Jung Yong Hwa + Park Shin Hye couple is only #3??! argh..lameeeee

Netizens have chosen Jang Geun Seok and Park Shin Hye, cast of recent drama ‘You’re Beautiful’ as the drama couples they want to see date in real life.

According to a staff of community site DCInside recently, a survey was done from 17th till 24th November asking netizens to choose the drama couples they wish to see date each other in real life. And 5,579 netizens participated in the poll.

The results showed Jang Geun Suk-Park Shin Hye at #1, and at #3 is another couple from drama ‘You’re Beautiful’ which is Jung Young Hwa-Park Shin Hye.

At #2 is Lee MinJung-Jung KyungHo of SBS drama ‘Smile, You’.

And I still love Shin Woo Kinda sad it’s over though; nothing to get addicted to, nothing to do when there’s nothing to do (lol), (haha I just realised the HCHorns thing on my handphone reads HC HORNS once again. My brother keeps separating HC and HORNS and I keep joining it back again and somehow they’d separate when I’m not looking lol.), no more Shin Woo to watch heh. I wonder if I’ll start on another drama soon. S:

Actually it may just be a habit to love Shin Woo the most, because the other two are really nice too. Tae Kyung changed a lot because of her, and I like Jeremy esp. when he was on the bus in one of the later episodes (14 I think? Or 13.). And of course I like the way Shin Woo observes and notices lots of stuff but keeps quiet about it, until he needs to say/do something about it.

Okay whatever, I should sleep soon

Just halfway through this drama (and I’m speeding through it, wahehe). A lot of friends recommended it, but I was unaware. And after much pursuing I finally gave in.

It’s so awesome!

It’s funny and cool because it relates the story of a girl pretending to be a guy in an idol group. Hana Kimi much? But it’s also got a bit of Boys over Flowers because the lead’s ala Goo Jun Pyo with his smugness and arrogance, and then we see Jihoo-sunbae in Shin Woo-hyung: The ethereal Third Guy who loves and gives everything, purely and with all his heart, but will never get the Girl. (Because the Girl always prefers jerks, hehe)

I cried during the Seoul scene.. when he was following Mi Nam around and giving her directions and doing her favors.. and just when he was about to reveal himself..

And then there’s Jeremy. LOL. Played by FT Island vocalist Lee Hongki. OMG He is so cute~ And talented, such a great actor. He gives this drama color and warmth. He’s like Nakatsu all over again.

I guess we like this drama for all the beautiful people. Also, it’s about the life of idols, and we all love Korea for them, right? Frack, I miss love. I miss getting giddy!

Haaay, Go Mi Nam. I also wish it’s as easy as just drinking lots of water. But love is one electricity whose shock is a little difficult to flush out of your system.

You’re Beautiful has ended! Part of me feels happy that it’s come to an end and of course other part of me feels sad. I am . What am I going to do next Thursday and Friday??  Anyway, YB has ended beautifully. Though I wish they show Tae Kyung and Mi Nam getting married or so, the ending scene is enough to make me smile and cry at the same time. This drama really pulls me in huh?

Mi-nyeo: “I will never, ever let go of the star I have finally grabbed!”
Tae-kyung: “Yeah, don’t ever let go. I’ll only shine in front of you.”

Haihhh. Apesal cheesy romantic sangat nih? Tsk. They finally got together! Even Shin Woo and Jeremy supported Tae Kyung. I love the part when Tae Kyung was in search of Mi Nam and use his special song to do so. Right after Tae Kyung finished singing, he found Mi Nam among the fans so he went down from the stage and hug her in front of  A.N.Jell fans. If I were to be A.N.Jell fans there, I’d be furious. Lol.

Tae-kyung: “I’m going to keep telling you, so listen good every day. I love you.”

In actual, they held a concert for the fans after filming that part. Those korean fans are the luckiest. I don’t think there will ever be any other A.N.Jell concert in the future. -_-

I’m so gonna miss You’re Beautiful. This drama is freaking best okay! To those who’s still wondering about this drama, quit thinking, just watch it already! Hahaha. My unnie that watch this drama too posted this up at the fan page; ki-yo-wo~~

Ouh I baru sampai dari kampung sebenarnya. Going back this time was a bit hectic than usual because we host a Khatam Al-Quran and Aiman nak khatan ceremony. Even so, it was fun! Tak tahu kenapa. Even though I had to clean the table the whole day semua kan, it was really fun. And of course fun jugak sebab ada budak temuk my cute little cuzzy, Ammar. He’s 5 now. Nanti dah darjah 1 nanti tak boleh main cubit2 pipi2 kacau2 da sebab dah besar sikit kan so tak cool la kena cium kepala ngan aunty big cousin kan. Lol. Ina pun dah matured, surprisingly. Kitorang dah start discuss pasal drama2 la, lagu2 la, artist2 semua and of course she knows more than I do. Hahah. Teenagers biasa la. Quite enjoyed those conversation la. And because of that jugak I dah start tengok Taiwan drama balik; Momo Love and Hot Shot. Habis la. Hahaha.

And erm hai Maksu *waving*. Hahaha. Rope2nya Maksu is one of my stalker. Maksu tahu I pergi Perak, Penang semua la. Even Abah pun didn’t read my blog. Hahaha. Oh to Noni, kesian tak dapat ikot. Wekk. :p

You’re Beautiful has ended! Well, I think 16 episodes is a good number to end with, any more would be too draggy. I think Hwang Tae Kyung has some of the sweetest lines ever – you can read drama recaps on dramabeans. The ending was nice and sweet, but for me it definitely wasn’t epic. I really like the OST though.

Iris is one drama that is interesting to watch, but not interesting enough to have fangirl moments. Nonetheless, I think that the drama is unfolding pretty well and I’m on it to see what eventually happens, especially between Lee Byung Hun and Jung Joon Ho.

Now that You’re Beautiful has ended, I’m looking for new shows to watch. I’ll probably continue following You’re Beautiful’s timeslot – Hero. Maybe I’ll watch Shining Inheritance since it has received very good reviews.

في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر، ذكر بأن فريق عمل دراما “You’re Beautiful” سيتوجه إلى اليابان. وبالفعل تواجد أبطال الدراما في “أوكيناوا” حيث قاموا بالعديد من النشاطات.

قاموا بعمل جلسة توقيع للمعجبين. كما طلبوا أيضاً من 300 من المعجبين المشاركة في التصوير لمشهد جلسة توقيع في الدراما.

Dia menambahkan 9 foto selca terbarunya setelah syuting You’re Beautiful selesai. Nih anak tambah cakep dan imut, sering-sering aja dapet peran yang seusia dengan usianya sekarang daripada stuck berperan sebagai cewek yang umurnya lebih tua 2-5 tahun dari usianya itu.

There hasn’t been a single good Kdrama this year.

Yes, that includes BBF. IT SUCKED, K? IJAF.

But with all the idol drama going on recently, what better than a drama about idols?

You’re Beautiful is an absolute gem of a series – a spectacular combination of the gender-bender hilarity of Hana Kimi and Coffee Prince, and a foursome of gorgeous boys from Boys Before Flowers. It’s formulaic, but manages to be it’s own thing. Props to the Hong sisters for that.

So, a list of the ten  highlights of this series – hopefully me and my friend passionfruitluver will be able to convince you to watch this series! It’s a collaboration, yo~

I’m passionfruitluver, aikorin’s close personal Kpop/Kdrama/Jdrama- loving friend. I share my love of all things Korean with aikorin and vice versa.

You could say I’m the one who started aikorin on her current You’re Beautiful fangirlingness (not really a word, but who cares ). I’ve been telling her to watch it for days , but not really one to be a fan of Korean dramas, it took a little time for aikorin to actually start. A day later, she told me she had finished almost ALL of the episodes that were currently subbed (O.O). The next day she had already caught up with me; in fact, she was one episode AHEAD of me (Which is really scary, considering that we’re students. When does she find the time to do her homework after watching 6+ hours of a drama?!?!).

Anyway, I think that proves just how amazing You’re Beautiful is. You will just love it THAT much.

10) UEE’s bitchy acting.

UEE, who plays Yoo He Yi, supposedly has zero charisma on stage (in my opinion) - but she is seriously one great actress. She plays the token bitch to perfection but adds her own flair; for example, how she pretends to cry, but when Tae Kyung tells her to stop pretending, she adjusts her bangs instead. I love her. Not that I’m going to become an After School fan or anything.

9) Shin Woo playing the guitar.

SHIN WOO OPPA IS SO SWEET. AND HE ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO PLAY. LOOK AT HIS FINGERS. AND HIS VOICE. IT’S SO NICE.

(Okay, truthfully aikorin and I aren’t true fans of Shin Woo …. BUT, I like to watch dramas with the discussion on in Viikii, and most of the fangirling going on was for Shin Woo. It depends on your preference, but Shin Woo is just too perfect for me. Although, I will admit he is hot So maybe he wasn’t the biggest highlight for us, but he may be for you!)

8 ) The fantasy/parody scenes are made of pure win.

seriously. god. so so so so much love i can’t even. *flails and beats things inarticulately*

My favorite fantasy/parody scene is probably the one with Go Mi Nam and the taser. While leaning over Tae Kyung and watching him sleep (I know, a liiiittlle bit creeperly- but it’s a drama, no less) Go Mi Nam crosses herself in the true fashion of a nun-in-training.

The twist to this is that she was holding a taser given to her by Manager Ma to protect herself in a house full of boys. This (of course) results in Go Mi Nam tasing herself…… and she ends up falling on top of Tae Kyung (she remains that way for the rest of the night). In the morning, Manager Ma comes to check up on Go Mi Nam and sees… well, THAT.

Of course, he totally takes it the wrong way. His first fantasy is that Go Mi Nam comes on to Tae Kyung, but he realizes that the likelihood of Go Mi Nam doing that is not very high. His second fantasy is that Tae Kyung comes on to Go Mi Nam, but he then realizes that it would be pretty unlikely that any of this would actually happen.

Now keep in mind, during the entirety of these scenes, the actors are as cheesy, over dramatic, and unrealistic as possible, plus they have voice-overs. You can’t possibly stop from laughing; more than once I’ve thought about how they must have TONS of fun filming those scenes.

But don’t forget the yaoi fanfiction scene! Oops, I mean the pen-pikshun scene XD.

7) Park Shin Hye as the real Go Mi Nam (ep 15) is hot.

6) Pig Rabbits.

The idea of a pig rabbit stems from Tae Kyungs CUTE nickname for Go Mi Nam, Tae Kyung’s fear of rabbits, and Go Mi Nam’s pig nose (She squishes her nose into a pig nose whenever she has feelings for Tae Kyung. Being highly gullible, she believed Manager Ma when he told her that squishing the ‘pressure point’ in her nose would make her feelings go away).

5) Jang Geun Suk and his amazing man-cleavage shirts.

His character’s fashion sense is just ASTOUNDING. Really, where can you find a straight guy who wears such goth/man-cleavage-baring clothing? I couldn’t stop laughing the first time I saw him wear one of his super v-neck shirts. I also adored his gray sweater outfit when they go shopping. Personally, I think he looks like a hershey’s kiss

4) Jang Geun Suk and his amazing pouts.

His smirks and facial expressions during the drama are just KILLER. I swear I’ve died laughing more than I knew possible just because of his face.

I loove his pouts – he was apparently trying to imitate Meryl Streep in her role in The Devil Wears Prada.

He’s also one of the first male actors who cries REALISTICALLY. He’s really, really good.

3) Jang Geun Suk just generally being amazing. And beautiful.

Pictures are worth thousands of words.

Videos are worth millions.

Plus, he was even hospitalized today from over-exhaustion.

2) The OST.

The music in this drama is just epic. The actual songs that the actors sing are really good, but the instrumental stuff that they play to show significant moments is just ;ADSHGJDFSH;ADSHADFLGJ. The drama wouldn’t be as compelling as it is without the soundtrack.

My favorite song is Jang Geun Suk’s Without Words – his voice is just aaammmmaaaazzzzziiiinnngggg. I also like Lee Hong Ki’s Promise – needless to say, I’m now a huge F.T Island fan.

1) Lee Hong Ki as Jeremy.

Twitter has sort of become my fangirling outlet lately. Most of said fangirling has to do with Lee Hong Ki being, for the moment, the cutest guy in existence.

And his hair… kekekekeke <3

Even though he’s an idol, (the main singer of F.T. Island, to be exact) he started off as an actor. He really CAN act: for example, the heartbreaking bus scene in episode 14 where Hong-ki cries while singing. Crying sincerely is already hard enough, but the way he sings his song is just AMAZING. You can fake cry, but cry-singing isn’t something you can’t do with out actually going there. And yes indeed, Lee Hong-ki goes there.

But he’s wasted on Go Mi Nam. COME HERE JEREMY BB LET NOONA GIVE YOU LOTS AND LOTS OF HUGS. AND CANDY. I’LL GIVE YOU CANDY TOO <3

XD You’re not Jeremy’s noona, aikorin. Heck, I’m not even Jeremy’s noona, and I’m older than you. Tsk Tsk

Technicalities!

Ahem.

Aside from his mad acting skills (at least for an idol, and there have been some really bad idol actors *cringe*), Hong-ki is absolutely adorable. Living up to the typical blonde stereotype, his character, Jeremy, isn’t the brightest boy, but is definitely the cutest one. While discussing previous episodes with aikorin, we couldn’t help but to agree that most scenes involving Jeremy are just KYAHHHHHHHHHHH. There, fangirling over (but not really ) But really, this boy is our (or at least my) MAIN highlight.

The  point is, we’d be lying if we said that Jeremy wasn’t a huge factor in our You’re Beautiful fandom. Along with those 9 other reasons.

Even if you found this post incoherent, just know that this is a drama you can’t miss out on.

You’re Beautiful(YB) has ended with Episode 16. I love the scene that you can see from 04:50. The Scene that Taekyung beg her to let him see her, was touching. This drama, You’re Beautiful, has no social problems or issues. However this drama could be succeeded thanks to Girls’ minds. Anyone could be loved with YB’s boys, Taekyung, Shinwoo or Jeremy!

Just watch EP 15 and final ep 16. awwwww, end too fast.  it a nice and funny drama. those ppl who haven watch this, MUST WATCH !!!!

Anyway. BEHIND THE SCENES! This one is of the bed scene between Tae Kyung and Mi Nam; where Mi Nam electrocutes herself XD.

Part 1 – It’s so cute how Yong Hwa is PSH’s rehearsal actor ♥. I need to see more BTS of him! Anyway. PSH is such a playful actress ^^. She looks pretty close with JSG jealoussss. Hehe, I love how the staff are all so startled with the stun gun; the director is scared of it, yet he expects PSH to use it? .___.

Part 2 – THE TWO OF THEM ARE TOO CUTE TOGETHER. As;ldkfjas;ldkfj see how they’re teasing and playing around with each other! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I love how PSH is a little shy with the ‘intimate’ scenes XDD. And then fooling around with JSG ♥♥♥♥! His reaction is awesome when she ‘threatens’ him with the stun gun XD. Omg, hearing PSH call JGS ‘oppa’ made me feel all tingly. THESE TWO WERE MADE FOR EACH OTHER *O*. Ahhhh, these BTS are pure love .

T-minus 4 days

This heat makes me feel drowsy and tired. I just want to crawl into bed and sleep, but it’s too hot upstairs. Gosh, I really can’t imagine life without air conditioning.

Studying has just been a pain in the bum the whole day. On the one hand, I really, really can’t be bothered (the heat doesn’t help -___-). On the other hand, I don’t exactly want to fail my exam. Is it possible though? Considering the whole exam consists of multiple choice questions; well, the answer’s just got to be there, right? It’s just a matter of knowing which letter to colour in.

Bleh. The heat makes my brain want to stop working.

Jang Geun-Seok had told his feelings as the drama You’re Beautiful (a.k.a. You’re Handsome) had ended.

Jang Geun-Suk said, “I was happy living as “Hwang Tae-Kyung” so I will have hard time letting go of character “Hwang Tae-Kyung”. In most of my previous dramas, my roles were always someone who was older than I am or someone very conservative. However, in You’re Beautiful, I was able to play a character in my age and was able to reveal 23-years-old Jang Geun-Suk’s beautiful, out-going, and cute expressions. Similar to perfectionist Hwang Tae-Kyung, I also cannot do anything with half-effort. It is not that I want to hear “you’re the best” comments from people. If I am not satisfied with myself then I do not think I can show the truth to audience. Regardless of making it or not making, I tend to try my best until I satisfy.”

Jang Geun-Suk continued, “Now that the drama is over, I feel that I should’ve done better. However, I put all my energy into it and tried my best so I have no regrets even though there are some parts that I could’ve done better. While I was filming You’re Beautiful, I felt I was really being loved. I would like to thank all of you who had supported the drama and me.
