YOU can’t fix you any more than I can fix me!!  I thank God that He showed you James  and the tongue problem ;;

I  knew it and was planning on pointing you in that direction  saying  that growth comes from the infilling of the Holy Ghost, and bite makes on the tongue  ‘from our own teeth’  lol

Honestly I’d  throw all those books  and stuff away I don’t even read Spurgeon and Lake any more just the Bible and prayer.

We live it a kick a— world, —————–But that is a million light years from sanctification, and salvation.

God looks upon the heart, ‘the broken and contrite…’

I don’t know if you breast fed your babies, and whether you weaned them with a bottle or however, but , but Scripture points us to that quiet humbled, calmness of heart once the child is weaned, and the screaming stops.

There is so much I want to tell you but it’s step by step… Biting the tongue, taking it hostage to the Lord is the first big step to sanctification, and it’s the thing God wants for both of us

I would never say a bad word ever- ever, but after my divorce, illness mistake with Ir—,  I let go of my tongue, and now it needs to be reeled in and possibly shortened again.. The tongue frames our world and brings forth the life we speak… that’s why it’s important to keep it pure.

The reason to get rid of the books and get away from the ADVICE ERS  is that they keep you running  chasing  and getting exhausted GOING NOWHERE!! Including –the nowhere- and places that they have never been !!!  If the morons had ever been on their own cross they would hold you and cry with you and Shut the fridge up!!

Then after 7 days — ‘see Job ch; 1′ —  after 7 days  they’d  pray with you rather than  doing what Jobs lousy comforters did!   Job said to them – “Lousy comforters you are!! Doubtless wisdom is with  you you know it all, and  wisdom will die with you!!  lol  ‘morons right.’

God will give you peace and rest when you shut the devils  mouth, and  tune in to his word within a peaceful heart.

Sister,  ‘people are stupid- all people are stupid’  And the only way to beat this  stupidity is  to rest quietly  trusting in God alone ..

God sent his son to the cross… He didn’t send him to teach foul philosophy twisted into his word.

GAL 2:20; the cross kills, dead people have no problems with striving to fix themselves. Its over its done they are dead to the world and alive to God..

Who will ascend Gods holy mountain who can abide in his presence he who is clean and pure in heart who does not lift up his soul to any idol nor speak what is false, nor speak what is false

He will receive blessing from the Lord, and vindication from God

He will be of the generation of those who carry the cross the cross that’s inside  invisible to the world and the lost

The cross they carry will – only – be a reminder of their – hope -  that in this world there is nothing that can give them the life.

Life which they seek  from a different kingdom which they look for  with an entry of sacrifice

No wonder it’s not attractive no most would not look that way  but its life, yeah its life, yea its life.

If you be planted with Christ in baptism planted with suffering and shame

Look to the cross look to glory he will raise you too once again

Cling to the beams of the mountain the beams of the cross the foundation of the rock

Don’t you let go no don’t ever give in when your dead  to the world your alive to God so hold – on hold – hold on it won’t be long

Who can ascend Gods holy mountain who can abide in his presence – he who is clean and is pure in heart has let go of his earthly possessions

The thing the he was bound too, not that  we own  them but they own you….

Who can abide in his presence

His blood is not a common thing no it is the river of life

I hated poetry! I thought it was lame, and that poets were lame too. Anyway it wasn’t long before everything I wrote  rhymed  I became frantic and complained bitterly to God. “I am not a poet!!!”

So if you’ll take a back track at my  400 plus entries here you’ll shortly see that I am indeed a poet! ERG! God is God and I’m sure he laughs at me often.

Poems, poems poems;   Lets see, there once was a guy from Alberta, thought a word smith he’d become he took out his pen held tightly in hand  and scratched a word or two fer yah,   Hmm Yah,  doesn’t seem to work well huh?

If at first you don’t succeed try another pen! If the second  goes the same throw them both away and try again…?

Just having fun here guys..  But truly  when I began to write ‘All’ I wanted was to  please the Lord, and bear witness  unto his Holiness and show my gratitude for his mercy.  Oh I went through some  awful stuff in my life, and today I went through more.

None the less I know that if God loves me he loves me because he loves me and that is all. It’s not my choice, or anything I have or haven’t done…

He is bigger than that our performances can impress him, and he cant be surprised by our folly,  every one  who makes it into his eternal kingdom will have been chosen in his mind before he crated the  heavens and the earth.

P-f-f-f-t! That takes the wind out of  proud sails doesn’t it?  Yes if the proud sails had ears to hear it sure does.

Woe  woe woa! where am I going here I was going to try and write a poem wasn’t I?

The eye is the lamp of the body  it fills  one  with Gods holy light

The light that is in a child of God is holy and clean so pure and bright

The ear that is made for hearing will listen to the word God has said

The hearts that he has broken he will mend and raise once and again

The eye is the lamp of the body the body to be his bride

He looks into his darlings heart through the eyes of his precious bride

The light of the world we are to be the light of the everlasting life

The light from the cross the light of the tree

When the lame man looked and they looked back at him they saw in his eyes the faith to be healed

They reached out a hand  and raised him up the light in their eyes not concealed he saw the light and believed

The beggar leapt to his feet and was thus healed

Do you have the light does it dwell in you do you shine wherever you go do the words of your mouth pour out rivers of life

Does the sound of you heart bring  light and water to flow

Oh taste and see – all eyes were on Him from his glory he turned away

Oh taste and see the life of the tree the light of the – cross the price that he paid

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched-this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. The life appeared, we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us. We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you may also have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this to make our joy complete.

Commentary
John begins talking about Christ in this apostle by describing Him as the Word of life. Given that this exposition of the Bible is meant to reveal the relevancy of Christ to all parts of life, this description is fitting as it points to Christ as the source of life. He existed from the beginning and gave the word that spoke our world, creation, forefathers, and ourselves into existence. This statement about Christ alludes to the fact that Christ was fully-God.

John uses “we” throughout this passage to demonstrate that it is not only an account of his witness, but of the witness of a body of fellow witnesses. He describes that he and other Christian witnesses have heard, seen, and touched Christ. According to the account of a first-hand witness, Christ was not a mere apparition, but God incarnate: fully human, real, and present John goes on to say that the eternal life, the source of life was with them,, alluding to the fact that Christ was fully God.

John then lays out the purpose of global epistle by saying that he is sharing the account of first hand witnesses so that others could believe what they believe, that Jesus was the promised Christ. John then makes a statement saying that he and the other witnesses are one with the Father and Son. This is most likely because they believe in Christ and his promises and live accordingly.

John closes this passage by saying that it is joy which motivates his writing. This is an interesting statement that points to this epistle being a culmination of the witnesses joy. It does not here describe what the source of their joy is, though it can be assumed that the source of their joy is their relationship, their “fellowship,” with Jesus and the Father and the result of what that relationship means for their lives as believers.

Application
As Christians, testifying to what we know about Christ is the culmination of the joy that we have experienced from being in relationship with Christ. If you have not shared your testimony yet, do not think that it is not worth sharing because it is uninteresting. Our testimony is important-we overcome the enemy by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). Every time we share what we know about Christ and what he has done in our life, we advance God’s kingdom.

Sow for yourselves ‘righteousness’; reap in mercy; break up your follow ground for it is time to seek the Lord.

Hosea 11:10-11

1st Corinthians 15

Hosea 14: 2

Alley and Charles lingered in each others arms but it was time to get up, she watched his movement as  he sat on the edge of the bed and began to dress. Alley walked over held him tightly, “My poor baby, so this is how you’ll move when you are  in your 90′s?”  He smiled up at her, “It might be honey but, but…” Charles stood up and slowly walked across the  room to the bureau, picking up the photo from their wedding day, looking at it he turned to Alley in wonder and thankfulness, thankful that she was who she was, and that she had stayed faithful through the years he’d been lost at sea.

Alley put her arms around him again and asked about the bandages and whether it was a wom…. she couldn’t finish the word. For the third time Charles laughed making Alley  very uncomfortable. He took her to the bed and they sat down on the edge, as Charles explained. “Alley  Doc Parsons was the only person who touched me, the bandage work is his. The reason I laughed is that when we were three days from shore, and he knew I would live Doc Parson disappeared and it took Port two days to find him.

When I was in bed those three weeks Parson was a captive audience, Port says that I preached from Genesis to Revelation to him daily, Port said that I would  quote verses like a water fall, and then stop and explain them to the good doctor until he would get angry and leave only to come back later and finish  bandaging or what ever he had to do with me.” “Charles laughed again as he continued with his story ” On the day he disappeared I for the first time ever put on a pair of  jeans, I had sent Port to buy them in the Ships store, and when he returned I got dressed and asked whether he’d seen the Doctor, Port and I slowly walked down to breakfast and Port said he would look for Doc since he didn’t show up. The next day as he walked on the starboard side close to the railing Port heard a distressing sound from over the side of the ship, looking over the rail he spotted Doc Parson  laying drunk  amongst several bottles of Old Port wine. It seems that all my preaching had caused an overload to his system and he couldn’t cope. Port called for the skiff to be brought onboard and washed out, and he guided Doc to the showers, cleaned him up and took him to his room.

“Alley if a man is going to confess Jesus Christ as Lord, and if he is going to preach the Gospel of God it’s best he know the Lord and that gospel which he’d profess to preach. I told Doc a lot of things he’d never dreamed of and pointed him to the word of God and where to find  the things I had told him, it’s the only way to preach because God has to draw men and we must be sure that we point out the direction when they are looking.

Woe to the men and women who point to a man, or a system doctrine or form. ‘they will go through  -fire – in the end.” Alley smiled eyes opened wide,

“Oh, captain! You are back!”

The Storm docked and the passengers disembarked with Charles in the midst. descending the plank his eyes caught some movement just above on deck, Lynda had come to see him off, Charles took no notice of her  but proceeded onward to dry land. Taking a cab the driver shuttled him to the Penny thrift store a few blocks from his house. Paying the driver, he got out with his things and began up the street headed for home. Charles walked briskly, heart pounding in his chest  as though it would explode. He saw a  man about his age on the edge of the walk stopped and gave the man his captain’s hat,shoes, and uniform. Charles was more thankful to give than the man was to receive, and both smiled loving that form of grace which only God himself can  pour into and out from the hearts  he has created.

Alley stood at her bedroom bureau she looked into the mirror a strange feeling in her soul, a feeling she knew was not good, no not at all. Raising her hands in front of her she  took her wedding band between  thumb and forefinger turning it on her finger. Saddened by what appeared to be just another day Alley brushed out her hair dressed and went into the kitchen. “My you are up early this morning sweetheart.” “I am ready for school momma!” Alley kissed her baby good-bye as she went to the door, “daddy’s coming home today momma don’t forget Daddy’s coming home, I love you bye.” Cristal ran up the street and disappeared around the corner.

Alley hadn’t heard what she’d said, she went back into the house pausing on the way to pick a flower as she thought of the bouquet she wore once upon a dream of time when she and Captain Charles were married. Walking in to the house Alley remembered the vows they had taken, and the way the preacher had summed up the words of Paul in Ephesians words about eternal life, and marriage words words words she thought but a man can get lost at sea. Walking by her window as she went to retrieve  her Bible from his pillow Alley saw a sight, a strange sight out the bedroom window. Turning to look it was a man about her husbands stature and he was coming up the walk way. Alley ran to the door and pulled it open as he was about to knock. She stood amazed, shaking and scared, looking into his eyes. “Captain?” Charles smiled softly. “Captain, is that you?” He held out his hand, she took it, tears flooding her eyes, she knew he was home. “Welcome home Captain” They embraced both crying with heavy but thankful hearts. Alley led him inside closing the door behind them.  “Captain Charles Edward Lee, she said with a smile that couldn’t be contained, and joy that was in expressible “You’re home!”

She looked him over “What happened, you must have been eaten by a whale like Jonah!” Alley raised his tee shirt,looking at the bandaging around his waist and the puncture wounds on his hands and face. “Alley, I almost lost you! I am so sorry!” She turned to him putting her hands on his cheeks and kissing him with the same love she’d ever had for him. “I didn’t dare believe this day would come baby, I thought you were lost at sea forever, “My God I couldn’t pray anymore! But God is faithful even when we are not and you have come home.”

Back in the infirmary again Port brought the Jeans to Charles who by this time was standing shakily  before the mirror inspecting what were visible of his wounds. “Look at these holes in my body Mark!”  “Yes sir, Jonah would be envious sir, they laughed as he turned and slowly walked over to the bed again. “I haven’t  seen Doc Parson Mark have you?” “No sir I haven’t seen him today at all, I can  look in the chapel, maybe he is there.” Doc Parson was the Chaplain of the ship as well as the Doctor on board; most of the ship’s crew had long ago forgotten his name and most called him Doc, Preacher, or Father.

Many times when Charles was younger he’d heard his Father reprove him for his lack of faith in a God who acts, and still moves stones always pointing him to the veracity of the cross, and the full atonement of Jesus sacrifice as the sole means of entry into the eternal and the everlasting kingdom of God. “Why is there death, sickness, and evil in this world were always  the Chaplain’s retorts, and Charles the 2nd always pointed him back to the garden of Eden and the immaculate creation of God in the beginning. Why then was their sin so bad, why, all they’d  done was eaten  some fruit! “Well I’m not so sure if it’s so much that they ate  the fruit, as that they partook of  a knowledge which was to bring  death and sin into a perfect world,” his dad would say and the two always ended the conversation there Chaplain Parson would not venture to  go on, and Captain Charles would always respect a man even though he knew there was far more to the story than most men dared to ask or think.

Standing  next to the bed he took off the robe he’d been dressed in and slowly and methodically pulled on  the tee-shirt, it was a strange feeling for him as he’d never owned such a garment in his life and always wore proper clothing befitting an officer; as he began to inspect the  Jeans he noticed the swelling in his legs but determined that this was the day Captain Charles Edward Lee would for the first time don denim and lose himself in the normal world of men.

Morning came  over the Eastern horizon it was the most glorious one Charles could ever remember, he felt like he had received a new life, and was anxious to live. “Morning Captain,”  The strong voice resonating deep within, Charles turned to face his  Friend. “Mark, glad your here, let’s go to breakfast.” “Yes sir.” Port was troubled as he  walked silently next to Charles, the two men walked with identical stride and posture other than Charles slight limp. “Did you find Dr. Parson last night Mark?” “No sir, but I am sure he will be at breakfast.” They sat opposite one another and began to visit while waiting for the waitress to bring coffee, and a menu. “Captain, why have you been calling me Mark these past few days?” Charles looked up at him, “Mark is a good name my friend, Mark is the name of  the writer of the ‘book of Mark’, and Mark traveled with the great Apostle Paul.” “But captain, my name is Port, I have no other name! I don’t remember if I have ever had a name, my father called me boy.” “What about your family name, you must have a sir name.” “Yes sir I must but I don’t know it all I knew was boy, and ” the blacksmiths boy,” no name, I never heard any name just boy.” “Port, I would like to give you Mark for a name, Mark is a noble name and you are a noble  man.” “When we come to port in three days, I will go home to my family, but you must go to my Father, and tell him what has happened, and that we will no longer be piloting the Storm.” Port looked at Charles how, after three weeks in the hospital bed did he know they were three days from port? Charles smiled at his companion, ” A man of the sea knows the  sea from the floor to the wave and he knows when the land is approaching by the waves in his bones.” “Yes sir,” Port laughed, he knew it was true he  was a man of the sea as well, and the waves told him of the day. “When you see my father you must tell him what happened, and you must tell him that I will be a man of God.” Port looked again at him. “sir shouldn’t you go to him yourself?” “No Port, I am banished from his sight you were there you heard him.” “Yes sir, but this is what he wanted for you he will accept you now.” “Yes, but you need to tell him and he will know it’s true.” “When I return to the Ship, I will bring you with me  and we will start a new life and a new mission.” Port remained quiet, as the waitress brought them coffee, the stillness was defining, like the calm before the storm. Charles Edward Spoke one more time  before they began to eat and both became lost in the morning glory of the rising sun, “My friend I will show you  a new thing, something you have never seen, ‘dust in the wind  on a hot August da…….

John 1 in the beginning was the – ‘word’ – and the word was with God, and the word was God, he was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, ‘the word’. And without Him, nothing that was made was made. In Him, ‘the word’ was life and the life was the light of men.

Prov 8:22-31  “The Lord possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old. I have been established from everlasting, from the beginning, before there was ever an earth.When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth; While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields, or the primal dust of the world. When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He drew a circle on the face of the deep, when He established the clouds above, when He strengthened the fountains of the deep, when He assigned to the sea its limit, so that the waters would not transgress His command, when He marked out the foundations of the earth,then I was beside Him as a master craftsman;  (in the beginning was the word, and the word was God, and the word was with God’)  -  And I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him, rejoicing in His inhabited world, and my delight was with the sons of men.

‘Proverbs speaks of the Son of God, (Known within as Wisdom.’) 1 John: That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled concerning the ‘word’ of life…. (“In the Beginning was the  ‘word.”)

1 Corinthians ch 2 vv 3 I was with  you in weakness, in fear and much trembling. And my speech, and my preaching were not with persuasive ‘words’ of ‘human’ ‘wisdom’, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. vv 1  When I came to you Paul says, “I didn’t come to you in excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined  ‘not’ to ‘know’ anything among you ‘except’ Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.  Paul went on to say there is a hidden wisdom of God which he ordained for our Glory, and if the rulers who crucified Jesus had known who he truly was they would not have crucified Him. But he goes on to say; Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have ‘entered’ into the heart of man the things which God has  prepared for those who love him.”  But God ‘has revealed them’ to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things -yes- the ‘deep’ things of God. Now, Paul says we have  not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things freely given to us ‘by’ God, and in vv 11 he says “No one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.” And  in vv 13 he shows us that the Holy Spirit  teaches us the things of God, but not by mens ‘wisdom’ ending his discourse with, – ‘the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, nor can he know them because they are Spiritually discerned. But He who is Spiritual judges all things, ‘yet’ he is rightly judged by ‘no one’.

Going now to John 3:3  Where Jesus said, “Most assuredly I say to you, ‘unless one is born again, he ‘cannot’ ‘see’ (perceive, understand, or know) the kingdom of God.”  Vv 5,  “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of the water, and the Spirit he ‘cannot’ ‘enter’ the kingdom of God. vv 6 That which is bore of the flesh,( from the physical parents) is flesh. And that which is Born of the Spirit ( of the Holy Spirit) is Spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you ‘you must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is ‘everyone’ who is born of the Spirit.”

Some of the most  foundational ‘basics’ of true Christianity, things that prove a man is or is not indeed born from God.

Mysticism, feelings, vibes, emotion, passion… the list goes on and on, none of these in any way shape or form are Spiritual as  pertaining to the truth of the SPIRIT of God through Christ.

When God comes into a heart the recipient knows it, it is like being cut in two, while God takes out our  sin, shame, and often what we deem treasures, replacing  them with himself in Spirit and in truth.

God  is not impressed, moved motivated, nor influenced by any one of us what soever, but watches for our sanctification edification and salvation through the foolishness of the cross, the foolishness of the blood of his Son.

Adam was created a living Soul, but Jesus Christ became a ‘life’ giving Spirit.

Lord have mercy on us, and on anyone who might read these words. I pray for the opening of hearts and the salvation of any one whom you might call through them in Yeshua, Jesus Christ name  amen, amen.     HR

It was a long day of hiking and John was glad to see a small grove of timber not far ahead of him night would soon be here and he was tired and ready for as long a sleep as his body, the bruises and the night air would allow him. once in among the trees the wind was gone and the warmth of the earth was a welcome feeling to his weary body stripping a few branches from the  spruce trees nearby he quickly made himself a  nest, covering the branches with grass, and the covering himself with more branches he settled in and within moments was comfortable enough to fall asleep.  Mid way through the night he woke when His heart began to stir, stir that is to thoughts of His future home and the promise of a new life. Romans 6:5 “For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection,” 2 cor 4;10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. COL 2:12 having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. COL 3:1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Philippians 3:10 I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death. Servant woke a bit more just enough to realize that he indeed was living this very life no longer was he angry, although he knew humanly that anger can come and go with the intensity of life he faded back to sleep as content as though he were sleeping on a queen sized bed. Servant, in the very beginning of his life with Jesus was plunged into unceasing prayer, even when life got hard, even when it was impossible whenever he would quiet himself he found a thankful and quiet heart in repose with the Lord, as Paul said Hidden with Christ in God.

Being thankful for everything was sometimes hard but  being thankful at all time was never a question, and though his face was marred and his form far from handsome his light did shine everyday. He began to sing a new song while half asleep. You are all in all to me, you all I’ll ever need, your holiness I pray  give fresh to me each day – you’re the only song I sing with sweet music in my soul – you are the air I breathe you’re the one who makes me whole, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, glory, glory to my King  k- i -n-g – Hallelujh, ha-alell – ujah  praise to you I bring. When he’d stopped singing Servant heard a sound that made his heart stop, It was the same rumble of the same old pickup from last night. He held his breath to listen closer as the sound approached  to his horror it suddenly  screeched to a halt next to the grove he occupied. My God Servant whispered, not again!” He knew he was covered well other than his face and dared not move now, they were only a few feet away. John breathed through his mouth as shallow as as whisper waiting for the world to explode  around him. but this time the boys were unaware of his presence and  drove off into the night. After a long silence  Servant went back to to sleep
