Insanity Pure Cardio & Abs: Day 18

I switched days from yesterday.   I feel like this is my coffee.  If I don’t get a workout in then I have a bad day. I can’t drink coffee and or take any workout formula. I burned about 500 calories.


T25 Day 17

I switched out my workout for the T25.  I was limited on time and had to get a workout in.  It seemed to go by so fast compared to Insanity.   20 more words
