Aluminum foil was all the rage in the 1960’s and not just for left overs!

A cursory search for #Brimfield on Instagram reveals tens of thousands of photos of the antique fair’s wares: industrial faucet handles, Persian rugs, aging signage that once dotted American roadsides, gorgeous and miraculously intact sets of dishware, vast collections of vintage magazines, antique furnishings in various states of disrepair (from pristine to need-to-get-this-refurbished-ASAP), vintage sporting equipment, and all things mid-century modern (chairs, consoles, desks, etc.). 136 more words
