Colorado: Fee Change for Out-of-State Businesses Looking to Withdraw

Effective April 1, the fee charged to out-of-state entities that want to withdraw from doing business in Colorado was lowered from $125 to $10. The recent fee change follows a similar reduction implemented by the Colorado Secretary of State last October for dissolving in-state businesses, which saw the price drop from $25 to $10.
