Es ist kaum fassbar. Ein Skandal jagt den anderen. Jeden Tag aufs neue entblöst sich der nächste Minister.
Diese Regierung unter dem Namen “Kabinett Merkel II” ist der bis dato ungeschlagene Höhepunkt politischer Dreistheit und treibt mich ein wenig an den Rande meines Vertrauens.

Wir haben jetzt einen Aussenminister, der sich zu fein ist, andere Sprachen zu sprechen und allein aufgrund der Ideologie seiner Partei noch nie wirklich mit Aussenpolitik zu tun hatte. Wir haben einen Finanzminister der öffentlich zugab, im CDU-Spenden-Skandal von 1999 in sechsstelliger Höhe beteiligt gewesen zu sein und anscheinend unter Amnesie leidet. Wir haben einen Gesundheitsminister, der gerade einmal ein halbes Jahr Wirtschaftsminister von Niedersachsen war, und vom komplexen Gesundheitswesen keinerlei Ahnung hat. Und wir haben einen Umweltminister der das Vertrauen von Angela Merkel genießt, ansonsten aber nicht konservativer und nachhaltigkeitsschädigender sein könnte.

Aber noch einmal der Reihe nach.

Guido Westerwelle, amtierender Aussenminister von Deutschland, erlaubte sich am Tag nach der Wahl folgendes:

Egal ob Minister des Inneren, Familienpolitiker oder Verkehrsminister. Es wäre mir recht egal, wie es um die Fremdsprachenkenntnisse der jenigen Politiker aussieht, die diese Ämter innehaben.
Nicht verstehen kann ich dies jedoch bei der Kanzlerin, dem Bundespräsidenten und vor allem beim Aussenminister. Es existieren noch eine handvoll Videos, die eindrucksvoll darlegen wie es um Westerwelles Englisch wirklich steht (wie zu erwarten nicht gut).
Und ganz abgesehen davon: Man kann es als Chance sehen, aber auch als Risiko. Westerwelle ist öffentlich homosexuell, und wird nicht umhin kommen, zu öffentlichen Veranstaltungen auch seinen Lebensgefährten mitzunehmen. Wie sich das auf die Beziehungen insbesondere mit islamisch geprägten Ländern auswirkt, wird sich zeigen.
Was Guido Westerwelle jedenfalls hat, ist das Vertrauen der Kanzlerin.

Philipp Rösler, amtierender Gesundheitsminister von Deutschland, ein Deutscher, wie jeder andere, auch wenn einige Medien das aufgrund seiner Vergangenheit als ein aus dem Vietnam adoptiertes Kind etwas anders sehen. Er setzte in der Schule schon selbst das Gerücht in die Welt, er beherrsche asiatische Kampftechniken, was ihm unliebsame Mitschüler vom Hals hielt.
Als er als schon reifer Oberstufenschüler und in seiner Eigenschaft als Schülersprecher an einen rassistischen Lehrer geriet und sich wie kaum ein anderer behauptet hatte, war der politische Kämpfer in Rösler geboren. Seine Fähigkeit, schnell und scharf gegen andere vorzugehen, und gleichzeitig nie unter die Gürtellinie zu gehen, machte ihn schnell zu einem angesehen Menschen, was sich auf seine Karriere niederschlug. Mit 27 Generalsekretär der FDP, mit 33 schon Landesvorsitzender der niedersächsischen FDP. Drei Jahre später hat er es zum Februar diesen Jahres bereits zum Wirtschaftsminister von Niedersachsen geschafft und wird ein halbes Jahr später nach Berlin gerufen, um dort dem Gesundheitswesen beizuwohnen.
Rösler promovierte vor seiner politischen Karriere bei der Bundeswehr zum Stabsarzt. Das war dann vermutlich auch das letzte, was ihn mit dem Gesundheitswesen verbindet. Gerade im Ministerium für Gesundheit, in dem die ganze Gesellschaft verständlicherweise so fein und emotional reagiert, und welches aufgrund seiner Komplexität gleichzeitig extrem schwierig zu koordinieren ist, setzt die Regierung auf einen jungen, redegewandten Mann, der davon keine Ahnung hat?
Zweifelsohne besitzt der Mann politisches Talent und ist ähnlich wie Guttenberg eine medienwirksame jung-dynamische Person. Mit seinem Ministerium wird er allerdings noch lange arbeiten müssen, um ansatzweise mit selbigem Umgehen zu können.
Aber vermutlich hat er einfach nur das Vertrauen der Kanzlerin.

Wolfgang Schäuble, amtierenter Finanzminister Deutschlands hat es nach Westerwelle indirekt geschafft die “Best of Youtube of the Deutsche Bundestag”-Serie weiterzuführen. Man höre und staune wie sehr Angela Merkel ihren Sicherheitswahnsinnigen Liebling doch gern hat, nachdem ein niederländischer Journalist sie auf die Verwicklungen Schäubles in den Spendenskandal von vor zehn Jahren anspricht:

Zu Herrn Schäuble muss ich nach der letzten Legislaturperiode nicht mehr viel sagen.
Es bleibt festzustellen: Schäuble hat das Vertrauen der Kanzlerin.

Norbert Röttgen, amtierender Umweltminister Deutschlands, schließt diese Liste glorreich ab.
Ein kurzer Auszug aus seiner Karriere: 1989 bestand er sein erstes juristisches Staatsexamen. 1993 bestand er sein zweites juristisches Staatsexamen und wurde als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen. 2001 promovierte er über den europäischen Gerichtshof. Er gilt seit einiger Zeit als enger Vertrauter einiger hoher CSU und CDU-Funktionäre und arbeitete unter anderem das Wahlprogramm der CDU/CSU 2005 maßgeblich aus.
Politisch auf den ersten Blick kein großartiges Profil. Fachlich gesehen ein einseitig begabter Jurist.
Dieser Mensch, der noch nie etwas mit Umweltpolitik am Hut hatte und dem jetzt auch noch die Reaktorsicherheit der Deutschen Atomkraftwerke unterliegt, führt uns in die nächsten vier Jahre in einer Zeit, in der die Menschheit das erste Mal in ihrer eigenen Geschichte weiß, was sie falsch gemacht hat und gleichzeitig auch noch die Macht hat, es zu ändern.
Aber warum ist er dann Umweltminister geworden? Ich zitiere mal Wikipedia:

“Röttgen gilt als einer der engsten Vertrauten der CDU-Parteivorsitzenden Angela Merkel.”

Fazit: Anhand dieser vier Beispiele aus dem aktuellen Kabinett Merkel II sieht man deutlich wie sehr diese Minister anhand von Vertrauen, also Beziehungen, an ihre Machtpositionen gelangten.
Vertrauen statt Kompetenz. Sicher der richtige Weg in der heutigen Zeit.
Und ich kann nichts belegen, aber bin mir doch recht sicher, dass ich über die anderen Minister nur nichts dergleichen schreiben kann, weil ich mich nicht über sie informiert habe.

Sodann: Auf eine schöne Legislaturperiode!

Quellen sind großteils wikipedia, spreeblick, sowie die tägliche Lektüre des Tagesspiegels. Sollte irgendein Teil dieses Artikels nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen, so ist das auf meinen alleinigen Fehler zurückzuführen und ich werde diesen schnellstmöglich versuchen zu entfernen.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY! Long time no see.

What? Not Christ-Mas yet? No presents? It’s only Halloween? A thing I don’t really care about, anyway? Oh, OK. Then Merry… uhm Happy Halloween, I guess… or: Happy Reformationstag.

Haven’t posted in a while, have I? Well, not much has really happened, except the following story. I thought about commenting more about it but I think this post is good enough and delivers the message as it is:

Once upon a time there was a little country. Its big neighbor would always make fun of it, especially when the truly mediocre soccer team of this very country did not reach the FIFA World Cup in the year of 2002. This poor country would never make it out of the shadow of its big, omniwise brother. But then came a time when the big brother just had elected a new kingdom and when a person who forgot that he had 100,000€ lying in a drawer of his desk became the minister of royal finance. Only then it became clear that the little brother had something in store for the big brother. See here:

A nosy journalist came to this all-powerful and all-great country and stirred up a small group of peasants of the big brother’s kingdom, called the internetarius users. Of course, the debate would not reach the numerous mountebankers, Jokey Sat1, Benedetto RTLo, ARDos and all the likes. No, this would have been embarrassing. How could they not be so smart or brave? How could they not have the idea of being critical of their omniwise kings and queen and would not let go right away after an answer had not been to his satisfaction? No, this cannot be true. This little joke called Rob Savelberg must have been a saboteur. Or he just did not exist and it was all a bad dream. Whatever really did came to pass at that one royal feast, which was strangely called a “Press conference” or “Pressekonferenz”, nobody knows. This is why everybody in the kingdom of  the trio of Angela Merkelanda, Horstus Seehofferus and Guido Westerlöckchen just went on to their usual business.

Nobody in the general public ever talked of this true hero ever again. Only this group of peasants remembered him for his true heroic act and are still talking about his bravery, to question the not so perfect kingdom and to not accept a lousy answer, today.

În mintea noastră se petrec cele mai importante lucruri, cele mai frumoase sau cele mai năpraznice.

În mintea noastră apar ideile, înainte ca ele să funcționeze sau să fie încercate de cineva.

În mintea noastră se poate întâmpla TOTUL sau deopotrivă NIMIC.

În mintea nostră sunt barierele înainte ca noi să pornim la drum.

Suntem liberi doar atunci când gândim liber, fără să lăsăm măcar o clipă prejudecățile, regulile sau orice altă formă de constrângere să ne îngusteze câmpul gândirii.

Când omul începe să gândească liber, toate barierele, toate zidurile, toate formele rigide dispar și tot ce ne mai rămâne e … imaginația.

Există multe metode prin care poți “stimula” gândirea, imaginația. Muzica, dansul, desenul, pictura … arta în general e doar una din cele mai stimulative forme ale gândirii umane, ale imaginației.

Imaginația și gândirea umană sunt explorate și exploatate din greu în toate formele de artă și nu numai.

În schimb muzica în particular cred că este una din cele mai întâlnite și folosite forme de artă. Toți ascultăm muzică acasă, pe drum, la servici, la radio sau la TV ori la playerul nostru portabil.

Muzica, la fel de mult și uneori poate chiar și mai mult decât arta în general, poate să te elibereze, să te facă să te simți mâcar liber chiar și doar pentru câteva clipe.

Același lucru încearcă să-l demonstreze și acest scurt segment extraordinar din filmul “The Shawshank Redemption” în care, datorită unui fragment din “Nunta lui Figaro” de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, toți deținuții unei închisori americane uită cel puțin pentru câteva clipe unde se află pentru a evada, cel puțin în gând, pe meleaguri până atunci total inaccesibile lor:

Cele mai înalte ziduri și cele mai puternice bariere nu sunt în închisori sau în cele mai inexpugnabile fortărețe … sunt în mintea noastră.

Însă mintea noastră are acest dar extraordinar: nu poți pune lacăt pe ea!

Așa că:

Închide ochii … imaginează-ți!

L’uomo camminava a passo svelto. Sebbene fosse la fine di settembre faceva molto caldo e il sole picchiava duro.

Il leutnant Wolfgang Manninger stava raggiungendo la sua brigata della wehrmacht attestata nei pressi dello Stadio Collana dove avevano rinchiuso  i traditori italiani.

Le strade erano deserte, ma la tensione era alta. Da un momento all’altro, da un vicolo qualsiasi potevano sbucare gruppi di ribelli o di militari italiani che, senza alcun indugio, lo avrebbero ucciso. E non poteva dargli nemmeno torto. Dall’armistizio i tedeschi, ovunque fossero andati, avevano falcidiato anche intere colonne di militari italiani, senza perder tempo, senza discussioni. Non si facevano prigionieri.

Il sudore gli colava sul viso , costringendolo ad asciugarlo continuamente col fazzoletto, nonostante si fosse tolto il pesante ma rassicurante elmetto. Non vedeva l’ora di ritornare a casa, a Wuppertal e di andare a pescare con la sua barchetta sul suo amato fiume. Non vedeva l’ora di riabbracciare i suoi, sicuramente in pena per lui e privi di notizie da mesi. Non vedeva l’ora di riprendere i suoi studi interrotti repentinamente da quella maledetta guerra.

Guerra che non aveva mai sentito sua. L’aveva detestata sin dal primo momento. Ma la Germania era impazzita e farneticava insieme con quel matto del  Fϋhrer. Ed era stato costretto a partire. Aveva partecipato alla colossale e fallimentare operazione Barbarossa e per poco non ci aveva rimesso le penne. Ora gli toccava quest’altra grana della rivolta napoletana mentre stavano per risalire l’Italia con gli alleati alle costole.

Gli ordini erano stati precisi quanto ottusi: bisognava rastrellare la città e uccidere o deportare civili e militari. In particolare questi ultimi rei di alto tradimento. Ma comunque da sempre considerati inaffidabili ed invisi alla maggior parte dei suoi commilitoni.

Mentre risaliva la via Gigante, sempre attento e guardingo anche se piuttosto stanco e con il sudore che gli offuscava la vista, si ricordò che in quella strada , in una casa forse al 169, era stato ospite del suo amico Giuseppe. Nel 1938 aveva trascorso a Napoli i mesi più belli della sua vita. Spensieratezza, allegria, sole e clima splendidi e..spaghetti indimenticabili. E poi si era innamorato, perdutamente, di Carmela la cugina del suo amico. Quando dovette ritornare a casa non fu facile, ma si era ripromesso ed aveva promesso alla sua adorata che sarebbe tornato appena possibile e, se le acque si fossero calmate, si sarebbero sposati e lui si sarebbe stabilito per sempre in Italia. Ricordava perfettamente gli occhi gonfi di lacrime e il viso triste di Carmela mentre, mani nelle mani, gli prometteva che lo avrebbe atteso per sempre.

Ma le cose erano andate molto diversamente.  La Polonia era stata invasa poco tempo dopo  e lui era stato uno dei primi ad essere richiamato e spedito a Varsavia. Da allora i contatti con i suoi amici si erano definitivamente interrotti.

La piazza dell’Arenella era già visibile quando Wolfgang, dopo aver esitato, si fermò al 169. Il portone era sfondato. Entrò con molta circospezione e il cortile con la fontanella zampillante, nonostante tutto, gli confermò che non aveva sbagliato palazzo. Fece quasi di corsa le scale ed arrivò in un baleno al ballatoio del terzo piano. Era emozionato. Appoggiò al muro il fucile e a terra l’elmetto. Con le mani si aggiustò alla meglio i capelli appiccicaticci e sporchi e si avviò fermamente deciso a bussare a quella porta.

Dietro quella porta, attraverso le fessure, numerosi occhi osservavano molto attentamente l’intruso, il tedesco.

Erano quelli di Giuseppe  e di  altri tre partigiani, di  un caporale dell’esercito italiano e di sua moglie Carmela. Parlottavano velocemente e silenziosamente, e dovevano decidere in fretta cosa fare  perchè l’uomo si avvicinava benchè fosse disarmato. Furono tutti d’accordo. Il nazista doveva morire. Il caporale, per l’uniforme e il grado che portava, si sentì obbligato a compiere l’operazione.

La pallottola colpì Wolfgang in piena fronte e lo fece stramazzare al suolo senza un lamento.

I sei uscirono sul ballatoio ed osservarono in silenzio il cadavere del nemico. Ora bisognava far sparire il corpo ma, soprattutto, prendere tutto ciò che poteva essere usato, dalle scarpe al fucile, dall’elmetto alla camicia, dai soldi ai documenti, e lo zaino che poteva contenere cibo.

Gli furono addosso quasi contemporaneamente e si accanirono nello spoliare quella salma.

Carmela, con occhi gelidi, riconobbe di chi fossero quei documenti che aveva tra le mani. Li mostrò un secondo al fratello e, dopo averli gettati per aria, urlò: “ I calzini, mi raccomando. Non scordatevi di togliergli i calzini”.

Annoyingly I typed a large part of this post yesterday, but had internet troubles and majorly needed sleep so couldn’t do a late night upload. Better late than never and these tracks are most definitely worth it. Have been rocking my car speakers hard all week, including this morning into work when I got a few dirty looks. My personal favourite is the dizzee track which I believe will be part of his album which has been released today, big up.

Wolfgang Gartner – The Grey Agenda : This song is definitely of the style of Erol Alkan, and something that he’d definitely be laying down as a core track in a set. Dirty synths throughout and a pulsing bassline to keep the dancefloor moving, not gonna shout home about it but the songs a good’n. I do like the air horn drop though.

Shortez 99 – Engima Groove (Ripgroove Dubstep Remix) : Quite possibly the first legal track to go up on this blog. It can actually be downloaded for free from the record label Bigger Than Barry. Been repped recently by Toddla T and is an awesome track, wobbling bass lines and some gabba vocals than just make it that bit better. Highly Recommended.

Rico Tubbs – Lumberjack (Bulgarian Wobble Electric Mix) : I don’t think i’ve known Rico Tubbs to release a bad track and this is no exception. Given a extra bit of Bulgarian funkyness to get your wobble on to.

B. Rich – Make Me Dance (Slim Frim Remix) : HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This track combines a dubstep sample (can’t think of the song, ARGH) with a dancey beat and some funky lyrics. Great song that isn’t quite in filthydubstepville but still got enough bass and groove to please everyone.

Dizzee Rascal – Live, Large N’ In Charge : I BUM THIS TRACK ITS AWESOME. Definitely a track that is gonna bring a dubstep and grime sound to the masses. Dirty ammounts of bass added to the usual crunking beats as usual from Dizzee. You can’t help but love his voice on top of it and the combination just makes this track an ABSOLUTE KILLER. Download this now, it’s sick.
