Eni takes over Blackwood area

Italian giant Eni has taken 100% ownership of the Blackwood area in NT/P68, off northern Australia, after partner MEO Australia elected to withdraw from the area following assessment that the best estimate contingent resources were below the threshold needed to support the development of its Tassie Shoal methanol project.
