From Exeter, keeping the mountains on my left (as has been my general guide for the Excursion) brought me to Porterville.

East Valley Road
From Exeter down to Porterville, I followed Hwy 65. A minor road now, it was once the Great Valley’s major north-south thoroughfare. It may regain that prominence in a few years. 191 more words
