Il direttore creativo di Gucci, Frida Giannini, ha creato una nuova collezione di occhiali in linea con la digital generation, Eyeweb. Per accompagnare il lancio della linea, è stato creato il sito www.guccieyeweb.com, dove i visitatori potranno “riflettere e connettere” la loro creatività utilizzando come tavolozza i modelli.

Eyeweb è la prima collezione di occhiali del marchio dedicata a un target giovane. L’alta qualità si combina con modelli fortemente iconici, destinati ad un pubblico più giovane, sia per il design che per il prezzo.

La linea, prodotta in licenza da Safilo, consiste in due modelli di sei colori diversi a cui si aggiungeranno tre nuovi modelli all’inizio della primavera. Il modello maschile è caratterizzato da una singola iconica G, mentre quello femminile dall’altrettanto iconica doppia G. Ogni modello si distingue per le classiche bande verdi e rosse proprie dell’iconico web Gucci che, assieme al “world wide web”, ha ispirato il nome del collezione.

Una campagna interattiva senza precedenti, la collezione Gucci Eyeweb,  lanciata il 15 ottobre in tutto il mondo. Il concetto creativo, che comprende un sito dedicato, è stato sviluppato per gli utenti e appassionati del web, che condividono abitualmente foto ed esperienze online. Tramite www.guccieyeweb.com i visitatori entreranno in un mondo virtuale e multifunzionale dove poter conoscersi, giocare e condividere.

Amanhã (08/07/2009) O Yahoo emplementará em sua páginas uma tag chamada Search Pad. O objetivo de tal aplicativo é possibilitar que o usuário faça anotações enquanto pesquisa na internet, além dele salvar automáticamente um histórico das páginas visitadas, podemos escrever notas e referências enquanto pesquisamos por várias e várias páginas.

Tal recurso ainda aponta outros sites relacionádos com o conteúdo escrito. Facilitando ainda mais a minha, a sua e a vida de todo mundo. Se vai pegar eu não sei. Mas uma idéia genial como esta demorou para ser lançada.

Nada mais de ficar dando Alt+Tab para o notepad enquanto se faz um trabalho de escola, ou uma comparação de preços. Ou até mesmo ficar com abas e mais abas abertas no firefox para só depois compilar os resultados no Word.

De acordo com o site da Yahoo!, o aplicativo será dispolibilizado aos poucos para seus usuários entre hoje e amanhã. Agora é esperar e testar.

Tudo o que eu tenho a dizer é que cada vez mais esse mundo da internet me encanta. E eu achando que o Google Docs facilitava a minha vida sedentária.

Tim Berners-Lee

Sir Timothy John Berners-Lee KBE (TimBL ou TBL) (8 de junho de 1955) é o inventor do World Wide Web e diretor do World Wide Web Consortium, que supervisiona o seu desenvolvimento. Em 2004, Timothy venceu o Millennium Technology Prize, o que lhe rendeu 1,2 milhão de euros.
As idéias por trás da Web podem ser identificadas ainda em 1980, na CERN (Suíça), quando Tim Berners-Lee construiu o ENQUIRE. Ainda que diferente da Web atualmente, o projeto continha algumas das mesmas idéias primordiais, e também algumas idéias da web semântica. Seu intento original do sistema foi tornar mais fácil o compartilhamento de documentos de pesquisas entre os colegas.

Em março de 1989, Tim Berners-Lee escreveu uma proposta de gerenciamento de informação[1], que referenciava o ENQUIRE e descrevia um sistema de informação mais elaborado. Com a ajuda de Robert Cailliau, ele publicou uma proposta[2]mais formal para a World Wide Web no final de 1990.

UTV is based in Belfast, Ireland, and has endeavors which include Radio Ireland and GB Radio. They have seen their profits for the radio division grow by leaps and bounds as their revenue stream from TV and other media dropped.

Operating profit in the whole radio division rose 31 per cent year on year in the first six months of the year to £9 million, with total revenue up 15 per cent to £36.4 million.

GB Radio increased revenues by 5 per cent year on year to £25 million in the first half of 2008, fuelled by an 18 per cent boost in TalkSport’s revenue to £12.1 million.

As a counterpoint, TV advertising revenue dropped by 4% in the first quarter and TV operating profit fell a whopping 15%! It seems that as we look at the global picture radio is thriving, I keep pulling up reports from all over about radio thriving and innovating not only in Ireland, but also across eastern Europe, India and many many other places.

As I examine these stories, I tend to look at a lot of radio websites — a lot of radio station websites in particular. As I do, one thing keep coming to mind: innovation. Television was supposed to kill FM in the same way FM was supposed to invalidate AM when it arrived. We all know how that worked out. Now I see that radio is developing a face as well as a voice.

Ihr habt keine Lust mehr auf diese gläserne Internetwelt. Deine Spuren sollen verdeckt bleiben? Du willst mehr Privatsphere. In ein paar simplen Schritten erkläre ich dir wie du anonym und sicher durch das World Wide Web surfen wirst.

Dazu benötigen wir 3 Programme.

Privoxy

Tor

Firefox

Firefox wirst du sicherlich schon besitzen , wenn nicht dann kannst du ihn hier bekommen.

Zuallererst lädst du dir das Vidalia Bundle herunter. Es beinhaltet die beiden Programme Tor und Privoxy die wir benötigen werden. Das Bundle bekommst du hier.

Wenn du das Bundle heruntergeladen hast, kommt der eigentliche Teil. Öffne die Setupdatei mit einem Doppelklick und Installiere sie in ein x-beliebiges Verzeichniss. Stelle dabei sicher das Firefox geschlossen ist bzw. andere Software nicht den Installationsvorgang behindern können.

Danach wirst du sicherlich zu einem Neustart des Systems aufgefordert. Gehe diesem nach und Boote dein System neu.

Frisch gestartet wird sich das Tor Programm in einer Übersicht öffnen und Privoxy wird in deiner Taskleiste als kleiner Button erscheinen.

Richten wir einmal unsere Aufmerksamkeit auf die Tor-Übersicht auch Vidalia Kontroll-Panel genannt.

Auf die einzelnen Punkte hier werde ich nicht groß weiter eingehen, da alles selbsterklärend ist und man eigentlich nichts falsch machen kann.

Wichtig jedoch ist der Menupunkt Einstellungen . Gehe bitte dort hinein und passe alles deinem System an.

Wie ich vorhin schon erwähnt habe befindet sich unten in der Taskleiste ein kleines Symbol . Es signalisiert das Privoxy gestartet ist und bereit ist.

Mehr brauchst du Anfangs garnicht einstellen in diesen beiden Programmen.

Nun starte Firefox und wir erledigen die letzten Einstellungen , damit du sicher und anonym im Internet surfen kannst.

Gehe in

Extras >> Einstellungen >> Erweitert >> Einstellungen

und setzte einen Haken bei Die Proxyeinstellungen für dieses Netzwerk automatisch erkennen

Das war es eigentlich schon gewesen. Zum Test kannst du auf www.wieistmeineip.de gehen und Testen ob sich was getan hat. Du kannst noch ein bisschen an den Einstellungen herumspielen und so noch einiges entdecken. Auch in Privoxy kann man einiges Einstellen. Ich wollte nur auf die Grundinstallation + 1. Mal starten eingehen. Den Rest dürft ihr alle alleine entdecken.

Una iniciativa de Dell que pedía opinión a clientes y usuarios de informática ha servido para demostrar que el sistema operativo GNU/Linux es una de las principales demandas actuales. ¡Más Linux!

La página Dell Ideastorm presentaba una especie de sesión de ‘brainstorming’ para que todo tipo de usuarios ofrecieran sus sugerencias a la empresa, y la idea ha tenido éxito: los clientes de Dell querrían poder disponer de las tres principales distribuciones de Linux como opciones a la hora de comprar sus PCs de Dell.

La mayor cantidad de sugerencias confirmó que uno de los mayores intereses de los clientes es que Dell ofreciera máquinas multiarranque con Windows Vista y Windows XP como otras alternativas, o sin contar con ninguno de los sistemas de Microsoft.

Los seguidores de la filosofía Open Source también sugirieron que se proporcionara OpenOffice.org preinstalado en las máquinas además de las opciones actuales, Microsoft Works y Microsoft Office.

¿Quién dijo que google no había hecho de todo?, ahora ya no se puede decir que no después de ver este vídeo casero hecho en las oficinas de google, explicando porque usar gmail. Desde luego en presupuesto no se han gastado mucho pero merece la pena verlo X-DD

Robert O’Callahan, de la Fundación Mozilla, reveló en el reciente evento Foo Camp (Nueva Zelandia) una interesantísima nueva característica a presentarse en el próximo Firefox 3: el soporte para trabajar con aplicaciones web estando offline. Esto permitiría, por ejemplo, interactuar con aplicaciones como webmails, calendarios y toda una variedad de la nueva generación de software-como-servicio basado en la web, como el notable SalesForce, sin una conexión a Internet.

El navegador ofrecería con esta nueva funcionalidad un verdadero sistema de almacenamiento persistente, potencialmente catapultando a las aplicaciones para Internet hacia nuevos horizontes.

Es dificil no hablar de google, ya que está sacando productos de calidad constantemente. Esta vez le toca a google news en la que de una forma sencilla y através de un asistente, podrás tener las noticias de google news aplicando filtros de palabras. Por ejemplo si quieres noticias de actualidad e internet, solo tendrás que ponerlo como palabras clave en el asistente y automáticamente aparecerán noticias relacionadas con ambos campos. Muy útil y en dos formatos; una barra horizontal y un bloque vertical.

Con motivo de la Feria Online Marketing 2007 que actualmente se celebra en Madrid, España, Google concretó el lanzamiento de su herramienta “Docs y Hojas de Cálculo”, aplicación con la que –se estima– el motor de búsquedas procurará aumentar su capacidad comercial frente a Microsoft.Según la versión web del diario español El País, la utilidad en cuestión (también conocida como Docs & Spreadsheets) se encuentra basada en una plataforma que incluye prácticamente las mismas funciones que el Word de Office y muchos de los recursos característicos del sistema Excel.

“Docs y Hojas de cálculo” permite trabajar en un mismo documento desde cualquier lugar del mundo, compartir ese archivo e, incluso, operar simultáneamente en él.

De acuerdo a la misma fuente, el programa posibilita que hasta 50 usuarios puedan hacer cambios en el mismo instante sobre el mismo documento. Que el resultado sea útil depende de cómo se organicen, pero la capacidad existe.

“Como en cualquier programa de mensajería instantánea, los cambios que nuestros compañeros de documento realizan van apareciendo ante los ojos de cada participante del proceso”, destaca El País.

En la era tecnológica en la que nos movemos, es dificil discutir la frase “si no tienes blog no tienes nada” ya que lleva toda la razón. Esa fue una de las principales razones para volver a reabrir RinconXen, entre otras cosas porque no cerró ya que la base de datos fue la culpable de todo esto. Pero el pasado pasado está, y lo que importa es volver a dar guerra a los peces gordos y de hacer un poco mas libre la red.

El blog seguirá enfocado a la actualidad tecnológica sin perderse una buena película, un libro o un script. No os enrollo más, lo que importa es lo de dentro, no el envoltorio.
