I did twenty minutes of: 5 deadlifts at 185 lbs., 13 push ups, 9 18 inch box jumps. I did 7 full rounds, and one with the deadlifts and 8 push ups completed. Whew!

Scaled "Tumlinson" PR

I did a scaled “Tumlinson”: four sets of eleven burpees using 50 lb dumbbells, with 200 foot sprint breaks. I did it in 7:47. It was a new PR by more than four minutes! Go Greene!
