Railroad crossing accident in southern Minnesota

BLUE EARTH, Minn. – One person was hurt after a railroad crossing collision in southern Minnesota.

The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Justin Elzenga of rural Blue Earth was driving an SUV north on 400th Avenue Wednesday morning when he failed to stop for a railroad crossing stop sign just southeast of Blue Earth and crashed into a railroad maintenance machine. 60 more words

Albert Lea man injured in auto accident

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Freeborn County man is one of three hurt in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon.
