Cataloging at Caltech

It’s been eleven months since I started my first professional job as a librarian at Caltech. Though I was born in Oregon, the rest of my family is from Los Angeles; consequently, I was nervous about going to a new place and they were excited about my “going home.” Other than the heat and the distance from my family, though, Pasadena is an excellent place to live. 356 more words

Master Classes in Customer Service
