Milk Tea Challenge

I made homemade milk tea. Here are my realizations:

1. It is hard to make boba! -You have to caramelize sugar and add tapioca starch into it to create a mixture, knead it to doughy consistency (It’s so sticky!!!), shape it into balls, and finally cook the boba again in water and sugar for 30-45mins. 431 more words
