Thanks to all the guys who came back in once again to take a second look at Deathbringer Saurfang and get him killed… again. The fight was easy enough and only took a few tweaks and he died within about an hour of starting. So for a giggle we then went over and did the beasts of Trial of the Grand Crusader – much fun and thanks all who came

YAYYY, i am super duper uber elated naoz!
like finally finally, after spending gazillion weeks
on this developmental profile analysis thing,
I AM FINALLY DONE WITH IT OH MY GOSH AM I DREAMING?!

wahhh seriously.
finding articles and resources on psychosocial development theory,
ecological theory and henry lee lucas,
then combining them into a coherent whole..
…CAN DIE MAN!!!
i really took super long to complete lah.
and i wasted so much time deciding on the person i wanna analyse.
but thanks to tiongwei, i finally settled on one, yay!
and initially i thought 2500 word limit was madness
but i actually exceeded it by like 2000+ more! :O
how pro yahh? hahaha

woohoooo, it’s over i am so happy~
time to enjoy the next few days leading up to christmas
then continue on my 2103 lab report!

holiday festivities

Firstly, happy non-denominational holidays to everyone, yay snow and lack of obligatory pre-calc- wait, never mind, we have homework over the break. Ugh.
So, my family is rather strange. I will be spending christmas in their company, rather than with my gigantic extended family (who are Canadian and positively nuts). I am actually quite glad about this. None of my cousins on my father’s side have anything in common with me; the one cousin that does, Lindsay, is twenty-something and is a tattoo artist. (A totally bitchin’ tattoo artist, I might add. If you ever find yourself in Calgary lookin’ to get a narwhal needled into your arm, she’s the gal to ask.)
But anyway. I’m going to a live nativity scene tonight where there will be small donkeys, smaller goats, and possibly one large horse. Woo-hoo! I am excited. I will sing christmas carols with the passion of a thousand christmas-spirited bees. I may even throw in some interpretive dance (no.).

Also, on a completely different topic, I was talking to Wil about the earlier post wherein I put a list of awesome 2009 music things. Yeah, I realize some of it’s a little off. I have a bit of a warped concept of time, for which you can blame the school system. So imagine MGMT being released in 2009, and we’re all good.
I do have some more midnight drabbles, but I’ll put them up later.
Also, going to delete Pride Of The Magi (probably) because I’m not going to be able to think of a coherent plot without the aid of illegal substances.

19.12.09 Icecrown Citadel - Gunship Battle complete

Second night into ICC and we were happy to run two ten man teams to let more of the guild see the new content and both were successful! We had our first guild kill in the Gunship Battle which was an awesomely fun experience! This is definitely the most enjoyable boss fight in a while. Grats to all from both teams who got loot tonight and good job all!

As the fresh morning air filled the bedroom I share with my three other siblings, I can’t help but just contemplate and think what will be and may come in the days ahead. Sleep yet just failed to arrive once again, and now I find myself alone which gives me a very enticing opportunity to freely think without the walls of distraction. Since I have all the time in the world, indulging myself in the luxury of solitude wouldn’t be a problem at all. Reality can be sometimes obscure so I often find myself prancing in pleasure towards the world where my thoughts lay, waiting for me to find them. But soon before I reached my destination, I came back to reality where a tiring feeling overcame me, quickly subduing me with all its might. It’s a sign I have to stop typing my useless thoughts on just another blog website. Today’s Friday, the end of the week. It’s already 6:45 am, time for me to get some sleep. ZZZzzzz…

it’s going to be awesome. cars! beware! this girl has only driven for 3-4 months total! bwahaha. kevin’s scared and ken wants “passenger insurance”

honda cr-v’s have one of the highest safety ratings in all cars. so, i’m feeling pretty safe.

no more studying for a few weeks. i’m feeling good. a bit happy too. though boys are stressful. but girls are hot. so life evens out.

I sent off my last two PhD applications this morning. Barring any lost transcripts or other minor catastrophes, all that remains is to wait and hope and pray.

I’m gonna take a day or two to decompress, but then I should be back to more regular posting again. If nothing else, I’ve got quite a lot to say about the application process itself.

Woohoo I feel clever now. I have fixed the first and most important of my problems and got my colour printer working. I tried for a while to use the driver that my ex helped me download before we stopped speaking but my be-Karmic-ed ‘puter wasn’t having any of it. So eventually I got onto the forum and found a post and guess what? It worked. I had to download all new drivers and do a bunch of scary stuff in the terminal (I know it’s not really scary but when it’s your first time flying solo it feels it!)

Anyway this is the thing that meant I was keeping a client waiting and feeling shitty about how this stuff was affecting my work. So I am very proud of myself.

Oh joy. As I haven’t got the knowhow to uninstall it this is not a great state of affairs but I’m sure I can survive until the next version comes out. Hey ho.

A few things I need to make clear:

1, She doesn’t want me at all and it’s no time to be a child. So, again, I’m ready to set out a new journey, begin a new life. I feel sth interesting in the air although I can describe what exactly it is.

2, I have a grand plan to carry out. I’m basically thinking abt doing sth for my country and my people, not just myself. Will talk to Steven and Huy abt details.

3, Steven gave me a nice suggestion which can help me not to delay graduation by 1 semester. I will have to overload 1 semester but it’s gonna okay coz I’m sure I can handle it. However, this is subject to my NOC plan which is given very high priority. If I ever succeed, the 1 year delay is not gonna be a big deal at all =))

4, Laila really inspired me to maintain my healthy life style and self-training schedule no matter how busy the school timetable get. I need to manage time and balance bluff as well as her then I’ll be just fine under pressure.

5, I need to keep writing diary once I start working at Merrill Lynch coz it’s gonna be another once-in-a-life-time experience

I am currently waiting in the car as my dad stops into Best Buy to buy a new mouse or something. The reason I am able to be writing to you wonderful people is oh, well, BECAUSE I HAVE A COMPUTER! My computer! It’s back from the shop and the fan is so freakin’ quiet. Screw quiet, it sounds absolutely non-existent! You guys, I am so happy to have it fixed. I mean, I’m so happy that it’s back, yeah, getting it fixed in the middle of NaNoWriMo and having five days without it was hell, but I’m just so glad it’s FIXED! They also replaced the battery, which hasn’t been holding a charge that well lately, for free and under the warranty. The fan, which makes the loudest flippin’ noise ever was fixed. The trackpad AND keys were replaced, even though it was just the trackpad that was having the trouble. I’m just so excited right now.

Tonight I’m going to try to write 5,000 words so I can get back on my 2,000 a day track without being behind. Michelle and I are probably going to have a word war, and I am so flippin’ …trying to find another word for excited. I looked in the built-in dictionary and a synonym is “sexually aroused”. I AM NOT SEXUALLY AROUSED, THANKYOUVERYMUCH. Oh boy. New paragraph time to reduce awkwardness? Yes’m.

This feels so wonderful, to be blogging and typing with gusto on my own, personal, hard-earned computer. I love life.

You’re probably wondering what I have been up to in the time that I wasn’t able to blog. Well, I bet you can guess what form I am going to be doing it in! (I mean, you can probably see it as you’re reading, unless you’re one of those people who scroll down line by line to keep the element of surprise. If you are one of those people, you rule.) Anyways, I shall be doing it in a list! Woah, not doing it. It’s not sexual. Why is this entry so sexual?
Oh wait. They all are.

1. I have been writing (or trying to write) my NaNoWriMo novel. This will probably not come as a surprise, as it’s all I seem to talk about anymore, but I did do it. I’m at a really “rad part” right now, and it’s very romantic and cheesy and even though I write dark humor better than fluffy romance, it’s really fun and I love it. Every second of it. (Just in preparation to resume my cheesy writing when I get home. Aren’t I excellent?)

2. I found out that “kangaroo” in Spanish is “canguro”. How cute is that? I pretty much squealed when I found out, in the middle of my Graphic Design class. The dorky senior next to me smirked at me when I squeed, but when I explained the cuteness, he had to agree. Either that, or I’m really persuasive. In other creatures news, the new creature that I absolutely can’t squealing about right now is the camel. I mean, they are fuzzy and have humps and they grin and they are just so freaking cute.

3. I discovered a new lethal combination of the day. I know, I am excited too. The smell of sharpies and Raspberry Royale. I was hyped up on the latter on Monday morning and when I saw a sharpie, I realized that I had to use it to put my name in a notebook, so I leaned over my desk to write my name and got a good whiff of it. By the time I had arrived at school, the two things had mixed in my soul and I was super crazy and super hyped up. I wrote like 3 pages before 9am. It ruled.

So, yeah, I guess that nothing really exciting happened to me this week, but I am pretty excited now. Computer, writing, sour patch kids, Geektastic, life life life. <– I’m a dork. But I love it. <3
