<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">- Brand Aqua Danone sangat kuat</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">- Aqua Danone sebagai market leader bisnis air mineral (pangsa pasar 60%)</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">- Memasarkan produk tidak susah, karena konsumen sudah mengetahui kualitas produk.</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;"><em><strong>Weakness :</strong> </em></p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">- Kendali pasokan / stok barang berada di tangan Principal / Main Distributor</p>

<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">- Diperlukan Modal Kerja yang cukup signifikan</p>

<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">1. Direct : End user, Konsumen Rumah Tangga / Perkantoran, volume minimum 1, tidak ada target, harga jual air (isi saja) Rp 9.000 s/d Rp 10.000 (diantar)</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">2. Retailer : Toko Kecil / Warung, volume min 5 s/d 10, tidak ada target, harga jual Rp 8.050.</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">3. Whole Seller : toko besar / grosir, volume min 50, target vol min. 2.000 / bln</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">4. High Class Outlet : Hotel, Supermarket, Hypermarket, Toserba &#8230;&#62; mempunyai aturan tersendiri dan kontrak jangka panjang serta berhubungan langsung dengan principal Aqua Danone, Jakarta.</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">5. Star Outlet : Sub Distributor dengan wilayah tertentu, volume min 500, target volume min 12.500 / bln</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">Modal kerja yang diperlukan tergantung Strata Agen yang diinginkan, namun point yang penting :</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">1. Sewa tempat usaha, syukur apabila sudah mempunyai kios / ruko sendiri.</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">2. Telpon PSTN / Flexy dengan nomor cantik, agar mudah diingat pelanggan.</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">3. Harga botol (galon) Rp 30.000,- / buah</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">4. Sepeda motor / Mobil jenis Pick Up / Light Truck (tergantung strata keagenan), dipakai untuk distribusi produk</p>
<p style="font-size:12pt;font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;">5. Biaya Overhead selama 3-6 bulan.</p>
