是次菜譜以多款傳統意大利食材入饌,西西里鰤魚紅莓他他讓味蕾感受到清新酸甜味道,配上薩利納白油汁口感獨特,適合作為盛宴的開始。另外一個重點推介菜餚是矜貴的焗黑毛豬,配上開心果脆脆及意大利芝士茄子等配菜,甘香濃郁的黑毛豬配搭可可汁味道層次豐富,讓人一試難忘。最後奉上可可脆卷釀開心果慕絲及沙巴翁忌廉為這晚畫上完美句號。
