Boston Marathon Training Week 15, The Taper Begins

I began the taper phase of my training cycle this week. This means that my overall mileage decreased, while I still maintained the same intensity. Instead of pushing a 50+ mile week, I wrapped it all up with just shy of 40. 608 more words


The Last Long Run
