October Mystery KAL Colormatic

For the month of October I participated in a Mystery KAL held by Michelle of the Knit Purl Hunter. We used Hikoo’s Kenzie yarn. I was not immediately in love with how the colors turned out but they have grown on me and now I am in love!

Building Blocks 4, 5 & 6

Block four reminds me of a fleur de lis pattern. This pattern introduced the skill of decreasing  by using knit 2 together (k2tog) for a right leaning decrease, and knit 2 together through the back loop (k2tog tbl) for a left leaning decrease. 330 more words
