Olympic apartment, retail project in Clintonville gets final OK

The project replacing the former Olympic Swim Club in Clintonville has gotten its final zoning approval.

Columbus City Council on Monday unanimously approved the zoning for developer Kyle Katz’s plan for 114 apartments and 5,000 square feet of street-level retail, ending a year-long saga for the 3450 Indianola Ave. site.
