“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3,4

The Great Falling Away

The scriptures say that in the end times, in the last days, there will be a great ‘falling away’ of believers from bedrock bible doctrine. The above quote from 2 Thessalonians clearly shows that as does this quote from Paul to Timothy:

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” 2 Timothy 4:3,4

The Spirit of Antichrist on full display at Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Florida

In the end, it is the Christians who no longer have a desire or hunger to be fed from the word of God, but instead choose to side with the devil and make a mockery of the church that Jesus Christ shed His own blood for. Nothing shows that as clearly as our story on the Harlem Shake in the Church of God.

The Harlem Shake is demonic

From The Examiner: Have you heard of the “Harlem Shake?” The dance has gone viral on the Internet, and Christians are doing it in several sectors, according to BCNN1, Feb. 21.

The dance starts with the leader wearing a mask shaking in front of the people, and then they all join in for 30 seconds.

The words to the song are: “Con los terrorista” (With The Terrorists).

There are several groups and organizations doing the “Harlem Shake:”

Saddleback High School Ministry
Liberty University
Destiny World Outreach Center
Vineyards Student Harlem Shake
City Church Downtown
Celebration Church Jacksonville FL
Run away, run far away

I know this article will burn up some of our fan base, but let me be very honest with you. Now The End Begins was created by direct commission from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself to be a watchman in these last days. We are to sound the alarm when the Enemy appears on the radar screen. So let us get right to the point:

If you belong to or attend a Christian church that encourages demon-inspired ‘dancing’ to the Harlem Shake, you are in church with the Devil Himself. The Holy God of Israel is a million miles away from all of that foolishness. The ‘shake’ is performed with a masked man inciting a crowd to gyrate their bodies by unseen forces to jungle-themed music. Bright lights flash, artificial smoke is set off and an hypnotic, ever-lowering bass beat causes the dancers to bang their heads. Are you so seared in your spirit by the filth you have surrounded yourself with that you can no longer recognize the Devil when he is laughing in your face??

If you think that this is the work of the Holy Spirit, then you do not know the Holy Spirit, neither are you led by Him. To see this in the Church of God is, to me, proof positive that the great falling away is operating on all eight cylinders.

If you do this in your church, you need to REPENT immediately and beg God for desecrating His House of worship. Return to your first Love, and remember what it was like when the shed blood of Jesus made you clean and new. Get back to a DOCTRINAL study of God’s word from the King James Bible, and get back on your knees in fervent prayer.

If this is happening in your church, leave

Satan desires to sift you and grind your papier-mache faith into a fine, dusty powder. Christian, you are UNDER ATTACK, and are losing the battle. Do you really want to be found gyrating to the Harlem Shake when Jesus Christ returns? Really?

Are you so deluded by the world, the flesh and the Devil that you think the Harlem Shake and David dancing before the Lord are the same thing?

Think about it

I heard Ron Carpenter, Senior Pastor of Redemption World Outreach Center, say “Disappointment

I heard Ron Carpenter, Senior Pastor of Redemption World Outreach Center, say “Disappointment comes from when your expectations are not met.” If that is true then the opposite is true that surprise comes from when your expectations are exceeded. I think all of us at one time or the other have been disappointed and surprised in our lives.

There has been times in my life where I had expected to get something but was disappointed. I thought if I had done this, this, and this; it would result in that, that, and that. But it never happened the way I had expected. Other times, I thought that what I needed would come from a specific place, but it came from an area where I would have never expected it to come from.

Maybe the place you’re looking for your breakthrough to come from isn’t where it is going to come from. Maybe your breakthrough is found in the place you least expect. Maybe you are overlooking doing a menial task, but that task is in fact the very thing that will give you the opportunity you are looking for. Maybe where you are at presently and what you’re doing now is God preparing you for what He has for you next.

God told Moses to get water from a rock. Not the exact place you would look to get water. David was just being an errand boy for his father delivering lunch to his brothers, but it put him in position to face Goliath. Five thousand people were fed with a little boy’s lunch. The disciples were definitely not thinking that 5 loaves of bread and two fish were going to be where enough food to feed a crowd of people would come from.

So what are you waiting for, hoping for, or praying for? What small, unimportant, menial task are you overlooking? Are you looking for water to come from a rock? Start looking in unexpected places and maybe, just maybe, you’ll find exactly what you’ve been looking for.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1 ESV) Everything we do involves

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1 ESV)

Everything we do involves time. We trade time for money. We shouldn’t waste our time. We only have so much of it. Time is a limited resource. We need to be good stewards of it. We can never get it back. Time is precious.

The first verse in the Bible says “In the beginning, God” which means that before there was time, there was God. God is not living inside of time with us. We think of an infinite God in the terms of our finite minds. When something happens to us in life, we pray, scream, and shout at God as if He is going through it with us and is in total shock and awe of what has happened. I heard Apostle Ron Carpenter, Senior Pastor of Redemption World Outreach Center, say “Has it ever occurred to you that nothing has occurred to God.” God has already planned the course and painted the picture of our life. So He is not taken off guard like we are when unexpected circumstances, situations, or things arise in our life.

A perfect example of this is found in Luke 8. Jesus tells the disciples to get in a boat and head over to the other side. (As a side note, when God says it’s going to happen; it’s going to happen. So when God tells you something, you can take it to the bank. That is a whole another post in itself.) As they were on their way to the other side, unexpectedly, a storm appeared. The disciples, forgetting that Jesus had already said they were going over to the other side, started to panic. Luke 8:24 says this “And they went and woke him, saying, ‘Master, Master, we are perishing!’ And he awoke and rebuked the wind and the raging waves, and they ceased, and there was a calm.” The disciples couldn’t understand why Jesus was sleeping. But Jesus could remain calm and in peace because He knew that God had already planned for them to get to the other side, so it doesn’t matter what happens during the journey to the other side, Jesus knew that they were making it to the other side.

We tend to be just like the disciples. When storms arise out of nowhere in our life, we panic as if God has no plan and is caught off guard by the whole thing. We think God is asleep, that He doesn’t care about us, and that He is trying to figure out how to work everything out. The truth of the matter is that God is the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, He knows the beginning from the end, He is the author and publisher, He is the director and editor, He’s got a plan, and no matter what might happen along the way; His purpose will prevail.

So don’t worry or panic when unexpected circumstances, situations, and storms arise in your life. Just like Jesus, you can be calm and at peace, because God has got you making it to the other side.

I heard something from a Pastor recently that fascinated me and totally changed my thinking. He said

I heard something from a Pastor recently that fascinated me and totally changed my thinking. He said that God is not in control. Now before you start to not listen to the rest of this post or close out of the site, please read what else I have to say. I’m not saying that God doesn’t own everything cause He does. David tells us that the earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who live in it (See Psalm 24:1). But God is not in control of what goes on. For instance if I own a car and I let one of my friends borrow it, while my friend is driving the car, he is in control of what happens. He pushes the gas or slams on the breaks, he turns it to the left or the right, and he goes forward or backwards. I still own the car, but he is in control of it as long as he is behind the wheel.

God gave Adam the authority and dominion to rule over the earth. Adam lost that authority when he sinned, but when Jesus came, lived, died and rose again, He gave us back the keys to the Kingdom (See Matthew 16:19). So we are in control of what goes on in our lives and the way we do this is by the choices that we make each and every day.

In Deuteronomy 30:19, God tells us the He has put before us blessings and cursings and that we should choose life. In other words, the choices you make can either make or break you. Are you choosing life in every situation, circumstance and decision or are you putting to death everything good that God wants to do in you and through you? I can pray and trust God all I want, but if I don’t make decisions that lineup with His Word then it does me no good. In order to receive God’s promises, presence and power in my life, I need to make sure every choice I make lines up with His Word.

The choices and decisions that you make today determine your future. I heard Apostle Ron Carpenter, Senior Pastor of Redemption World Outreach Center, say “The power of your tomorrow lies in the seed you sow today.” So if you don’t like the harvest that you are getting change the seeds that you are planting. This is called the law of sowing and reaping. Galatians 6:7-9 tells us that whatever a man sows that is what he is going to reap. For example if I go out and plant apple seeds, I can’t expect to get oranges, I’m going to get apples. The same is true in our lives. If we plant good seed, we are going to receive a good harvest but if we plant bad seed, we are going to get a bad harvest.

If you have made some bad choices and have sown some not so good seed, don’t worry or fret there is still hope for you. We serve a God who is gracious and merciful. Mercy is when you have made bad choices and because of that you are going to reap in accordance to those choices but God steps in between you and what’s coming your way and takes it upon Himself. Lamentations 3:21-23 says that we have hope because God’s mercies are new every morning. When we cry out “Lord have mercy,” He hears us and sends help on the way. That is the very reason God sent Jesus. Because of His great love and mercy, God sent Jesus to step in between us and what we deserved coming our way and to take it upon Himself in order that we would receive what we don’t deserve, His grace.

Are you choosing life or death? Choose wisely today in order that your tomorrow may be bright. Choose life!

A Lake Mary book publisher is suing televangelist and faith healer Benny Hinn, saying he violated a morality clause in their contract when he began an “inappropriate relationship” with another evangelist, (Paula White) and thus, must pay $250,000.

In August, Hinn admitted to a friendship with evangelist Paula White after The National Enquirer published photos of them in Rome, holding hands.

Hinn was married at the time. His wife, Suzanne, had filed for divorce a few months earlier.

Three years earlier, Hinn had signed a three-book deal with Strang Communications Co. of Lake Mary. He was paid a $300,000 advance on the first one, “Blood in the Sand,” according to the suit.

Hinn acknowledged to his publisher “his inappropriate relationship” with White in August, according to the suit, and agreed that the publisher should get back its money, but he has yet to pay up.

Hinn’s lawyer, Miles Archer Woodlief of Mill Valley, Calif., did not return a phone call Thursday.

In a letter attached to the suit, Strang also accused Hinn of violated the contract by failing to work hard enough to market “Blood in the Sand”.

He failed to make television appearances to promote it, including several on “700 Club”, wrote Strang attorney Chris Vlahos.

The suit was filed Tuesday in state circuit court.

Hinn lives in suburban Los Angeles. He moved there in 1999 after building a national audience at his faith-healing center, World Outreach Center on Forest City Road in Orlando,

Num 32: 23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.

This will be one naughty weekend that Benny Hinn is unlikely to forget as it continues to hurt him where it hurts the most his bank balance. While his prayer partners have continue to make up any losses in the past , it may be time for them to demand that he is held accountable for his actions.

I chose the aim of my blog to focus on European nations. I have always had an interest in Europe, and these weekly blogs will hopefully give me a more in depth look at the current happenings in Europe. This week in class we discussed Globalization; and we read an article by Thomas Friedman entitled “The World is Flat: A Brief History of the Twenty-First Century.” Friedman’s concept of the world being flat really caught my attention.

One of the major news events of this week was when a Gainesville, Florida church threatened to burn the Quran in an attempt to send a message to Muslim extremists. At first glance it would not seem as though the actions of a small town Florida church would have much Global effect; but within days it did. This article by CNN shows just what kind of effect was felt around the world; similar to the Globalization 3.0 Friedman described. US leaders along with other influential world leaders all spoke out against this protest. There was even a heightened security presence in certain countries; all because of the words and proposed actions by a small town Florida church. The heightened security could be felt in European nations with both strong US ties and several strong Muslim communities.

This news event gives yet another example as to the reality of Globalization; and provides yet more support for Friedman’s claims.

In a day of high-stakes religious brinkmanship, radical evangelist Terry Jones at first announced he had canceled Saturday’s ceremony, which world leaders fear could ignite a fierce Muslim backlash around the globe.

But when his claims of a deal over a proposed Islamic cultural center in New York dissolved in acrimony, he threatened to go ahead with the incendiary ceremony to mark the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

“I will be flying up there on Saturday to meet with the imam at the Ground Zero mosque,” Jones said initially.

“The American people do not want the mosque there, and, of course, Muslims do not want us to burn the Quran.”

But the imam leading the New York project quickly denied any agreement to move the planned mosque, which is slated for a building two and half blocks from the site of former World Trade Center which was struck by 9/11 hijackers.

“I am glad that Pastor Jones has decided not to burn any Qurans,” Feisal Abdul Rauf said in a statement to CNN, but added: “We are not going to toy with our religion or any other. Nor are we going to barter.” Jones, head of the tiny Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida, has threatened an international crisis with his promise to immolate the Muslim holy book on Saturday, the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Concern is so high that US Defense Secretary Robert Gates put in a personal phone call to Jones to try and get him to change him mind, warning that the Quran burning would put US soldiers’ lives at risk.

This rare decision by President Barack Obama’s administration to cede to Jones’s demand for direct contact followed growing worries of a disaster for US interests worldwide.

The State Department warned citizens of “the potential for anti-US demonstrations in many countries… some of which may turn violent.” Global police agency Interpol predicted “tragic consequences,” with experts fearing riots in Muslim countries similar to those in response to the 2005 publication of cartoons blaspheming the prophet Mohammed.

Initial relief at Jones’s apparent retreat turned to dismay when he renewed his threat to go ahead with the ceremony and the supposed deal with Rauf unraveled.

Orlando-based imam Mohammed Musri, who played the crucial role of go-between in Saturday’s proceedings, said he had made it abundantly clear to Jones he could provide no assurances about the mosque project.

“What we agreed is, we had a commitment from the office of the imam in New York to set up a meeting and to invite pastor Jones to present this proposal,” Musri told CNN.

“We did not have an agreement from them, from the imam himself or anyone in his office, that the project will be moved or canceled in New York,” he said.

“But when we stepped out in front of the cameras, he stretched that to say that I gave him a commitment or assurances, or as he puts it, guarantees, that that would happen. I did not. I have no control over the project in New York.” Rauf, a cleric who travels the world on behalf of the State Department to improve US-Muslim relations, says the center — two blocks from Ground Zero — would be used to promote inter-faith peace.

But the plan has become a major controversy ahead of midterm Congressional elections on November 2.

More radical opponents accuse the site of amounting to a monument honoring the Islamist terrorists who carried out the September 11 attacks.

Jones had cast himself as having single-handedly resolved the standoff thanks to his threat to desecrate the Quran.

“The imam has agreed to move the mosque. We have agreed to cancel our event on Saturday, and on Saturday I will be flying up there to meet with him.” Later, once the organizers denied any bargain, Jones, expressing disappointment and shock that Musri had perhaps lied to him, resurrected the specter of the Quran-burning if no deal is done.

“We would be forced to rethink our decision, because we canceled it based upon his (Musri’s) word.”

Terry Jones

Terrorism is the American Way

Ter·ror·ism [noun \ˈter-ər-ˌi-zəm\]: the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion.

Domestic Terrorism: According to a memo produced by the FBI’s Terrorist Research and Analytical Center in 1994, domestic terrorism was defined as “the unlawful use of force or violence, committed by a group(s) of two or more individuals, against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”

This country was founded on terrorism long before the union we know as the United States began. Although I’d like to list the details of each notable terrorist act that occurred right here on American soil by Americans to Americans, according to the FBI’s there are more than we can count on both our fingers and toes (not including Slavery and the systematic extermination of Native Americans).

I’m fired up about that this so called Minister (Terry Jones, pastor of Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida) hasn’t already been arrested along with his congregates. It’s obvious that this minister has no regard for humanity outside of his own affiliates considering he is willing to risk the lives of our troops abroad, as well as American citizens nation wide. Moreover, the “Qur’an Burning” protest compromises our overall efforts in Afghanistan (per Gen. David Petraeus, the US and NATO commander in Afghanistan). If we don’t recognize that Pastor Terry Jones is threatening this country with terror, we may as well pull out of Iraq, Afghanistan and every other country we inhabit in the name peace and anti-terrorism so we can focus on the terrorist at home.

Terry Jones’ Dove World Outreach Center’s website actually list fifteen reasons to burn the Qur’an (http://www.doveworld.org/blog/ten-reasons-to-burn-a-koran and http://www.doveworld.org/blog/5-more-reasons-to-burn-the-koran). Some of these reasons include “Shock the world into focus” and “Force the world into action.” This is clearly coercion by means of intimidation and perhaps force.

Even though Pastor “Fire Marshal Bill” can’t spell Qur’an (spelled Koran on the church’s website), he acknowledges that the church’s actions under his leadership may insight violence by stating that the church is not responsible for the actions taken by other’s outside of the church.

This is a publicity stunt!

Yesterday Pastor Jones said he and his church are still praying for guidance (on whether to go through with the [Qur'an] burning). Either way, if you were trying to hold a quiet protest, why call the press? Why involve the media at all?

Pastor “Fire Marshal Bill” also claims that this is in commemoration of 9/11. Which leads me to wonder how long has this so called commemoration been a tradition of Dove World Outreach Center? Did they hold a similar commemoration in 2002 or 2003? Or is this in retaliation and protest against the building of the Masjid in Manhattan, NY?

Regardless of our constitutional rights (listed in the First Amendment), it is our responsibility to prevent terrorist attacks and strengthen international alliances to defeat global terrorism.

Can someone please arrest this fool so we can go back to focusing on more relative concerns.

What do you think?
