Monterosso: Beach Day

Today we had plans to wake up early and eat breakfast, take a walk north towards Levanto, and go swimming at the beach nearby. We did manage to get up early, but when we tried to walk down the trail along the coast, we made it about 5 minutes before coming to a gate. 382 more words


Monterosso: Cinque 

We arrived in Monterosso after 3 uneventful trains. Monterosso is the fifth (or first) of five villages on the Mediterranean, together called Cinque Terre. Heaven On Earth
