Huby faces up to '12 weeks' out

Huddersfield prop Craig Huby is to undergo surgery on a broken wrist, meaning he’ll miss the start of the new Super League season.

Giants coach Paul Anderson told the club’s website that the 29 year-old faces up to a dozen weeks out of action: “Craig damaged his wrist in training a couple of weeks ago before Christmas and there was some substantial damage that required surgery so it is going to be a 12 week injury and he will miss the first month to six weeks of the season.” 120 more words
