9-11 and Mexico Earthquake

So on the 9-11 debate, I have heard people say there is no way you can have concrete dust without an explosion, also there is no way a building will fall straight down unless it was a controlled explosion, well in Mexico City, two years ago, they had an earthquake and lo and behold buildings collapsed straight to the ground, go figure; by the way, they fell in a cloud of dust.
