Ich besitze ja bekannterweise(?) keinen Fernseher, aber einen nett schnellen Breitband-Internetzugang über (Achtung: Schleichwerbung!) das Fernsehkabel.

Da man sich aber ab und an ein wenig informieren will, gucke ich zeitweise TV über (Achtung: wieder Schleichwerbung!) Zattoo (über das ich mich an anderer Stelle noch gehörig werde aufregen müssen …).

Beim Gucken der Tagesschau ist mir gerade aufgefallen, daß Zattoo 13 Sekunden hinterherhinkt (verständlich, bei der verwendeten Technologie).

Heute sind wir mächtig am Bloggen – aber die Luft zittert ja gerade zu in der Schweiz. Auch wenn das Spiel Schweiz – Griechenland ausverkauft ist – logischer Weise: euch bleibt noch die Live Übertragung 20:30 an diesem Samstag ab 20:00 auf SF2 oder in HD-Qualität ab 20:25 auf HD-Suisse.

Für alle anderen Interessierten ohne Schweizer Fernsehprogramme empfehlen wir Online TV auf zattoo oder wilmaa.

Wer unbedingt live in’s Stadion will, kann es ja noch bei setwave mit Tickets für das Spiel probieren.

El éxito de las redes sociales no deja lugar a dudas sobre la permanencia de un modelo que muchos cuestionaban hace unos pocos meses. Sin embargo, aún está pendiente la concreción de sus fuentes de ingreso que, aunque parece tendrán a la publicidad como principal protagonista, necesitará de esquemas de pago para ser sostenibles a largo plazo.  Y aunque la larga lista de fracasos en el intento de crear monedas virtuales (encabezado por Beenz y Flooz) no anima a volver a intentarlo, los más de 200 millones de usuarios de Facebook parecen pilar suficiente para no cejar en el intento.

Queda claro que la publicidad no basta por sí sola, en la mayoría de los casos,  para crear un modelo de negocio sostenible, máxime cuando sus máximos valedores reconocen que pierden dinero en uno de sus buques insignia.  Si Youtube no es capaz de valerse de un estricto modelo de “eyeballs”, qué decir de los más pequeños….La long tail existe, es una realidad que permite desafiar las leyes de Pareto, pero, al final, necesita mayoritariamente un modelo de comercio electrónico para lograr la rentabilidad,  de manera individual o complementaria a los ingresos por publicidad. Otros insignes pioneros, como Zattoo.com, ya lanzaron su modelo de pago en paralelo a su estrategia publicitaria.

La ley de Zipf es una perfecta explicación del crash.com: pretender que millones de web vivieran de la publicidad era como aspirar a que hubiera suficientes anunciantes para que millones de canales de televisión pudieran seguir siendo gratuitos. El modelo de televisión basado en publicidad tenía sentido cuando la tarta se la repartían cinco; está por ver qué sucederá con la rentabilidad de la TDT cuando hablamos ya de decenas de canales, que no hacen más que achicar la tarta para los anunciantes.

De ahí que Facebook vuelva a intentarlo, incluso con la propia experiencia aportada por personal de Google Checkout, aun a sabiendas del “embolao” que supone lidiar con las preferencias de pago  de su base de datos de usuarios en 200 países, con la problemática derivada de la gestión de fraude, conversión de moneda, adquirencia de usuarios, servicio al cliente, gestión de disputas y reclamaciones, y demás áreas de conocimiento inherentes a un sistema de pago en Internet. No será empresa fácil, deberá tener carácter estratégico y ser una apuesta firme del equipo directivo, si no quiere diluirse en otras mil iniciativas y seguir el mismo camino que Google Checkout.

Pero el mercado se anima con la entrada de nuevos jugadores que atacan sectores donde la banca tradicional ni ha estado ni quiere estar presente: los pagos entre personas presentan múltiples oportunidades, siempre y cuando respeten los dos requisitos mínimos para el éxito de un medio de pago: seguridad y facilidad de uso.

Un ejemplo lo aporta el lanzamiento de TwitPay,  basad0 en la nueva estrategia de plataforma de PayPal (al más puro estilo Amazon Web Services), que abre una ventana a su  “core” para que cualquier empresa, desarrollador, blogger, etc pueda desarrollar su aplicación de pago online/móvil.  Interesante iniciativa y primer test real para comprobar el grado de viralidad de Twitter.

Have you ever wanted to watch television straight from your computer, but can’t because: a) you don’t want to buy a TV tuner, b) you can’t because you have a notebook, c) you can’t because you have a Mac? Here’s your solution: I stumbled across a nifty little program the other day which just might fix this!

Zattoo is a free cross platform (Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) application which utilises your internet connection to access over 40 Freeview television channels (the top ones in high quality) straight from any computer for free. It’s fully legal (so they say) and you don’t need any special features or a super fast broadband connection to access the TV.

The quality is average on the standard setting but when you move up to the high quality, which is available on the main few channels, it’s actually pretty good. The service is only available so far in some European countries – UK, France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland – probably due to licensing rights. All that is required to start is to sign up on their website and login to the player.

The software itself works well – you can tell from the UI that it has been designed with Macs in mind. It is a clean layout with a pop-out channel chooser. There is also a TV guide but, strangely, this only seems to work with the BBC channels. The one fault I would give the service is that every time you load the program/change the channel there is a 30 second advert. This is probably necessary to fund the project, however.

As for the interface, this is also good, with an easy to use toolbar and the ability to resize the window or go full screen. One downside (not really a bug, just a feature that doesn’t exist) is that there is currently no ability to record or pause live programs. However, the team say they are working on this for a future release. This would be a great addition to the service and, along with fewer ads, is the only thing I would like to see in a new version.

Overall, if you are looking for a way to watch some TV on your computer without installing a tuner card, Zattoo might just be for you. Give it a try – it’s free! – and see what you think. In my opinion, this is a great unique piece of software and I have been using it more and more since I got it.

Last week when I opened my Zattoo player, I got a popup saying a new version is available for download. To my surprise,this is what I saw when I went to upgrade my existing zattoo player.

Zattoo player for Linux no more? And what kind of browser based viewer are they experimenting on? Or is it one of those innumerable companies who are choosing to ignore Linux, even when the search engine giant google is on the verge of releasing google chrome for linux? Why couldnt they keep the player until they had finalized the browser version?

Leaves a lot of questions unanswered!

PS: The existing Zattoo players will still work though.

The Internet TV-platform Zattoo is having serious problems with securing copyrights for its online transmission. Although the company had signed one year transmission contracts with the German public service broadcastes, it was recently  forced to cancel the online transmission of popular movies, like “Psycho” or “Frenzy”. This happened after Hollywood Majors (Warner Bros and Universal) managed to sue out a restraining order, prohibiting the transmission of their products online.

What makes the situation interesting is the fact that the content providers ( in this case ARD and ZDF) had already purchased the copyrights, which allow the transmission of the movies on the territory of Germany. It is apparently not clear if these transmission rights include internet distribution as well. And in Zattoo’s situation this didnt’t seem to be the case.

The company was  founded in Zürich in 2006 and transmits TV Content online since then. Untill now it has been covering 8 European states and there are more to come. Zattoo’s business model based on negotiating online transmission with the leading broadcasters in the country, thus expanding their reach among the young internet users. The recent development shows that soon this might not be enough, with  the original content producers (like Warner and Universal) becoming pretty accurate on the way their contents are distributed.

In dieser Folge zeige ich euch wie man mit Zattoo nur über das Internet fernsehen kann und das ganz kostenlos!!!

Online television has only become a viable possibility in recent years; with increasing broadband speeds and advances in multimedia downloading and streaming, consumers have been able to benefit from a wealth of online entertainment. A lot of online possibilities have popped up on the ‘Net which allow you to view TV shows and other entertainment sources.. However, Zattoo is slightly different in that it allows you to watch a variety of channels live in fairly high quality.

Zattoo streams TV from a wide range of channels over the Internet in near real-time.

I must admit that the first time I tried this software I was excited but quite unimpressed: the video was choppy and kept breaking up. It was so poor that I usually gave up with it and turned on my television, putting up with abysmal picture quality. I only started using Zattoo again when I wanted to ardently work away on my masses of work on my laptop whilst enjoying a rather smashing film on my desktop’s monitor, which happens to be merrily placed behind and to the left of my laptop’s home. Upon loading up Zattoo, I was startled to find an update. After recovering from this profound startlement, I applied it, noting that one of the issues which it claimed to fix was the choppiness of the video. It seems that it did. I can’t say that it’s perfect – there’s still a bit of occasional choppiness, but it occurs much less often than previously and to a less extreme extent. I had also been ailed by occasions where the software would stop receiving video for a little while; I’d be stuck watching the same frozen picture whilst the sound continued on, this is much rarer now, too.

Anyway, the program itself is really quite dandy: it allows you to watch a variety of TV channels live (well, only a very slight delay, which can be expected from streaming like this. I’ve currently got over 40 channels to choose from, 5 of which are offered in high quality – picture streams with better images than the other channels. That’s not to say that the other channels have poor picture – they’re actually quite good. Unfortunately there’s currently no way to pause or rewind TV, and I don’t see this feature coming any time soon due to the licensing issues I would expect they’d have to tackle to add these features.

Overall, a great bit of software. I’m hoping they’ll iron out the final few picture quality issues in this useful and entertaining application. I should also be remembered that it’s still in beta, so here’s hoping that the final release will be even better. The software is, of course, completely legal – it’s supported by revenue from adverts. You’ll see these whilst waiting for a channel to load and above the list of stations, but they’re not distracting and shouldn’t sour you on this good bit of kit. Parece ser que Zattoo ha decidido dar un giro a su modelo de negocio, y ahora además del cliente de escritorio ha decidido apostar por la WebTV.

De momento la WebTV parece ser que solo esta disponible en Suiza.

Ahora solo queda esperar a que incluyan a España.

Sirva este post de presentación y como inicio de una serie de ellos en los que recomendaré utilidades para completar el software de nuestros PC’s.

En esta ocasión las recomendaciones son dos:

• Spotify, que vendría a ser el Zattoo de los mp3. Si con Zatoo puede ver la televisión online, con Spotify puedes escuchar música, crear listas de reproducción y compartirlas, y alguna cosa más (échale un ojo a la lista de complementos: SpotifyList, SpotifyFriends, SpecifySpot, YourSpotify, SpotyShare).
• File Hippo Update Checker. Imprescindible para aquellos que nos preocupamos por tener el software del PC actualizado, esta herramienta analiza todas las aplicaciones que tenemos instaladas, y nos dice si existen acualizaciones disponibles, incluso avisa de betas que puedan existir.

Im Büro mussten Journalisten bisher Zattoo immer heimlich am IT-Support vorbei installieren. Wilmaa bietet nun den gleichen besseren Service im Browserfenster, in überlegener Qualität (ca. Zattoo OSX HD Qualität) und mit weniger Zeitverzögerung (-6s.). Dafür mit etwas weniger Sendern. (via)

Wer mal grad kein TV zur Hand, aber trotzdem den schwachsinn anschauen möchte (das ist natürlich nur meine absolut persönliche Meinung) dem empfehle ich zattoo.com. Das ist eine kleine Software, mit der man das live – Programm einiger Sender (glaube nicht private Sender) streamen kann. (Mann kann die Zeit aber auch besser nutzen und sich hier diesen Blog weiter anschauen )

Hoy me saco de la manga (o del teclado), una entrada recopilatoria. Me hace gracia repasar los temas que más se han comentado en el blog. Es una buena forma de recordad cosas que seguro que habíamos olvidado y nos sirve de termómetro para ver qué ha dado de sí este 2008. Como el año pasado, hacemos un repaso mensual.

• Enero: Por goleada indiscutible, Tú sí que vales, una entrada que estuvo recibiendo comentarios sin parar. Incluso tuve que editar algunos porque ponían al jurado a caer de un burro. Sirvieron de desahogo a mucha gente, desde luego. Sin tetas no hay paraíso también tuvo sus momentos, cuando sorprendió a propios y extraños colocándose como quien no quiere la cosa como el programa más visto de su franja. 2008 será el año que terminó con La cancelación de Aquí hay tomate uno de los programas más polémicos de los últimos tiempos. Muchos pensaban entonces que aquello iba a significar el final del corazón en televisión, pero no ha habido manera. Después del Tomate han venido otros tomatazos varios. Nunca sabremos si Vasile se arrepintió de tomar aquella decisión.

• Febrero: Otra goleada y una de las entradas más activas del año fue Mofándose de Miguel Ángel Silvestre, una entrada que escribí a raiz de una entrevista que le hicieron al Duque en El País. Lo que tiene este hombre son fans, y lo demás son tonterías. Qué pasión.
• Marzo: Destacaron sobre todo dos temas, la compra de Caiga quien caiga por La Sexta y el anuncio de Telecinco contra la piratería. Hay que ver, los de Caiga quien caiga acaban de despedirse de La Sexta, con lo felices que pensábamos que íbamos a ser, y Telecinco ha culminado un año de vergüenza con sus polémicas con otras cadenas. Pero sobretodo hablamos de Rodolfo Chikilicuatre, que terminó yendo a Eurovisión.

• Abril: El mes de Las gafas de Angelino. Un desastre que terminó en cancelación acelerada. Carmen Alcayde le ha cogido el puso a esto de las despedidas. No había nada que hacer con aquel programa, nada que hacer, y en Telecinco se dieron cuenta enseguida. En la parte positiva, las parodias que les hicieron en Sé lo que hicisteis…,.
• Mayo: Sin lugar a dudas es el mes de El juego de tu vida (otra de las entradas más activas del año). Hasta recibí un requerimiento oficial, policía judicial mediante, para borrar un comentario de esta entrada porque desprestigiaba a una empresa de polígrafos (es verdad, verdadera). Además trajeron cola la cancelación de El síndrome de Ulises, la participación de Chikilicuatre en Eurovisión y mi crítica de La Tira. En esta entrada había un comentario airado al que le seguí la IP y, casualidades de la vida, esa IP era propiedad del Grupo Árbol, el mismo que hace la serie.

• Junio: Pilar Rubio y sus redactores empezaron a asomar la cabeza, llegó Rober Bodegas a Sé lo que hicisteis…, hablamos mucho de las retransmisiones deportivas de Cuatro y también tuvo su hueco el despido del profesor de zen de OT. Un mes variado a más no poder, pese a ser el primero del verano.

• Julio: El final de Los Serrano, que nos dejó a todos boquiabiertos con ese homenaje a Calderón de la Barca, por aquello de “La vida es sueño”. Para mí, uno de los despropósitos del año. Y en segundo lugar, la espantada de Risto Mejide en Operación Triunfo. Pasado el temporal, parece que le han dado programa propio en Telecinco. Siempre que hablamos de Telecinco, terminaba siendo para mal.
• Agosto: Se avecinaba un mes tranquilo pero terminó como siendo de lo más animado. El especial de Granjero busca esposa en Cuatro me ha terminado convirtiendo en una de las bloggers elegidas para recibir un pack especial del programa (ya os lo enseñaré cuando llegue). Por desgracia para mí, Impares llegó, se vio y no venció, una lástima. María Teresa Campos llegó a La mirada crítica, tragándose todos los sapos que había soltado de Vasile. Pero sin lugar a dudas fue un mes negro en el que la tragedia de Barajas nos enseñó cómo es la desinformación. Una de las peores lecciones que hemos recibido en mucho tiempo.
• Septiembre: Cómo ver Zattoo gratis y la sentencia a favor de Telecinco y contra La Sexta han sido dos temas muy comentados pero sin lugar a dudas septiembre fue el mes de Pekín Express, uno de los programas revelación de la temporada. En muy poco tiempo se hizo con una horda de incondicionales a los que no les ha gustado demasiado que a mí no me gustase el programa. Qué se le va a hacer. Ya preparan la segunda edición.

• Octubre: Me quedé muy a gusto con la entrada que hice sobre la crisis de ONO y fue la más comentada del mes. Me alegro porque de alguna manera parece que contribuí a visivilizar las estrategias de los grandes en épocas de vacas flacas.También causaron sensación el asunto de la entrevista a Julián Muñoz en Telecinco y una entrada en la que repasé las cancelaciones del año, que vaya colección.
• Noviembre: Empatados en comentarios tres temas tan distintos como la campaña de ver o no la entrevista a Muñoz, el anuncio del estreno de La batalla de los coros (concursantes airados me ponen a caer de un burro), y el anuncio de Gas Natural, que gusta a casi todo el mundo menos a mí.
• Diciembre: Mes en el que han predominado las historias extrañas. Gustó mucho la entrada sobre series raras, la marcha de Efrén a Antena 3 causo conmoción y la broma del Follonero con la Lotería también fue sonada a más no poder.

Un año fantástico. Muchas gracias por estar ahí. Me lo paso muy bien charlando de tele con vosotros, ché. Espero que en el 2009 podamos reirnos más y quejarnos menos de la tele.

Después de que a Zattoo se le ocurriera la idea de hacer pasar por caja a los usuarios españoles, este programa ha perdido muchos de los usuarios que tenía (a fin de cuentas España era el país con mayor número de usuarios). Hoy me acabo de enterar de que existe una nueva alternativa a Zattoo, llamada Wilmaa (Web-TV no necesitas instalar ningún software). De momento la oferta consta de 22 canales, y de momento la oferta solo esta disponible para Suiza (supongo que será por eso que cuando intenté abrir la página, me apareció una página inacabada).

Por lo que me cuentan algunos amigos que tengo en Suiza la calidad es mejor que la de Zattoo, y como este muestra publicidad cuando cambiamos de canal.

Ahora solo nos queda esperar a que esté disponible en España.

Some of the consistently most popular posts on this blog are the ones I started out with, about how I built an HTPC/Multimedia center PC for use with Linux. Those posts started out the blog, but then ended abruptly after the post on how to install Ubuntu. They stopped because I never became satisfied with the multimedia software configuration.

Configuring multimedia software on Ubuntu is complicated. There are many steps involved. You need to configure the software, you need to configure the remote control, you need to configure the remote control with the software, you might need to configure the TV card if you have one, and you need to fiddle around with all these settings until things work smoothly. It’s a lot of work.

But first you need to choose with media center to use. And here is my experience after testing many of them, often for quite long times.

MythTV

As I wanted to be able to watch TV with mt TV Card, I started out with the most popular media center that supports TV cards, MythTV. It’s full featured and immensely configurable. But it is also very hard to configure, and I never got it to work very well. It kept crashing, and the sound was never in sync with the video when watching TV. This was because I could never get MythTV to pick the sound from the TV card, but instead it picked the sound from the analog AUX in. And since MythTV doesn’t just connect to the card, instead it starts up a server which then transmits the video via the network to the client, even though they are the same machine, the video always arrived after the sound.

Well, I say always. At one point I reinstalled Ubuntu for reasons now lost to history. And after that reinstallation MythTV *did* pick the sound from the card. För a while at least. Then I needed to reinstall it, and I never got it back. This, the crashes, the complexity of configuring, the idea that it absolutely wants to install a TV schedule, which I have no ise for (I choose channels with the TV decoder, not the TV card, so the software can’t choose channels anyway) finally made me give up. MythTV is an over complex, unstable, unconfigurable heap of junk, IMO. Avoid.

Freevo

After finally giving up on MythTV I started looking around for other media centers. Several showed promise, but lacked TV support. I was especially impressed with Elisa, but not only didn’t it support TV, it was clearly at this point (early this year) not ready to be used. The only one that seemed to be ready and supported TV was Freevo. And compared to MythTV it was a joy in the beginning. It was stable, it had the features I needed, I could easily reconfigure it to not have any stupid TV-channels but just open the TV software, configuring was easy, and best of all it was written in Python.

But after a while the romance faded. The main problem is that Freevo is really just a menu system. All the other software is controlled via plugins that start software like mplayer for video, and tvtime for TV. Tvtime I already had reverted to using instead of MythTV, so it seemed ideal.

But since it’s a menu system, each software has it’s own key-bindings. So unless you have a very good memory, you need to set up the remote control. And not only did I have problems in configuring my remote (the default Unix drivers don’t support the navigation pad used instead of arrow buttons, requiring painful patching and recompiling everytime lirc was upgraded) you need to remap the remote control button for each part of MythTV. Video needs it’s mappings, audio another, TV a third, etc, etc.

Also, the DVD software never worked well. The best DVD player on Linux is probably VLC, but there are no VLC plugins for Freevo. It meant I used Freevo to play music and video files, but I kept opening VLC to play DVDs. And I never got around to really make sure the remote actually worked, making Freevo pretty complex to use with a large set of keyboard mappings to remember. Nothing my wife was happy with when I was away at a conference. Freevo was OK, but not good enough.

And then two things happened. Firstly, my TV decoder stopped working. I get my cable TV over ADSL, so the decoder actually gets it’s data from the ADSL-modem via Ethernet. But the ADSL-modem is in a different room, which I solved with running my Eithernet connection over the power cables. That worked fine, up until maybe 6 months ago, when some sort of disturbance now means this connection doesn’t work any more. I don’t watch TV much but my wife does from time to time, so this was very annoying. The second thing that happened was Zattoo. With it, you can watch the free TV channels in low quality over the internet. Since all we had was the free channels anyway, this solved the problem. But that meant that no longer was there a requirement for the media center to support TV!

So, when I a month ago got my Boxee alpha tester invite, I started on a new quest for media center software. I installed Boxee, and gave up on that almost immediately. Boxee is an interesting software, basically it’s a media center with social networking, so you can see what other people are watching and they can see what you are watching. And if that isn’t creepy enough to to make you uninstall it, the user interface is also overly swooshily clever, and frankly crap. They think they are clever by having menues as fold outs from the sides, which makes the left button open menus. Aha. Yeah. That’s logical. NOT. And when you start it, it doesn’t start with a menu, but throws you into a overview of what others are watching. Well, maybe I’m just to individualistic, because honestly, I couldn’t give a shit about what other people are watching.

Boxee stayed on my computer for about 20 minutes. It’s idea is interesting, if you are a person who prefer having your taste guided by others, but the UI is still a giant unusable mistake.

Elisa

I had thought Elisa showed great promise earlier, so when I reinstalled it now I wasn’t disappointed. It’s easy to install, it’s easy to use, it’s very pretty, worked well and again, written in Python! It has a program for configuring the remote control, so you configure it by simply pressing the button on the remote that the program asks you to press. Thank you! No more multiple configuration steps and typing in case sensitive key codes in configuration files! But in the end, after a weeks testing, I scrapped it. It’s still not ready, lacks some features and isn’t very configurable. Although you can control it with very few buttons, it turns out you pretty much can NOT control it with more buttons. You more or less do everything with arrow buttons. That means that on the remote control, I need to map volume buttons to up and down so I can control the volume. But that means that if I’m not in the right mode, pressing the volume buttons will actually start navigating. That is the example of the little immature annoyances you’ll have to live with if you want to use it. So, Elisa still shows great promise. But it’s not there yet. But even though it’s open source, it has a commercial company behind it, so it’s quite likely that it will get there in the end.

XBMC

Lastly, I installed XBMC. XBMC’s unwieldy name comes from XBox Media Center, and is originally developed to run on an XBox, but has been ported to Linux. XBMC was also reasonbly easy to install and get running with. Although mapping the remote control meant editing text files again, I otherwise found configuration reasonably easy, and the #XBMC irc channel helpful. And best of all, it actually has the features you need (except TV card support), it’s reasonably easy to use, and since it’s an integrated software, keyboard mappings are consistent so you can remember them. The DVD software seems to work well (I’ve only watched one DVD yet, but that worked at least), it plays my Captain Beyond progrssive rock mp3s without big glitches between songs, it has support to play all the albums of one artist in one go…. yeah, it’s pretty much perfect so far. So, I’m stuck. XBMC seems to be it. Now all I want is for them to integrate a Zattoo client. Great job guys!

El martes, en FICOD 2008, se ofreció una mesa redonda sobre la TDT. Contó con Bernardo Lorenzo Almendros, (SETSI-Director General de Telecomunicaciones) de moderador, Jorge del Corral (UTECA), Eladio Gutiérrez (Impulsa TDT), María Carolina Hoyos (Presidenta de la CNTV de Colombia) y Pedro Pérez (FAPAE).

Surgieron los temas de siempre y con un ritmo totalmente pasivo. Faltó más diálogo, dinamismo. Se desarrolló como esperaba, cada uno defendiendo sus tesis machacantes y criticando. Ahí estaba Jorge del Corral insistiendo sobre el problema de la TDT gratis, el papel desleal de la televisión estatal y el fallo de los modelos de televisión autonómica. Uno, en su lugar, lo entiende.

No obstante, la cosa mejoró con la ronda de preguntas pues hubo dos intervenciones dignas de mención. Una, de un representante de Zattoo (No recuerdo el nombre) y, la segunda, de otro señor (¡tampoco me acordé de su nombre! Maldito sea yo…). Y fue curioso como, ante el primero, Eladio le acusase de ser “el problema” de la situación, debido a ese descaro por distribuir por ordenador los contenidos de otros. A lo que replicó el acusado de que ellos seguían un modelo totalmente legal, pagando los debidos derechos de propiedad intelectual a EGEDA y SGAE, etc. Luego, el segundo en cuestión, no preguntó sino comentó: ¿por qué acusa tanto a la televisión pública de no hacer servicio público cuando las televisiones, según la teoría legal, también han de realizarlo también? Y otra perla como ¿dónde queda la programación o el respeto a los contenidos para niños y disminuidos? Algo que se pedía hace poco.

Una pena que su pregunta estaba fuera de tiempo (es cierto, tenía que intervenir Jacqueline Hernández y había retraso), pues no hubiera estado mal saber que opinaban. Aunque bueno, no creo que sorprendieran mucho.
