Emergency proclamation for parts of Minnesota

ST. PAUL, Minnesota  – Gov. Mark Dayton has proclaimed a “peacetime emergency” for parts of southern Minnesota hit by heavy rains and flooding.

The governor’s proclamation covers Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Mower, Olmsted, Anoka, Blue Earth, Cottonwood, Faribault, Goodhue, Hennepin, Houston, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington and Winona counties.   43 more words

Water boil advisory canceled in Fillmore, water tests are clean

FILLMORE, Utah — City officials have canceled the water boil advisory for Fillmore after drinking water tests came back clean.
