Man, 19, Arrested In San Bernardino County Bomb Threats

SAN BERNARDINO (AP) — Authorities have arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of calling in bomb threats to a hospital and a high school.

The first stage of Orange City Council’s recently-announced ‘Building Better Roads’ action-plan to re-surface the entire length of the city’s northern bypass has begun.
