<p> Being a sky fox is not easy that&#8217;s why I have to maintain the figure &#8230;.. grrr!💃<br />
I joined a cross fit gym in Florida about a year ago. If you haven&#8217;t tried cross fit, do your body a favor try a class today. After trying a couple I found the perfect one, Cross Fit City Place.😄<br />
Every time I&#8217;m in Florida I give them a visit and get my ass kicked!!</p>
<p>When I am flying all over the country I have to change it up a bit. I use You Tube workouts, zukalight.com and hotel gyms. They are all free.💰</p>
<p>This week I ditched the gym and went on a beautiful hike in California 🗻</p>
<p>I will keep you posted with my progress. Here&#8217;s some inspiration to get your ass in shape! (That means you team coconuts and hummus 😜😝)</p>

<p>Im doing the tone it up challenge and its try something new Thursday, so I tried this workout! Holycrap!! Highly recommended for those looking to have a great workout!!!Laugh at my pic, but youll look like that too! LOL</p>
<p>So meals check in:</p>
<p>M1: 2 x whole wheat Toast with natural PB<br />
M2: Latte, Cottage cheese with crockpot apples (recipe in yesterdays post)<br />
M3: Pasta bake from skinny Ms. (<a href="http://skinnyms.com/cheesy-pizza-pasta-bake/" rel="nofollow">http://skinnyms.com/cheesy-pizza-pasta-bake/</a>) I also added broccoli!<br />
M4: Cliff bar with 10 carrots and a little fruit juice<br />
M5: Sushi (Yummers!)</p>
<p>Okay so I havent made my miles yet for he challenge so I am off to do some elliptical and watch some hard of dixie!</p>

<p><em><strong>Back on Track, Day 7<br />
</strong></em></p>
<p>Yesterday was a rather hectic day. I accidentally slept in through my alarm and had to rush to my internship. I was there for 5 hours, then ran to work and had a 4.5 hour shift. Then when I got home, I really had to tackle some reading for class while still fitting in my work out. Yesterday was definitely a short work out day to say the least.</p>
<p>Last night, I did another one of the ZWOW workouts, I&#8217;ve done this one before and enjoyed it. The workout was a lot of legs between the low jacks and squats, but I enjoyed it. My legs were feeling it during the workout. My energy was not the greatest but I was able to get through over 4 and a half rounds. The burpees are always tough, but an amazing go to work out exercise. Overall a great workout, and like the title says, I&#8217;m glad I got my ten minutes in, much better than doing nothing! I was not the most motivated and was drained from my day, but you never regret a work out. It was a great way to end the day.<br />
I also registered for another race, the Beach Dash 5k! Its a beach themed fun obstacle course 5k. I am going to do it with a few of my classmates from my cohort. I&#8217;m very excited, should be a fun bonding experience.</p>

<p>Yesterday I did the workout ZWOW #13.</p>
<p>My life has been rather hectic with lots of changes, plus an essay due in a few days. Needless to say, the short workout was one of the best I could fit in. This workout was only 16 minutes. It was an interval type of workout where you would go for 20 seconds and then rest for 10.</p>
<p>It was a really great workout though and I enjoyed it. The first exercise was difficult because due to old injuries I have incredibly weak ankles, but it is good to work on strengthening them as well. The bunny hops were pretty tough on my shoulders. I felt great afterwards though and was glad to get something in. Today will  be another short workout day, with my paper due. I will update on that once I am done with it!</p>

<description><![CDATA[Back on Track, Day 3 Today was one of those days where I&#8217;m pretty worn out, and have had a tou]]></description>

<p>Today was one of those days where I&#8217;m pretty worn out, and have had a tough time to get some motivation. I had slept late and was not able to work out in the morning, which I have found is the easiest way to stay consistent. Today I had my internship, work and now that I&#8217;m done with my workout on to homework.</p>
<p>I was able to find a great quick work out online though. These workouts tend to vary from 10-20 minutes and can wear you out if you really put the effort in. I like to mix them up, they&#8217;re a lot of body strength workouts and can be great to mix in with your regular routine. All her work out videos are free online, today I did ZWOW #1, I posted the video with the work out at the bottom of this post.</p>
<p>The workout was three rounds for time, I completed in 12:35. The burpees are killer. I have a love hate relationship with burpees, they work so much and hurt, but they are great. I really enjoyed the work out, they go really quick that you almost sweat more after you&#8217;re done. I have some friends who don&#8217;t agree with the short work outs but those days that it seems impossible to fit a work out in, ten minutes is all it takes!</p>
