In our recently published paper, we conducted a file review of 285 outpatients who had a DSM-IV eating disorder diagnosis. We then retrospectively applied the DSM-5 criteria and found a 23.5% reduction in the diagnosis of OSFED/UFED with the implementation of DSM-5 compared to EDNOS with DSM-IV. 65 more words
