Sorry, couldn’t resist that little indulgence as a subtitle to this one – I am indeed “Jon from Birmingham”, at least I live there nowadays – so given that I was over 100 miles from home at the time, to be recognised and approached in the crowd by two beautiful women (as opposed to them pointing out “that odd man over there” to security) was something of a crowning achievement for 2016 for me…and probably indicates just how much time I’m spending away from home at gigs lately – which is fine by me!  852 more words
