Deep flavors that create a nice foundation and structure, tannins there, but not aggressive, same for acidity. There is red fruit, spice, cherry flavored funk, but closed. Better in the glass for awhile. Going to see what tomorrow brings to this wine. Could garner higher score in time.</td>

<td colspan="4">This wine demands your attention and it deserves it too. Nose of licorice/anise, baking spices of cinnamon and clove in strawberry rhubarb pie. A little vanilla. Mouth feel was full bodied and complex. One of those wines you think about afterwards. Alot. And the next day. To me, I tasted low acidity, softer tannins. A juxtoposition in a way to it&#8217;s bigger style pinot. That said, it maintains the integrity of the varietal and certainly an undeniable winemaker&#8217;s mark here. It&#8217;s a gift to have some amazing pinots in our backyard.</td>
