Guilty verdict in Kauai crystal meth case

Gary D. Ramos, 59, of Koloa, Kauai, was found guilty Friday morning of six charges related to possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A Fifth Circuit jury deliberated for approximately five hours before finding Ramos guilty of one count of Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the second degree (a class B felony), two counts of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia (both class C felonies), and three petty misdemeanor counts of Promoting a Detrimental Drug in the third degree. 65 more words
