It’s only 1 month until my weight loss surgery!!  I’m so freaking excited, I can’t even describe.  We just had 2 weeks in Japan (amazing, will write another post on that!), and now that we’re home again I can finally focus on what’s coming up.   573 more words

What a difference a year makes.

I almost can’t even believe the progress I’ve made. The crazy thing is in 2017 I didn’t even feel like I was that heavy. Granted this was early 2017 and it wasn’t until September I started the WLS process. 106 more words

Scotch eggs are easily my favorite breakfast food.  And since they are low carb, they are diabetic friendly.

Post op progress

Today I am at day 18 post op. As of today I’m down from a size 22/24 to a size 18/20. I’m feeling healthy. I couldn’t really see a difference in my weight loss when I look in the mirror. 183 more words
