Usually every year I write a very sad Thanksgiving email since I have been alone since 1983.  Even that year, I was at the Crisis Center for Battered Wives near Chicago at an old farm house that was converted for poor women and children like me. (it was open to every race, so I didn’t feel special, just like a Communist number.) 

But, this year I have been invited to attend a family dinner.  So there isn’t too much to cry about.  But everything to be grateful and thankful for.  I think that we as Whites have hit bottom and hopefully there is nowhere else to go but up.

Here is a song by ZZ Top.  I’m very thankful for Karaoke, because I never heard of “ZZ Top,” or many other groups and “never” sang before Karaoke, except in Church.

Now you can see why I love White guys. These two guys are so awesome, one can’t help but fall madly in love with them.  I wish White men could feel that way about me, but, I’m older and it doesn’t bother me as much.  I’m not a jealous person and I’m “glad” for all the good that other White women have. 

Here’s “Jesus Just left Chicago,” and now we can take these words and apply them to Whites.  We should and will be helping “poor” Whites down in Mississippi, New Orleans and California. The other races have to fend for themselves.  If they kill us off in a Race War, at least we die helping our own White people. Not only the poor in USA, or Poland, or Eastern Europe, but even the rich or the smartest so that they can compete with other races, (Jews, Yellows, Brown/Reds.)

I especially say “thank you” to those White people from England/Holland that survived the Mayflower, savage Red Raced people, freezing temperatures, starvation, cannibalism, depression, murder, probably suicide, for our White advancement and progress.  My heart is just overwhelmed and bursting with love for them and you.

Thanksgiving and gratitude have always been a big part of my life.  As much as I complain autobiographically now, I “never” complained and “never” cried when I was younger.  All my sisters and brothers were enduring the same suffering as me, so why bother. 

I think it started to bother me when I saw the Blacks and Mexicans doing so much better than I, as a White Polish American girl with both parents not only “working” for Jews but “slaving.” 

Anyway, Thanksgiving is what one is grateful to God for his/her own blessings.  Praise is praising God for what he does for all.  So I am thankful for your friendship, so very thankful.  Whenever I get discouraged that there are so few that care about the welfare and future of White Europeans, I can’t help but think, “What if you were not there, and I was all alone?”

I remember what my Grandpa, Mattheusz Kopaczewski, wrote the Polish/Russian general.  He wrote:  There will be a time when there will be so much destruction on the earth, that the few humans that will be left, will go days and days, miles and miles before they even see a “footprint,” of another person.

Yet, sometimes that prophecy has already come true. How I go through my day wishing to find an enlightened and awakened White person and I find none. So I go about my day with things to keep me busy rather than working towards a solid future for our people.  Yes, I go many days and many miles and all I see sometimes is just a new footprint, never a new White person.

I am happy that I found the ability to write.  People may criticize and condemn but when I started to write I was in pretty bad shape.

I had never writen anything in my life, as I was “business machines” oriented, and one of my jobs required it. I was more of a keypunch operator, as Janis Joplin was before she became famous.

Then I saw a contest on the internet from my church, spirituality.com. The requirements were:  If you were to write an autobiography, what would be the title and Why.

So I chose the title “This is my Song.”  It is really after a song by Petula Clark, but I translated my life’s experience, that at that time, was so buried, deep, deep into my sub-conscious.  I “never” let the past surface. In religion, we don’t talk about problems.  My family’s religion forbids them to talk about problems. They have to be “positive.”  Especially towards Jews. Not Whites, but Jews. So I can’t help but wonder if the Catholic Church and the Jews have some sort of contract and we Christians owe the Jews more money for something or another, or something they will invent for us to owe them.  And the other churches are worse.  We must be “indebted” to them. But I am indebted to no one except God.  I owe the Jews nothing but a slap in the face.  And they know  they deserve it.  They are not “stupid,” and if they are “dumb Jews,” which I’m beginning to believe is the real truth about them, then we need to teach them.

I think my emails have taught them, so they have “no excuse” for their behavior anymore. I wouldn’t accept this behavior from my children in my home; I won’t accept this behavior from anyone living in my American home.

Anyway, I chose “This is my Song.”  And in 300 words I say “why.”  My life has been like a (White) blues song with much pain and sorrow. It has been like rock n roll with my advent into karaoke and dancing. My autobiography has been like a symphony of spiritual notes that seem to run throughout my whole life, (despite my misery.) My life has been like country music songs full of life, problems and joy.

Well, I won second place, and began to write in there. I do not write much in the Italian bound leather journal.  I can write easy on the computer, but picking up a pen stifles my thinking, for I think too fast and my writing can’t keep up with it. Plus I’ve been on computers since 1962, so my fingers can fly.  Sometimes, perhaps my mind flies too far out of orbit. But, this isn’t a very nice orbit that American has turned into, not only for Whites but for Blacks.

I won’t spend time trying to resolve black problems. There are so many agencies helping them including huge congregations of churches  that it would be a “sin before God,” as Mama would say.  It is ironic but Mama would classify her sins as she judged others, and a “sin before God,” was like the worse offense one could commit “against” God.  And when we neglect our own White Race, ourselves, we are “sinning before God.”  The Jews have “taught” us how to sin and I do not think God will let them get away with that forever.  But, I don’t think he is going to stop it either.  We have to work with God, and most Whites are working with Jews, otherwise I wouldn’t have to write.

I was looking on the Department of Justice website for statistics of black/white crime.  Here is what I came up with:

If you look up prior years, say 1995, you will see that Whites accounted for 71% of the “victims.”  (it only goes up to 2005.)  It increased after that and then the Department of Justice has a complete nervous breakdown and it dips to 52.7%!  How odd. I wonder if anyone in government “analyzed” that. I mean there are still one or two White people working in the government offices.  Or maybe they have retired. 

How could that account for a 23% drop in one year.  It is shifts to “race unknown.”  And that is what we Whites became as the “race” unknown.  I can see in the Museum of Natural History, there will be figures of the Pro-Magnon Man, the Neanderthal Man, (they don’t show Neanderthal ‘Women’ because then they would have to show “breasts,” for women walked around ready to nurse 24/7 without a product called a “bra.”  (Whoever invented it and why?) And then in the third glass museum case is the “Race Unknown,” and it will be a White Man/Woman.  Probably with headphones and a blackberry in their hand, as their blues eyes look out into the observer’s eyes.  The reason they went extinct is because they wanted ipods and blackberries to work for Jewish bosses, rather than to have and love and sacrifice for children.

Now, I was writing the media a storm about the “violence” against me in Chicago.  And from the police reports that I made, I never saw the person that was doing all the stealing, smashing car windows, robbing my home etc., when I lived downtown.  I think the Jews could have done it since they didn’t want me as their next door neighbor, as the Jewish woman, Freddie, or Freidrich, (a German Jewish woman, ) who was President Eisenhauer’s personal interpreter for World War II, was my near neighbor.

She was friends with the Jewish woman that lived across the hall and on my way to the elevator I would have to walk between them as their apartment doors in the skyscraper faced each other and they would gossip.  I felt like walking between two enemy lines, all by myself.  Their mental assaults against me were probably worse than all the physical assaults the minorities did against me and my person.  Together they just about annihilated me. 

That was in the year 2004, the year I left Chicago because of violence against me and no help. The police just record it as a “Number” and then went on their merry way taking care and bandaging the wounds of the blacks who are a “full-time,” concern for our White police.  As my deceased husband found in Chicago; there was no help or care for White people.  Non-existent. 

So now we see that crime in America dropped 23% in one year for Whites. Then if you check the next year, you see a completely different picture.  Hopefully my emails shook them up, for I left Chicago because of all the violence against me, as much as I love my home town, I was sinking into utter despair of fear, terror, and being a White victim of hatred by the other races, and some of my own.

You can see by the chart that the next year,  2005, someone starts to think about “race,” as I had already been on talk radio and vehemently talked of races, our own White as well as Blacks, Reds, Yellows, and Browns. (What color should we all Jews?  Let’s pick a color from the 64 box of Crayolas for the Jews so we can identify them better.  I think I will call Jews “grey,” as I do “not” like grey hair. I used to color both of my husband’s hair and even strangers that I met that would discuss covering their grey, (men) I would let them buy the coloring and take them to my condo and color their hair when I lived downtown.

When I lived in Chicago, I didn’t have many dates, but I met a lot of men to do things with. 

So the year 2005, the last year the Department of Justice records this, (and I think I will email them and found out where the years 2006, 2007, 2008 are.  For that would lead me to believe that for the last 3 years there were “no crimes,” committed in the USA.

If we did not have Jews here, I believe there would be no crimes.  And that goes for non-Whites. I think Whites could reap what they have sowed for 2,000 years of being Christians, and not suffer and be a White victim anymore.  We can’t do anything about it, because if you look at the chart, the “Black Violence,” is taking on huge proportions of %.

So after the North and the Jews bombarded the South to “free” the black slaves, (for their own use, but boy did they get fooled, for even the Jews said to themselves, “We can’t prosper with black slaves; let’s open the doors to Mexico. Many of those people are still sober and hungry and can do the job.  At least for the first generation. Then the Jews use those races like toilet paper for once the Brown fills their need, they discard them like all the trash along our highways in many of our cities.

But, what really happened to the blacks?  The chart will reveal that.  They should have left the Blacks working on the plantations, or sent them back, for they are suffering worse here than in Africa.  And it is “not” “not” “not” up to the Whites to feel sorry for them or the Jews, for no one felt sorry for me when I was growing up White Poor.

 (note this list does not mention “crimes” that Jews commit, because Jews change the laws to make everything the Jews do “legal,” even though it is a crime against White Race. “Genocide” against the White race is a “crime,” and if they hung Saddam Hussein, for “not” having weapons, how much more should they “hang” the Jews like Bernie Madoff, for the crimes he commit. 

I’m going to call up the Dept. of Justice.  This figure of 3,000,000 crimes against Whites is a joke.  When I myself would be victimized 3 times in one year, they have to be joking, (Jewish laughter) or just plain lying.

I call up the Dept of Justice and I believe it was Eric Holder the Black who heads it that called Whites “cowards” to our collective White face. (he might have well spit on us for all the “love” we gave Whites and expected nothing in return.)

I get a Jew no less, and I told him about Black on White crime, the fact that Whites have no rights, and that we are going extinct. He only thinks in terms of “numbers,” not people or problems.

I asked him to look at 2004 and the 52% of Whites as victims.  And the 23% as “other,” and he said that that means that other represents 2 or more races.

I challenge him, and I’m able to hold my own no matter how smart the Jews are. His name was Michael Rand in Statistics.  I find that hard to believe that 23% of crimes are to 2 races or more, unless……… we are that melted down that the % of pure Whites is really small, and getting smaller.

I told him about the crimes against me in Chicago where I never saw the race of the person. So some race is getting off scot free for all their crimes. 

I then realized that when I was talking to him that he has no heart or soul.  He is a Jew.  They like transplant and steal “kidneys,” not souls. They have already taken my husband’s soul, and destroyed his US Marine body in wars.

I told him of our White plight, and there was no help for my husband, nor any Whites in any school or anywhere. He was as “Cold as Ice.”  Sorry he can’t help me he said. Any government worker, no matter what his job should be able to ‘help’ the White race.  It is our tax dollars. I then thought “he isn’t sorry, nor did he sound sorry.” 

Yet I was reading in my bible lesson today, that Jews took care of their own and never relied on other peoples for their human needs.  I wish we Whites could say the same, for there was no help for me or my husband, not even from my own White sons or family.  And we call ourselves “Christian.”  I’m sure that I haven’t helped many Whites, other than working for them, or cooking, etc.  And sometimes I feel so broken down that I am in no position to mentor or help anyone. Yet, when one helps others, one forgets themselves and their problems.

Sometimes I wish we could go back to the Mayflower days when the governor dictated or ordered that Whites would have to live 10 at a time and had to survive on each other.  If they did survive, fine, but could not steal from others or they would be shot.  Think of how many people in Chicago would have been shot for stealing my purse 9 times in 9 years, and all the other crimes.  I think there would have been about at least 20 people dead and shot or hung, if the KKK were allowed to police the White areas again. 

So, anyway, on this Thanksgiving Day, I just want to let you know how thankful I am from the bottom of my heart to you all.  I’m especially thankful for those White people that have stuck around for many many years without giving up. Especially those who point the finger of fate at the Jews.  That is a tough and miserable role, for it is a “thankless” job, and worse yet, the pain that goes along when one tries to do it.

I told the Jew at the Dept of Justice Statistics that Jews take care of themselves and now we Whites must protect ourselves. 

I asked him, “Perhaps you Jews can help us.  You are in a position of power.  You work on statistics. Why don’t you bring this conversation up at your next meeting when they look for solutions to problems? “   Business is always looking for people to come up with “new” ideas and even identifying problems.  They should be extremely thankful to me for my telephone call especially since his boss, Holder, accused Whites of being “cowards.”

He didn’t even change his monotonous  tone of voice.  When the Jew raped me he treated me like a White animal.  This Jew treated me worse.  I was only a “number” or “statistic.”  The Jews only have “feelings” for their own people!  This Jew Michael Rand at the Dept of Justice conversed with me as if I were a computer screen and nothing more.

Not only that. If Jews make all the charts for Whites, evaluate them, they can make a chart to reflect “what Jews want us to know,” and that is very little since they have dumbed us down.

When I asked him what the # was for Blacks raping White women, he said 14,000, but that it was not a “good” number.

I asked him “Why do you go through all that work and $$$ to make up reports of the reports do not have “good” numbers.

I think that is how the Jews came up with the number 6,000,000. It is not a “good” number, but they use it anyway.  I’m laughing at this point, because otherwise, I’d start smashing everything in the house, just like my Mama did at the hopelessness of this all.

I did ask him why “Jews” are not on this statistical report.  He replied, “Well, we are not a race; we are a religion.”

I replied, “That is not true.  What about the ‘begats’ in the Bible? What about the Jews in Israel? What about the ‘Cohens?”  Ha ha ha ha.

He was “speechless.”  Yes, for all the Jews talking and making non-stop noise, he was speechless.  I cut right to the heart. 

I wanted to say, “a Jewish doctor raped me and he threatened me for life so it isn’t even recorded as a crime and would be recorded as a crime against Whites, but again it could not be even recorded, thanks to laws since 1916 that prohibited Hollywood from even uttering a single bad word against Jews.”

I wanted to say, but I didn’t.  I guess I’m afraid of looking stupider and crazier than I already am.  I already asked him to change these reports to identify “Jews,” as a race so we can compare our White Race not only to “Blacks,” as we descend into third world status, but compare our White race to Jews, Chinese, and Hindus, and find exactly where we stand in “all” departments of life.

Well, I didn’t say, “Thank You,” to him. I reserve that for you on this Thanksgiving Day.  I said “good-bye.”

I don’t know why I even said that for the Jews version of “good’ is a “good” Jewish lawyer, a “good Jewish agent,” a “good” Jewish doctor, or a “good” Jewish accountant, (meaning that he can fix books, and fudge statistics if he so chooses. No one is smart enough to challenge them, or ignore them, or deport them.

ZZ Top Double Down Live

 Je vous le concède sans détours, la jaquette de ce double Dvd incite plus au spasme vomitoire qu’à la contemplation béate et admirative. C’est à se demander à quoi carburent les concepteurs et autres illustrateurs qui osent commettre de telles horreurs. Le monde du marketing packageur souffre probablement d’un mal insidieux; preuve en est le manque d’immagination navrant et une addiction flagrante au mauvais goût et au kitch flamboyant. Même le monde de la moto n’est pas épargné (J’ai parlé de BMW? Moi?) c’est dire. Bien, ceci étant, il s’agit quand même de se préoccuper du contenu qui heureusement est d’un autre niveau et prouve si besoin en était que “l’ habit ne fait pas le moine”. Double Dvd donc, trois heures de concert qui regroupent les célébrissimes sessions du Rockpalast en 1980 et les prestations lors de la tournée européenne de 2008. Autant vous le dire tout de suite: me voilà réconcilié avec la prestation scénique des texans. En effet, en tant que fan de la première heure  j’avais à une époque assisté aux concerts de “Eliminator”, puis de “Afterburner”. Dans les deux cas ce fut une déception tant les shows d’un de mes groupes préférés étaient courts, impersonnels et aseptisés. Résultat, ma discographie Zee Zee Topienne s’arrête à Eliminator avec une exception accordée  ”Rhythmeen” en 1996. Réconcilié disai je car ici le trio est au mieux de sa forme et nous prouve qu’il est capable du meilleur, et ce même s’il n’y a pas grande place pour l’improvisation. Rien que pour la version de “La Grange” l’acquisiton de l’objet est amortie. On y voit un Billy Gibbons survolté qui tire de sa Les Paul des chorus dignes d’un boogie Rock dynamitesque. Pour le reste, il suffit de jeter un coup d’oeil aux titres répertoriés pour comprendre que pour moins de vingt euros on fait une affaire, d’autant plus que la qualité du son et de l’image sont au rendez vous.

“Innocent Sin” was a great local Detroit band for about 8 years in the 1990’s.They played for fun and loved every minute of it,until 9-28-2000 Cherrie M LeBlanc was Murdered.Jeff R LeBlanc was very close to his sister.In fact she,was the one who found a classical guitar in the garbage,with only one string on it and gave it to him.The Psychological impact of losing his sister was to much to bare,and 9 years later,has broke out,the material on Innocent Sin.

Metal Odyssey hereby bellows, with Heavy Metal enthusiasm, a Happy Metal Birthday to Matt Sorum! 49 years on planet Earth has Matt Sorum been, arriving on November 19, 1960. Matt Sorum is the drummer for Velvet Revolver and former drummer for Guns N’ Roses and The Cult. (These are the most famous bands that Matt Sorum has been drummer for). A Heavy Metal milestone for Matt Sorum happened this Fall of 2009, where he filled in as the drummer for the ultra legendary Motorhead. (Mikkey Dee of Motorhead took a leave of absence to be on a reality television show, some sort of survivor type show).

Man, if there ever was a sharp dressed man, Matt Sorum has the knack for looking sharp. ZZ Top must have wrote Sharp Dressed Man with Matt Sorum in mind. Matt Sorum has his own clothing line too, if I had the extra loot I would be buying his stuff and strutting the look. Oh well, I guess the $12 jeans from Walmart will suffice me for now. Matt Sorum teamed up with renowned fashion designer Max Noce and launched the Sorum Noce Clothing Line this past March of 2009.

As for Matt Sorum on drums, what can I say? This guy is real good. C’mon, the three bands he has been drummer for are no slouches within the world of Heavy Metal. To have been the drummer for those three bands of their status, man, that basically says it all. Plus, once Velvet Revolver makes a return, (with a new lead singer of course), Matt Sorum will be manning the skins and continuing his Hard Rock/Heavy Metal legacy. As I read a quote from Lemmy Kilmister, (vocalist & bass guitarist of Motorhead), recently, he referred to Matt Sorum as a professional. ‘Nuff said.

Wat een verlossing! Wat een verrijking! Schitterend! CLASSIC 21! Klassiek veint ee eun ! Classic twenty-one ! Le Rock, le Pop !

Het moet zo ongeveer eind september geweest zijn dat het oeverloos geneuzel en interessant doen van Studio Brussel presentatoren mijn oren uitkwam. Het ging er niet meer in, het stoorde me mateloos.  Op mijn werkplek staat een klein radiootje van Taiwanese makelij. Des te verder de week vordert, des te meer ik me er aan waag klassiekers luidkeels mee te zingen. Gezien we slechts met twee nogal gelijk gezinde personen dezelfde ruimte delen, stelt dat niet echt een probleem. ’s Vrijdags richting vier uur durft het wel eens uit de hand te lopen. Maar zoals gezegd, het werkte niet meer met Studio Brussel. Dan maar Radio 1.  Bon. Niet dus. Voor wie dagelijks oeverloos thema’s tot op het bot wil uitspitten, kan ik deze zender warm aanbevelen. De weinige muziek, die weliswaar van goede kwaliteit is, volstaat niet. Zeker niet wanneer jong Vlaams kleinkunst talent gecombineerd met een Nederlandse rap adept iets te vaak het mooi weer moet maken. Slaap zacht.

Gelukkig maakte de crèmeman – een alias voor een vriend genaamd Bart, die praktisch de helft van zijn leven doorgebracht aan de andere kant van de taalgrens – me enkele jaren gelden in zijn Alfa Romeo attent op het bestaan van Classic 21. Nu moet je weten, de crèmeman is niet echt verlegen voor nogal afwijkende ideeën. Dus destijds werd zijn aanbeveling met een glimlach onthaald en geapprecieerd, maar niet verder opgevolgd. Tot eind september dit jaar. De frequentie van de werkradio richting zuiderburen! En hier zijn we dan, tweede helft van november: nondedju! Musique!!

Het dagelijkse zendschema is gekleurd door perfect getimede programma’s met namen als een klok . De dag wordt gestart met het programma ‘Easy Rider’. Mmm, relax. En ja, ook de luisteraar heeft wat in de pap te brokken, want vanaf negen uur ’s ochtends mag de gemiddelde worstendraaier uit La Roche of tapijtverkoper uit Mons zijn eigen playlist invullen in ‘Men at Work’. Vanaf elf uur begint de middag op deze zender, zo tot een uur of drie (!) in ‘Lunch Around the Clock’. Prachtig! In ‘Making Of’ krijg je gedurende een half uurtje Engelse taalles voor Franstaligen, door Engelse songteksten langzaam over de muziek te citeren en vervolgens in het Frans te vertalen. Naast je talenkennis wordt zo ook je kennis van de muziekgeschiedenis bijgeschaafd. En ja hoor, vanaf 15u30 ‘On the Road Again’! Het wordt immers al stilaan terug tijd om naar huis te gaan. Ik zweer het, als dit land barst, verhuis ik naar het zuidelijke landsdeel!

En dan, de prachtig mix van klassiekers, rocksongs zonder scrupules, evergreens en Franse chansonniers die de liefde bezingen alsof het de laatste dag op deze aardbol was. ZZ Top leerde ik kennen als een prachtige bluesrockband die vandaag  met hun platen uit 1975 nog steeds menig Yuppiebands belachelijk zouden maken, Genisis van ome Phil Collins heeft blijkbaar ook een duister kantje en Alain Bashung als de topper der Franstalige zangers.   Het geheel wordt met boterzachte radiostemmen aan elkaar gesmeerd, wat leidt tot haast sensuele gesprekken. Soms waan ik me zelfs aan de open haard in een Ardense Chalet. Wat een warmte en gezelligheid. Zelfs de verkeersinformatie heeft iets emotioneel, door een traan en een glimlach speels bij elkaar te brengen.

Het is de mix van muziek, no nonsense en het menselijke gelaat die me fan hebben gemaakt. En waarschijnlijk ook het feit dat Vlaanderen zich hoe langer hoe meer krampachtig op de kaart tracht te plaatsen.

De crèmeman, hij is zo gek nog niet. Merci!

2008 was het baardenjaar. Dat had natuurlijk een aanloop en ook de uitloop is nog duidelijk zichtbaar, we mogen dus best van een baardendecennium spreken.

2008 was opvallend omdat het toen de nieuwe hippe bands waren die het haar welig lieten groeien op het gelaat. Denk aan Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver, Band Of Horses en TV On The Radio, om het maar niet te hebben over gearriveerde baarddragers als Will Oldham, Devendra Banhart, Dennis Wilson en ZZ Top.

Simon Reynolds  verklaart in The Guardian de terugkeer naar de baard als een verlangen naar de wildernis, als een protest tegen de moderniteit. Flavorpill zet simpel de vijftien engste en bekendste baarden ooit op een rijtje.

Il suo “toxic twin” Joe Perry aveva rilasciato un’intervista al Las Vegas Sun dicendo che, dopo il concerto tenuto settimana scorsa ad Abu Dhabi (Emirati Arabi), non si erano avute più notizie del vocalist, che non rispondeva più al telefono e non aveva avuto più contatti con nessuno della band.

In seguito Perry aveva letto su internet che Tyler aveva intenzione di lasciare il gruppo, e aveva dichiarato: «Non ho idea se gli Aerosmith andrebbero avanti senza di lui, siamo come un treno lanciato a tutta velocità e non penso ci si possa fermare così all’improvviso. Sarebbe un peccato non far suonare più insieme quattro musicisti veramente affiatati, quindi forse dovremmo cercare una soluzione».

A tal proposito, giusto ieri mattina Joe Perry ha confermato sul suo Twitter che la band non ha intenzione di sciogliersi, poiché si trova a suo dire in un ottimo stato di forma. Lo conferma il successivo e clamoroso annuncio della ricerca di un nuovo cantante, perché – testuali parole – «non si possono prendere quarant’anni di esperienza e buttarli nella pattumiera».

Ma proprio ieri (leggete la relativa notizia sul blog Musica Metal), durante il concerto newyorchese del side-project di Joe Perry, il figliol prodigo è tornato all’ovile. Salendo sul palco per eseguire la classicissima Walk This Way, Tyler ha assicurato al pubblico che non ha assolutamente lasciato gli Aerosmith! Anzi, all’uscita dello show, Steven ha spiegato che si è trattato di una pura e semplice montatura degli agenti di Joe Perry per fare pubblicità al suo album solista… Sarà vero? Ho come la vaga impressione che sentiremo parlare ancora di loro nei prossimi giorni, tra conferme, smentite e una vagonata di chiacchiericcio insignificante.

Che dire? Per quanto mi riguarda, gli Aerosmith possono tranquillamente sciogliersi. Sono anni che non pubblicano un album decente, e hanno già un lungo e glorioso passato da vantare a cui non hanno più nulla da aggiungere. Ma prima di farlo devono assolutamente tornare in Europa ed eseguire dal vivo l’intero meraviglioso disco “Toys in the Attic” (1975), come hanno fatto quest’estate negli United States nel tour con gli ZZ Top. Chiedo solo questo.

Ma prendiamo questi pettegolezzi con allegria, e andiamo ad ascoltarci un altro classicone della band di Boston: il menu del giorno vi offre Love in an Elevator, tratta dall’album “Pump”, che ha vent’anni ma di certo non li dimostra… E ora, quasi quasi, faccio un salto in ascensore e vedo un po’ chi ci trovo…

Tämä biisi menee myös sinne viime viikonlopun reissumusiikin piikkiin. Tosin olen jo jonkin aikaa kaipaillut ZZ Top:lta jotain tänne klassikoihin. Joten tässäpä tätä ja yksi parhaista. Ainakin se menee syvälle Harmillista vain, että tuubista löytynyt pätkä on hieman tylsä, ihme ettei tästä ole kukaan tehnyt ‘maisemaversiota’.

‘La Grande‘

‘La Grande‘ löytyy ZZ Top:n ‘Tres Hombres‘ albumilta, joka julkaistiin vuonna 1973. Biisin ovat kirjoittaneet bändin jäsenet eli, Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill ja Frank Beard. Biisi on kuultu useissa elokuvissa, mutta ehkä parhaiten jäänyt mieleen tästä The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, jossa pääosissa olivat Dolly Parton ja Burt Reynolds. Ja mistäs tämä biisi oikein kertoikaan…
