you think bad habits are formed? By repetitively doing something over and over again.</p>
<p>11.  Include what I call “Superfoods” into your meal plan on a daily basis. These include but not entirely lean meat, salmon, low fat plain yogurt, tomatoes, spinach, mixed berries, whole oats, mixed nuts, olive oil, flax seeds(or flax meal), green tea, and various beans. These are just some of the “Superfoods” who should be incorporating into your daily meal plans.</p>
<p>12.  Keep total fat intake under 30% for the day. This can be accomplished by not adding too many extra fats such as butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, etc. This doesn’t mean you have to completely eliminate these items, but do not eat them as a regular food item every day.</p>
<p>13.  EXERCISE!! You can lose weight by just following a nutrition plan on its own but very few succeed at it and it takes much longer than when you eat properly as well as exercise. I am not talking about just getting on a treadmill for 30 minutes every other day. Though you can lose weight this way it is not the most efficient use of your time nor maximizing the ability to burn calories. The most effective way to lose fat is by strength training or some type of interval training utilizing strength training and cardiovascular exercises. A properly designed program can burn more overall calories in 20 minutes than 20 minutes on a treadmill. Also, the X factor in all this is that you will burn more calories per minute hours after you finished strength training because of the EPOC effect. Static exercise on a treadmill doesn’t produce this X factor.</p>
<p>14.  Record what you eat and drink. You will be amazed at what you consume and not even realize you did it until you right it down and reflect back on the day. Keeping a food log is critical to your success because if modifications need to be made you need something to be able to evaluate and analyze. If changes aren’t happening like you had hoped the answer can usually be found in the food and or exercise journal.</p>
<p>15.  Follow the 90% rule. If you can follow your plan 90% of the time then that is enough to have success with weight loss. If you find yourself breaking the rules more than 90% of the time then the chance of being successful with weight loss is not as likely. Your chances of failing increase significantly. Lose the all or nothing attitude and just take one day at a time. Detta betyder att jag har kört sammanlagt 6 dagar sedan jag gjorde <a href="http://smultronsmultron.wordpress.com/2009/03/29/forsta-passet/">första passet förra söndagen</a>.</p>
<p>Såhär såg mina siffror ut på mitt Wii fittest första dagen:</p>
<p><strong>Vikt 75,1<br />
BMI 24,24<br />
Wii fit age 33</strong></p>
<p><strong>Wii fit gav mig ett mål att gå ner till 22 i BMI.</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<p>Och detta är siffrorna från idag:</p>
<p><strong>Vikt 73,7<br />
BMI 23,79<br />
Wii fit age 25</strong></p>
<p><strong>Woooaaaa vilken förändring ha ha, jag är 8 år yngre!!!! </strong>Skämt åsido man lär sig vissa av testen och vissa test är svårare än andra så det är lite tur hur gammal man blir. Ena dan är jag 25 och andra dagen 36. Sen är det ju svårt att säga om det är någon permanent viktnedgång när det gäller så lite, vi får helt enkelt se. Som Wii fit påpekade till mig att vikten kan variera något kilo om dagen, vilket gjorde mig mäkta förvånad tidigare i veckan när min Wii fit ville att jag skulle förklara varför jag gått upp 0,5 kilo? Då skulle jag alltså ge en anledning till min viktuppgång, herre gud&#8230;. tydligen så påpekar Wii fit varje gång du gått upp det minsta och vill att du förklarar dig hmmm&#8230; ja det känns ju sådär faktiskt, kände mig lite påhoppad. Man kan ju bli viktnojjig för mindre.</p>

<p>Angående övningarna så försöker jag köra så många olika övningar som möjligt, för att inte överanstränga någon kroppsdel och få en allsidig träning. Jag tycker att jag kan se en trend i statistikstaplarna att jag gillar aerobics bäst tätt följt av yoga, balansträning och muskelträning sist. Jag upplever att det är väldigt mycket träning för magen och ryggen och inte så mycket kondition. Om detta är ett bra recept för att gå ner några kilon i vikt återstår att se.</p>

Jag lyfte väldigt fel på mitt arbete typ 2001, jag visste inte det då men det skulle flera år av smärtstillande senare visa sig vara en disk som gått sönder. Har sen jag fick min diagnos försökt att hitta träningsformer som inte gör att min rygg blir sämre. Den enda helt säkra träningen för mig är att gå&#8230; men hur jävla roligt är det. Så jag cyklar också men ser till att stå upp när det blir guppigt för att minska stötarna. Mina sjukgymnaster säger att jag absolut inte får gymma och inte stretcha (stretching är de lite oense om, en är emot och en är semiemot). Gymma kan jag hålla med om för när jag hade gymkort så fick jag äta painkillers i en vecka varje gång jag varit där.</p>
<p>Nu är i alla fall ryggen lite bättre har inte haft något allvarligt ryggskott på något år och jag känner att jag vill testa något nytt. Wii fit he he. Så vad jag vill säga med detta är att det kanske går åt helvete och jag får ont i ryggen. Men va fan man måste ju testa eller hur.</p>
<p>Wii fit börjar med att du får göra ett balanstest, uppge din ålder och längd. Sedan får du resultatet. Jag är 176 cm lång, 30 år gammal och här är mitt första resultat:</p>

Wii fit age 33</p>
<p>Det finns lite att jobba på men jag var ju inte i den &#8220;röda zonen&#8221; i alla fall *puh*. Sedan så blir du ombedd att sätta upp ett mål (som man kan ändra senare om man vill) för att man ska ha något att arbeta mot. Wii Fit föreslår att jag ska sätta upp ett mål på 22 i BMI för det är tydligen bäst, ja visst 22 it is och jag väljer att klara detta på tre månader. Detta betyder att jag ska gå ner 7 kilo på den tiden (tja vi får se).</p>

<p>Nu är det bara att sätta igång, Wii fit har fyra olika grupper av övningar muskler, yoga, aerobics och balans. Man bestämmer sig för en sorts träning och sedan väljer du olika småövningar på 1-3 min (de jag gjort hittills). Wii fit ger dig också tips och råd beroende på vilket resultat du får på övningarna. Jag ska tex välja övningar där jag mjukar upp min vänstra sida för den är stel och det stämmer ju för det är där jag har min arga disk.</p>
<p>Mitt första pass körde jag 34 min. Känner mig inte det minsta svettig men jag känner att ryggen har jobbat en del så jag vågar inte köra längre. Vi får se hur det känns imorgon.</p>
