Hey everyone-

I’ve got some mixed news to share.

The Reel Report is no longer going to air on CKNW. We usually took up the 9 AM – 9:30 AM slot on The Jon McComb Show every week, but I’ve just found out that is no longer the case as of today. 269 more words

Cancer claims iconic radio personality Neil Macrae

Longtime broadcaster Neil Macrae has died.

The former Vancouver sportscaster died last week in Palm Springs at the age of 65 from cancer.

Macrae, who had a 40-year career in radio, retired from sister station CKNW in 2013 but continued as a contributor with Rock 101’s Morning Show. 50 more words
