This recipe is extremely simple, something I whipped up just this morning based on a recipe I found online that I modified. Rodolfo was inspired by my Kale Scramble and decided to make one of his own! He said he follow the recipe to the “teeth” (directly into his mouth, get it ;-) ) but used fresh serrano chilies instead of chili powder (excellent choice!) and the kale growing in his garden. 105 more words
