5 years ago today Canterbury was hit by a magnitude 7.1 earthquake. We were lucky and very few people were killed or injured in this large quake, the one that followed on February 2011 was much worse. 91 more words

Shahzad & I headed to the hub at Benepa to pick up the last of the tarpaulins that we had received from India.

This morning David, MJ & I headed across the city to the airport hub for UN so that we could attend the Logistics Cluster meeting.
