AH-89 is mildly anabolic but has great androgenic effects.   AH-89 is milder on the liver than Stanozolol because it is NOT 17-alpha alkylated.  The addition of tetrahydropyranyl ether to the compound’s structure is a useful protecting group for the stabilization of the compound and makes it longer acting.

AH-89 does NOT convert into estrogen so there is no major bloating or water retention issues.  Therefore there should be no need for an anti-estrogen to follow AH-89 use.   AH-89 has minimal progesterone conversion  activity.  AH-89’s cousin Stanozolol is related to progesterone but blocks the receptors for progesterone.  AH-89 sounds like the perfect compound to stack with Tren since Tren is also a progestin and a minimal  amount may convert to progesterone.  AH-89 is a good stacking agent because Tren may intensify some estrogen conversion from any pro-hormones that can potentially do that.

AH-89’s cousin Stanozolol has similar anabolic properties to Dianabol but without the water retention.   Because of Stanozolol’s low androgenic properties Stanozolol is commonly stacked with stronger androgenic compounds.

For bulking up AH-89 can be stacked w/ either TT-40 or Mass.  For dieting AH-89 can be stacked with Tren.  A milder stack can be AH-89 and MMA-3 that can help improve the joints, tendons, and ligaments strengths thus dramatically reducing the chances of injury..

AH-89’s cousin Stanozolol can free up bound testosterone by blocking (SHBG) Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin.  Stacking AH-89 with any highly androgenic compound will supercharge that compound because the extra testosterone will less likly be bound up by SHBG.

AH-89’s cousin Stanozolol can act as a IGF-1 stimulator.  IGF-1 is one of the most potent natural inhibitors of muscle cell death.  IGF-1 can send signals to muscle cells that can lead to muscle growth.

Ao chegar à escola hoje pela manhã, alguns colegas me abordaram revoltados com o que tinham lido ontem (12), aqui, nesse inocente blog (pra quem não tem o que fazer).
Pouco deu pra escutar o que diziam, a exaltação dos ânimos tornava o assunto impossível. Mas deu pra entender algumas coisas.
- Gustavo, o tal do livro Mano Celo está lhe tornando um cara mais idiota do que você sempre foi. Você, o cara inteligente que é, não deveria perder seu tempo ferindo os outros. – disse uma com os ânimos menos exaltados -.
A confusão foi tão grande que até o Mano Celo, que não tem nada a ver com a história, entrou de gaiato nela.
Mas o ocorrido me fez prestar atenção em dois detalhes proeminentes.
A divulgação do blog informalmente pelos corredores do colégio, foi o primeiro desses detalhes. Eu não imaginava que tantas pessoas ociosas (pra não falar desocupadas) dispensavam alguns momentos de atenção com ele. Nem que fosse apenas pra falar mal.
E o segundo motivo foi que a confusão não foi generalizada, apenas causou um barulho não muito agradável. Mas em números, apenas uma pequena parcela de alunos revoltados fizeram parte do ato. Queria saber o porquê de apenas uma minoria se manifestar? Mas isso não vem ao caso, por enquanto.
Sem mais delongas, vamos ao que interessa de fato.
O poema (ou seja lá o que) de ontem, não passa de uma opinião própria. E como em todas as opiniões há sempre  divergências, não estou aqui para fazer delas motivo de discussão. Como todos sabem: “Gosto é igual ao esfíncter anal (vulgo cu), cada um tem o seu”.
- Quero apenas posicionar-me, tirando como base, o que escrevi ontem.
Para aquele que entendeu o fragmento postado integralmente, viu que não foi ofensivo da minha parte falar sobre a realidade em que vivo. Como todos sabem, a verdade, em certas ocasiões, causa um mal estar em algumas pessoas. Mas isso também não vem ao caso.
Aquele que disser que nos dias de hoje, o interesse e o status não interferem nas escolhas de várias pessoas, certamente é um hipócrita, que também faz parte da horda de oportunistas.
Não quero dar uma de moralista, muito menos sentimentalista. Mas, todos aqueles princípios aprendidos por todos nós desde o berço, sobre o casamento, amor e os relacionamentos, estão sendo resumidos à imagem e ao dinheiro. Perdendo assim, sua verdadeira essência.
Talvez isso explique o porquê de seres divinos (opinião própria) como as mulheres, sucumbem cada vez mais ao fator vulgaridade. E o que vemos hoje? Algumas que para uma simples volta de carro fazem de tudo, sem contar naquelas que, utilizando de artimanhas nada ortodoxas, se aproveitam de alguns vetores (ricos, diga-se de passagem), para conseguirem benefícios, que na maioria das vezes são resumidos em camarotes de festas (vide Mano Celo – O Rapper Natalense), onde elas (as cabeças-ocas) pouco se importam qual a banda que está tocando, pois estão, na verdade, mais preocupadas com a roupa das “adversárias”, ou quem aquela rapariga ridícula (elas se tratam assim) está conseguindo “arrochar” do que com outra coisa. Sem contar ainda, as que acham as rainhas idiotas cocada preta.
Há também aquelas, movidas a tanquinhos abdominais e gasolina, que vivem nas academias esperando o próximo babaca (outro cabeça oca playboy) para dar o bote.
Eles, na maioria das vezes, se preocupam tanto com o bíceps, tríceps e derivados, que acabam deixando a desejar em vários outros aspectos mais importantes. Citando esses: Respeito, inteligência, sem contar nas falhas na hora H (provenientes do Winstrol e do Durateston, companheiros inseparáveis dos playmobil).
Não sou a favor do descuido com o corpo, e nunca vou ser. Mas, idolatrá-lo como se não existisse mais nada a se fazer  é pura idiotice, exterioridade. Quando isso ocorre, percebemos pessoas alienadas, que não tem outro assunto a tratar (a não ser quanto de peso levantou ontem). Sem contar naquele playboy-mor que mora ao lado da academia, mas faz questão de ir de carro até ela para que as Marias paguem pau pra ele. Se fosse competição de intelecto, ao invés de músculos, ficariam empatados com o de uma ameba.
Alguém, de espírito feminista, pode estar lendo o texto e dizendo: “Só fala bobagem o garoto. Esse provavelmente sofre de algum recalque enrustido (por não usufruir de tantos “benefícios”), e por isso fica aí disparando argumentos ferinos contra nós, mulheres cabeças-ocas”.
O argumento acima não é totalmente descartável. Realmente estou indignado com algumas mulheres. Mas não porque não consigo nada com elas (de algumas eu quero uma distância quilométrica). E ainda assim, se eu tivesse a fim de procurá-las, bastaria balançar a chave do carro (notem o contexto, não generalizem) e…
Minha revolta vai além disso tudo. Reflete em não compreender como os seres divinos (repito, opinião própria) em questão, estão conseguindo violar seus princípios por coisas tão fúteis, e sem nenhum esforço. Tais atitudes transformam pessoas dóceis em nefastas em segundos. Até mais nefastas do que nós, homens.
Não vou dizer que não tenho meu momento oportunista. É claro que tenho. Mas a diferença é que o utilizo com finalidades edificantes. Talvez isso explique o porquê de sempre querer estar perto dos mais velhos e experientes (claro também, que tenho vários amigos da minha idade). Não que eu ache idade um fator fundamental para o relacionamento, mas, os mais experientes jamais chegarão pra mim e dirão: - Cara, você viu aquela gatinha que chegou; Ou então, - Cara, peguei tantas naquela festa de ontem; Ou ainda, - Cara, você deveria malhar para poder fazer sucesso com alguém.
Graças a Deus que ainda existem as exceções. Talvez sejam elas que ainda tornam o mundo um canto legal de se viver. Aquelas que preservam seus princípios e fazem deles virtudes invioláveis. Dessas sim, tenho prazer de fazer parte do círculo de amizade. Pelo simples fato de nunca faltarem com a autenticidade e jamais se deixarão levar por falsas tendências (idiotas, diga-se de passagem), ditadas pelas maiorias.
Agradeço a Deus também, por ter me tirado cedo daquela vida libidinosa, sem regras, mas que não deixava de ser careta (nada mais careta do que andar seguindo os passos de quem nada tem a oferecer). E ainda por cima ter me dado de presente A “Gatation” mais interessante do planeta, e que ainda por cima é linda (algo raro hoje em dia. onde as mulheres bonitas e gostosas tem a beleza diretamente proporcional a falta de inteligência).
Abram os olhos galera. Só espero ter sido útil em alguma coisa.

Steroids are used to increase muscle bulk and strength and to enable longer and harder athletic training sessions. Some users take steroids for cosmetic (body image) reasons. Steroids increase protein synthesis, promoting growth of muscles and bones. They reduce the recovery time needed between training sessions and enable athletes to train more intensively for longer periods. Anabolic steroids increase muscle mass. Antiinflammatory steroids (or corticosteroids) can reduce swelling, pain, and other manifestations of inflammation. Synthetic steroids are used in a variety of therapies to control respiratory problems, skin inflammation, ease joint inflammations, and to treat blood disorders.
Testosterone – Testosterone is a steroid hormone produced by the testes and adrenal glands. Testosterone is the most important of the male sex hormones. It is responsible for stimulating bone and muscle growth, and sexual development. Testosterone stimulates sperm production (spermatogenesis), and influences the development of male secondary sex characteristics. Testosterone is required for sperm production, the development of the male reproductive organs, and the emergence of male secondary sexual characteristics. The hormone is also required for the buildup of lean muscle mass.
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) – Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a steroid precursor produced by the adrenal gland and converted to testosterone or the estrogens by the body’s tissues. Optimal levels OF DHEA are associated with increased energy, healthy immune and cardiovascular function, improved memory and elevated mood. DHEA is a cholesterol metabolite, it aids in the relief of stress. DHEA aids in the prevention of cancer. Low circulating levels of DHEA have been associated with a higher incidence of breast cancer in women.
Androstenedione – Androstenedione is an estrogen precursor hormone produced by the adrenal glands and the stromal tissue in the ovaries and later converted to estrone in the adipose tissues in the skin and appendages. ptimal testosterone levels give the body healthy red blood cells, a vital sex drive, rapid protein production, and a balanced immune system. It can also cause increased energy, heighted sexual arousal, and give a greater sense of overall well-being.
Hydrocortisone – Hydrocortisone (cortisol) is the main glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex. Hydrocortisone is responsible for maintaining our ability to process sugars, maintain our blood pressure and react to stress and illness. Cortisol helps the body respond to stress. Hydrocortisone stimulates gluconeogenesis to ensure an adequate fuel supply. It also makes fatty acids available for metabolic use. It increases mobilization of free fatty acids, making them a more available energy source, and decreases glucose utilization, sparing it for the brain.
Prednisone – Prednisone is a steroid that blocks inflammation of an allergic reaction. Prednisone puts down the body’s response to the allergen (the cause of the allergy) and reduces swelling, redness, itching, and other symptoms of allergy. It also reduces the body’s ability to fight infection. Prednisone decreases inflammation by preventing white blood cells from completing an inflammatory reaction. Prednisone may act together with anticancer drugs in helping to control the effects of the disease on the body.
Dexamethasone – Dexamethasone stimulates synthesis of enzymes required to decrease the inflammatory response. Dexamethasone is a strong anti-inflammatory agent. Dexamethasone is used to treat many inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Dexamethasone is used to treat leukemia and lymphoma and may be used to treat some of the problems caused by other cancers and their treatment. Dexamethasone is used to prevent nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy, in combination with other drug
Estrogen – Estrogen stimulates the development of secondary sexual characteristics and induces menstruation in women. Estrogen is important for the maintenance of normal brain function and development of nerve cells. Estrogen is essential for the healthy development and functioning of the female reproductive system and in keeping bones strong and brain cells healthy. Estrogen is used therapeutically to treat breast and prostate cancer and osteoporosis, and to relieve the discomforts of menopause.
Nandrolone – Nandrolone is used to treat testosterone deficiency or breast cancer or osteoporosis. It is very similar in structure to the male hormone testosterone, and has many of the same effects in terms of increasing muscle mass. Nandrolone drugs are used in the belief that they are capable in increasing muscle strength and size, increasing muscle hardness, and also decrease body fat. They additionally reduce the fatigue associated with training, and the time required to recover after physical exertion.
Cholesterol – Cholesterol is a major precursor of cholesterol ester, bile acids, and steroid hormones and is a component of plasma membranes. It is a necessary component of all cell membranes. It is the precursor to all steroid hormone (including estrogen, testosterone, cortisol, and vitamin D). It is the leading organic molecule in the brain and is needed for brain function. However, too much cholesterol in the bloodstream can be unhealthy, it builds up in the artery wall and can lead to the signs and symptoms of coronary heart disease

First off:

1. There has never been anyone who has died directly from steroid use. The worse thing that it ever cause is liver toxicity. It is imperative that people understand that steroids does not kill people.

2. 60% of all professional athletes take some form of performance enhancer.

3. There is and never will be a level playing field in sports: DHEA levels, testosterone levels and normal test levels start to drop at age 29 on a male. So, if an athlete has considerable low test levels/he should medically be allowed to use steroids. athletes at a younger age are at an advantage. Steroids are not illegal drugs. They are used and prescribed by doctors. And, are used on AIDS patients to help w/bone density and muscle re-growth.

After serving a 35 day jail sentence in May for a probation violation, which resulted in the postponement of his June 7th fight with Michael “The Count” Bisping, you would think that Chris “The Crippler” Leben would have been on his best behavior leading up to the re-scheduled October 18th battle with Bisping at UFC 89. Instead, it appears that “The Crippler” made another, in a series of stupendous decisions, by obtaining the steroid stanozolol (often referred to as winstrol or winny) and using it in his preparation for his middleweight fight with Bisping. Setting aside the fact that using anabolic steroids is considered cheating and a violation of the UFC’s drug policy, Leben’s time in jail was clearly not a deterrent in his decision to procure and possess a controlled substance.

Brief chemistry lesson: stanozolol can be found in both an oral and an injectible version. The injectible version is water-based and therefore has a very short half-life, requiring users to administer the substance on a daily or every other day basis. The oral version usually comes in tablets ranging from 5mg to 50mg and must be taken every day, often several times a day. The unique thing about this steroid is that even the injectible version of stanozolol is methylated or C-17 alpha alkylated, which means that it is chemically modified at the 17th carbon position on its nucleus. This chemical modification protects the drug from being deactivated by the liver so it can survive first pass metabolism and be effective orally.

While we don’t know for sure which version of stanozolol was used by Leben, we do know that the UFC administered the drug test following his October 18th loss to Bisping. Reportedly, by Leben’s own admission, he took the drug but thought it would have cleared his system in time for the fight. Since the injectible version of stanozolol is reported to have a two month detection time, versus the oral version which is reported to have a three week detection time, it is safe to assume that Leben was using the oral version. Based on his admitted contention that the substance would have cleared his system prior to October 18th, it is also safe to assume that he had stopped using it somewhere around three or four weeks prior to the fight.

Now here is something you probably won’t read on any other MMA blog: assuming Leben used stanozolol for at least several weeks (judging by his physical transformation, that is probably safe to assume), Leben’s natural testosterone production was likely suppressed fairly significantly.

Brief chemistry lesson: when exogenous (outside the body) hormones are introduced into your body, your hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular (gonadal)-axis (HPTA) can become suppressed, which means that your body senses the presence of an exogenous hormone and decides that it no longer needs to manufacture the endogenous (within or inside the body) hormone testosterone.

As I was saying, the stanozolol likely suppressed his HPTA, resulting in little, if any, natural testosterone production. This is not really a problem until one stops using the exogenous hormones. At that point, your natural testosterone is suppressed, which can take weeks to months to return to normal. Steroid users will often administer ancillary drugs such as human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), clomiphene citrate (clomid), tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex), etc. to speed up this process. These drugs are also on the banned substances list of most sports bodies and are often tested for along with anabolic steroids. Since Leben did not test positive for any of these substances, which themselves can have detection times up to three weeks, it is unlikely that he took any of these substances. This means that by the time UFC 89 rolled around, despite looking his best ever, Leben may have been sporting the testosterone levels of an 80-year-old man.

Hold that thought…anabolic steroids such as stanozolol, exert part of their anabolic (muscle building) effect by increasing the rate of protein synthesis and by decreasing levels of cortisol, a “catabolic” hormone that can have the affect of breaking down muscle tissue. The problem is, when anabolic steroid use ceases, cortisol will temporarily rebound, sometimes to higher levels than before the steroid cycle began. Low testosterone coupled with high cortisol is a recipe for not being at your best. In fact, low testosterone can make you feel sluggish and weak.

This author is of the opinion, and I emphasize that this is only my opinion and is based on inferences I have drawn from what has already been reported regarding Leben’s positive drug test, that Chris Leben actually may have done himself more harm than good in using so-called “performance enhancing drugs” leading up to his fight with Michael Bisping. So in addition to the embarrassment, the suspension and the monetary fine, Leben actually may have sabotaged his own ability to be at his best the day of the fight. For Leben, Winny was definitely a big loser.

Sometimes, the line between a male sexual enhancement formula and a weight loss product get blurred. Surely this couldn’t be it.  I know many shows are still feeling the effect of last fall’s writer’s strike, but there had to be more to this challenge than alcohol and night swimming.  Thankfully, the incomparable TJ Lavin soon hit the scene and started explaining the rules of the game, which involve airdrops, rafts, treasure and… CORE ARMY CHARACTERISTICS?!?!?!

Update: Alle Anklagepunkte gegen Hidetada sind fallengelassen worden, bis auf den unerlaubten Besitz von Viagra, was angesichts der anderen Anklagepunkte keine sonderlich harte Strafe nach sich ziehen wird.

Here’s a great read by Pat Jordan at Baseball Analysts. Its predominantly about Roger Clemens’ workout routine with Brian McNamee, and it questions the physical abilities had by Clemens even into his mid 40’s (he juxtaposes Tom Seaver’s success/abilities with Roger Clemens’ success/abilities).

Whenever people talk about Roger Clemens and his success, even as he got older, they always spoke of his workout regimen (created by McNamee) that began in 1998. These workouts were said to be intense, long hour affairs that lasted late into the day. Clemens would even invite many other pitchers to his house, guys like Andy Pettitte, to work out with him, ultimately turning the workouts into legendary events within baseball’s social circles.

“I got the impression from the workouts that Roger was taking a guy like Andy and getting him ready to do it for another 8 to 10 years,” said C. J. Nitkowski, one of the pitchers who joined in the workouts.

“Roger had done it so well for so long, and he loved the workout and was really good about sharing it. He was sold on Mac. He was a believer, and he encouraged other guys to get on the program.”

Clemens’ workout routine reminds me of another famous training regimen that is often talked about, except in another “sports” realm. I’m talking about professional wrestling and the Hart (as in Brett “The Hitman” Hart) Family Dungeon, where a variety of famous wrestlers (past and present) participated in tremendous physical workouts that were absolutely mythic in the professional wrestling world. Ironically, a lot of these wrestlers (including Bret Hart, the ringleader of the workouts) were entrenched in PED use (particularly steroids) and many have since passed away. Their subsequent deaths are thought to be brought on, in part, by their prolonged substance abuse issues (e.g. Chris Benoit, The British Bulldog, Brian Pillman).

I bring this up because the extreme measures taken by Roger Clemens in order to stay fit and in shape with Brian McNamee are highly interesting. One wonders as to why he would jump into such a different and demanding workout plan so late into his baseball career. Of course, he does know that he’s not getting any younger so age definitely plays a big part in his choice to engage in such a physically demanding regiment. However, there could be other issues at work as well.

During the dinner at the steakhouse Mr. Clemens asked Mr. McNamee for his permission to have a steak (McNamee nodded) and a baked potato (McNamee nodded again, but added a caveat, “Only dry.”). The same scenario played itself out at the Mexican Restaurant. Clemens pointed to an item on the menu and Mr. McNamee either nodded, or shook his head, no.

During the three days I followed Mr. Clemens around Houston, he seemed like a child beholden to the whims of the sour, suspicious, and taciturn McNamee. It seemed as if Mr. Clemens would not do anything to his body, or ingest anything into it that Mr. McNamee hadn’t approved. I found it strange that, at 38, Mr. Clemens still had to have someone dictate his diet and workout regimen down to the minutest detail at this late stage of his illustrious career. In fact, Mr. Clemens’ devotion to Mr. McNamee’s diet and workout routine seemed almost like a spiritual quest that must not be impeded.

This abnormal reliance on McNamee’s workout plan can be explained by Clemens’ desire for normalcy in baseball. If Roger Clemens was actually taking steroids during those years, an important part of maintaining one’s body while using steroids is training hard in order to “cut” or reduce excess weight (explains his strict diet), allowing for steroid growth to seem like a natural evolution of one’s body (brought on solely by working hard) instead of a blatant steroid induced progression. Water weight and even body fat is often gained when on steroids, so reducing preexisting body fat in order to hamper the look of added bulk (muscular and even fat) is essential when you’re publicly seen, everyday, in the baseball world. 

Obviously, you’re going to work out harder when on steroids in order to produce maximum gains. That’s essentially how your routine pays off, in the physical gains you ultimately achieve. However, the added element of “looking normal” is also in play when you are a nationally recognized athlete. So, working out extremely hard, not only to increase strength but to reduce bulk for appearance purposes, is very important.

Clemens needs to understand this connection between the suddenly extreme workouts and steroid use. He must understand why people may seamlessly lump the two together. He can’t simply say “I worked hard,” and that he’d have a “third ear growing out of my forehead” if he used steroids (come on, a third ear? More like another Cy-Young). Hell, he’s publicized his workouts so much, you have to wonder, maybe he was preparing for this one day. Maybe, he thought, if I just work out so hard and talk about it a lot, making my workouts well-known, maybe I won’t be mixed into the steroid era (and he predominantly wasn’t, for a very long time). That’s why these are shallow arguments for Clemens’ case and, if you think about it, his demanding regiment and steroid use seem to fit well together. Therefore, more is needed than some hyperbole and generic “I work hard” statements.

Similar to those who trained endlessly in the Hart Family Dungeon, I wouldn’t be surprised if both Pettitte and Clemens were taking steroids regularly and working out, all the time. Maybe he’s the Bret Hart of the group, leading them into their steroid laden workout routines, and motivating all of those participating. Again, I know Pettitte has admitted to using HGH briefly, but, you can never really know nowadays.

Finally, I’m not attempting to crucify Clemens or Pettitte. As you can see, I’m just stating that working hard (and this sudden, obsessive reliance on McNamee’s program) and steroid use are not necessarily two separate things in today’s modern sports’ world, as they both fit fairly well together for an athlete looking to become physically greater (while retaining a “normal” appearance).

This is also an attempt to demonstrate that Clemens did not really offer any conclusive, substantial evidence or legitimate reasons as to why we should believe him in his 60 Minutes segment. If he had done so, I would not be writing this now. Sorry, but more is needed.

Also (thanks to PA), the Associated Press is reporting that Clemens might even be willing to take a lie-detector test (like in Meet The Parents). They’ve seen the 60 Minutes video already and also have some excerpts in there from the interview. Check it out.

**UPDATE– Here’s a transcript of the entire interview… very disappointing. Wallace didn’t really follow up on any his questions or even ask Roger secondary questions regarding the answers he was given. Clemens would give an answer (that was typically very brief) and Wallace would move right on. Pretty weak, indeed.

Today is the big day for Roger Clemens. He will finally get his shot at softening public opinion as it relates to the Mitchell Report’s allegations (e.g. steroid use), while explaining himself to the viewers. Here are some final bits that we should all keep in mind as the interview airs today on CBS.

• Clemens knew of the report’s allegations before the report was even released (in fact, he had the chance to discuss the issues before its release). Clemens and his lawyers chose to withstand the fallout from the report, and have had ample time to prepare their public relations strategy.
• Tyler Kepners of the Times wonders exactly how the relationship between Clemens and Andy Pettitte will be influenced by the allegations. He also wonders how their situation might play out before Congress, especially after Pettitte has confirmed Brian McNamee’s assertions while Clemens rejected them entirely.
• Believe it or not, Brian McNamee and Roger Clemens spoke via phone on Friday (the 60 Minutes interview had already been taped by then), and Newsday is reporting that the conversation was extremely “emotional.”
• McNamee could possibly sue Roger Clemens for defamation if Clemens explicitly refers to McNamee as a liar (in relation to the Mitchell Report’s findings) while on 60 Minutes. Clemens has already stated that McNamee was “mistaken,” and had injected him, not with steroids or HGH, but with Vitamin B-12 and Lidocaine.
• Finally, Clemens will most likely attempt to disprove McNamee’s statements by attacking his credibility, so be on the lookout for McNamee references that may portray him in a negative light (e.g. the “rape” situation, etc.).
