Lace edgings, reunapitsejä

I have so many crocheted edgings lying around in my needlework baskets that I´ll never get around to using them all. Partly the problem is that the most tedious part of crocheting or knitting is always the sewing together so this week-end I decided to tidy one basket of a towel that I had pinned the edging onto last summer! 95 more words


Bedfordshire Lace

Another English lace is Bedfordshire Lace. The motifs in this lace are joined together using plaits rather than ground stitches. To begin with I am just practising the plaits and picots.
