025-Fix Your Arms

Today is day 25. We are almost a month into our 6 month training cycle. Thursdays  are for rest and mobility. A common issue with a training program that is as “arm” heavy  as ours is tendonitis, a pinching pain or hot spot on the outside upper portion of the elbow. 393 more words
