A happy accident and one of the highlights of my trip to New Mexico: Johnnie Meier’s Classical Gas Museum, a quirky roadside junkyard (the pristine stuff is inside; he supplies movie and television productions with vintage cars, gas pumps, signs, etc.) that caught my eye while I was driving back on the “low road” from Taos to Santa Fe.
This is a nice 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air HT model, well made. The Bel Air is a classic and the bright red coloring makes it stand out great. 242 more words
